I brought in a ring that was in very bad shaped and needed to be resized. The women was able to shape it perfectly back to its original shape in a matter of minutes. I love going here, the staff is always incredibly kind, they have great prices and a beautiful selection of jewelry.

Massoyan has been around for as long as I can remember! They clearly still exist for a reason! Wonderful family who runs the business and they are always willing to work with you to get the pieces of your dreams. I’ve gotten watch adjustments, cleanings, tennis bracelets, adjustments on the bracelet lengths, help fixing a clasp that I broke, reset diamond earrings and its always been an enjoyable experience.

I have been using Massoyan Jewelers for a long time and wouldn't go anywhere else. Most of my jewelry, including my wedding rings were purchased at Massoyan Jewelers. We live in New England now and still make an effort to visit when we are in town because of their excellent customer service.

I went into Massoyan for the first time to look at engagement rings in hopes that my boyfriend would return to see what I had liked. I'm sure many other jewelers would have been annoyed with me or turned me away thinking I'd just be wasting their time, but Sose and the entire team at Massoyan taught me so much about diamonds and settings, and made me feel really special and important while I looked. They didn't even know if they were getting a sale at the end of all of this work! In the end, I ended up with the most PERFECT engagement ring from Massoyan and a decade later I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for myself, a gift or a referral to family and friends. Great family owned business. We have purchased jewelry and had repairs done there for over 25 years. You can even custom design your jewelry with them. I highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs!

Couldn't go to my local Jeweler because they were closed. Needed to get a couple links out of two inexpensive watches. Brought them here because I was in a rush and they wound up holding them for 4 hours and charged me $32. Most jewelers do this for free to gain a customer. Absolutely lost a customer on this one. On they flip side, both people I spoke with were very nice and it seemed like a nice store for serious purchases. Definitely not for small things.

Absolutely the best experience of my life!!!! Such warm, caring and wonderful people. Not only are you dazzled by the store's inventory, but you are welcomed like family. Upon meeting Sose I just knew that this was the jewelry store for me. I was referred to Massoyan Jewelers by Tacori's customer service. It is my 20th anniversary and have always wanted the Tacori ring I saw 22 years ago when looking for engagements rings. Due to our budget I was unable to afford it. So for our 20th year my husband told me to see if I can still have the ring made. Sose along with her family was able to make my dreams come true. After 20 years they were able to find out that my ring was still in production and help me order it. Along the way Sose kept me up to date on the progress. My center stone was an heirloom from my Grandmother. With such care and skill, my diamond has never looked so good. I AM IN LOVE WITH MY RING and MASSOYAN JEWLERS.
