Shoddy shoddy job! People who don’t know women’s hair should be honest enough to say it. I went to get my hair colored, first he didn’t give me the color I asked, second he had the color running all over the edges and in my ears! I feel like I stained fool! I showed him how it’s everywhere - he says use a remover and wet towel! Unbelievable!! Then I ask for a blow dry he said it’s extra I don’t care I understand it’s extra I understand I have done this before!! Then I want to blow dried a certain way he says no I can’t. Like what the actual heck is this place?! Reasons why I never go to chain salons! Jesus! I couldn’t be more mad right now!

I love my haircut. The stylist did a wonderful job. She gave instructions on how to style it myself. She was very personable. Stephanie was my stylist. She is amazing.

I pay never less than $100 for a cut and dye and NEVER was satisfied.. My FIRST cut at supercuts was LITERALLY the picture i showed of a style i wanted! The stylist i had is EXTREMELY talented (if u knew my hair n condition it was when i walked in) she HAS 2 BE A MAGICIAN but she's just EXTREMELY TALENTED AND LISTENS! Her name is Stephanie and i WILL NEVER go anywhere else!!!!!
