I have attended 10 classes with all three Ride locations. The energy, playlists, and inspirational self talk is unmatched. The workout is harder but I feel encouraged to be good at it because they remind me ‘I can do hard things’ in a way that feels possible not cheesy! Mark at the heights always greets me with a giggle and a smile. Instructor Chelsea is an entire comedy show, preacher, and fit guru at Hughes. Instructor Kayleigh at West U sure knows how to make a theme party, ROCK! If you’re wanting to branch out of your comfort zone, give Ride a try and thank me later!! -Rocky

Long overdue with this review for all the folks that work here! What a difference this group of people from Taryn, the owner to the Coaches and front desk personnel have made in my life . A positive impact like no other experience I I have ever had . Not to mention all the friendships forged over the years !! The studio is always clean and the equipment is top notch. The service is beyond 5 stars, the personal is ALWAYS there to assist first timers or seasoned riders. I have been a part of this community 5yrs + and never had a bad experience! I’ve been to other spin studios over the years and there are none that compare to this studio . Price point more than comparable to others and well worth the investment into your well being . I would give them ten stars if I could ….

I’ve been riding here for over a year now, absolutely love! The classes are always fun and energetic, even on days I’m feeling lazy I give it my all. The staff and instructors are always kind and fun to be around. If you haven’t stopped by yet, you’re missing out!

The best experience a "first-timer" could ask for. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Very clean. Riley was my instructor and she is a sweetheart. They let me know where everything was, let me rent shoes, and Riley even checked on me throughout my first ride. Looking forward to going back.

I really love Ride! Everyone is so welcoming and classes are so much fun!! I had never taken a cycling class before and the staff was so nice and helpful with getting me started!

RIDE indoor cycling has truly the most welcoming and inclusive group. The heights staff is so wonderful and I never leave without a smile on my face!
