Great experience. Darcelle was friendly and helpful, and the medical staff were thorough and attentive. Dr. Shim spent way more time than most doctors would discussing symptoms, treatments, etc. Glad I drove the extra few minutes to try out this new location.

I had a pleasant experience at this urgent care facility for my son's x-ray on his hand after a fall from his soccer game. Ladies at the desk Aliyah & Denisha assisted us swiftly and the Nurse Practioner Dan was very helpful in understanding my son's condition. I strongly recommend this facility for any sort of immediate urgent needs.

Went there tonight with muscle spasms. All of the staff (greeters, medical assistant, and doctor) were expedient, professional, and cordial. They took the time to address my situation as well as engage in lively conversation with me. Bed side excellence is as important as medical excellence and I had both tonight.

Surprisingly clean and uncluttered waiting area. Lauren and Darcell the front desk staff were friendly, professional and above all, efficient. Though I don’t want to go back there again because I hope I will never need urgent care again, I would go there again when necessary.

Waited forever in the testing room. 35mins. To be told I had another 30min wait. A bunch of workers and everyone on their computers. Do not to here!!!

They either didn't put my insurance in correctly or didn't enter it at all because I was sent the bill to pay myself and had to go through a number of phone calls to finally be able to pay for my visit, wasting a ton of time. The doctor I got for my visit also really didn't seem to know what was wrong and ran random xrays and blood tests, which my results came up on mychart for me to interpret. I never got a phone call explaining what these results meant. I recommend trying a different urgent care-one that will bill your insurance correctly too.

I made an appointment online. Few min Wait. Staff and doctors so nice!!!! So happy I found a local urgent care! I used to drive 30 min for good urgent care will def come back!

I took my daughter to get her a flu shot in the early morning. It was our first time at urgent care.The front desk lady with the curly hair was very friendly and polite. The lady who gave my daughter the flu shot was very nice as well.

Physician assistant Martinez is simply the best. The girls is the front desk are always nice.
