    Galleria Mall Best Buy: A Review I went to this mall with an acquaintance to revel in our funds. Upon arrival, something didn’t feel right. The whole time we were at the store we were being followed by two store workers. Turn this corner, followed. Turn the other, followed. Finally after having enough of this harassment, we go to checkout which is for some reason at customer services. Real good 👍🏻. Some joker smile fat lip crazy guy wouldn’t release his dead pan gaze of hatred on us. All in all really bad store. Hell will freeze over before I give my hard earned cash to this joke of a company again.

    Absolutely worst experience dealing with customer service, and the employees open all the Pokémon boxes to steal the good stuff out and replace it with fakes and garbage. DO NOT PURCHASE POKÉMON FROM THIS STORE, THE PEOPLE WORKING IN STOCKING ARE THEIVES AND YOU WILL GET A BOX OF OLD CARDS WITH THE HOLOS AND ILLUSTRATIONS TAKEN OUT AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND OR REIMBURSE YOU. SCUMBAGS. UPDATE! I DECIDED TO ASK AROUND AT OTHER STORES ABOUT REIMBURSEMENT AND EXCHANGE POLICY AND SURE ENOUGH THE MANAGER AT AMHERST SAID HE WOULD HAVE GLADLY REFUNDED ME AND THAT HE IS CONSTANTLY HEARING ABOUT THE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES AT GALLERIA. THESE WORKERS ARE LOWLIFE THIEVES WHO HAVE GOTTEN THEMSELVES IN SO MUCH TROUBLE FROM STEALING THAT CORPORATE HAD TO GET INVOLVED IN ASSET PROTECTION FROM THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES 😂🤣

    Title: Disappointing Service at Best Buy I remember a time when Best Buy was synonymous with exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, my recent experience was far from what I expected. Despite the item showing as available online, the store representative was unable to locate it. What compounded the frustration was the lack of prompt and sincere response; the staff were slow to react and seemed unapologetic about the entire situation. When I sought further assistance and asked for a manager, I was left waiting with no follow-up. This lack of accountability and support has significantly altered my perception of Best Buy. Given the competitive landscape of retail, where many online and local stores are vying for customer loyalty through not just pricing but service excellence, I find myself compelled to look elsewhere for my electronics needs. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive critique for the store to improve its service and regain the trust of its customers.

    Love my new z flip 3..the camera is amazing ...the way it fits in my jean pockets ...is the best for me..cause I wear them tight ...and my bulky old phones never fit and fall out...the sleek design is beautiful ...great craftsmanship...I absolutely love it

    One of the few best buys that are left in the area and this one has the most stock on hand. Got a nice deal on a great TV and was helped by a knowledgeable staff member.

    Got a laptop for my daughter online then picked it up in store. With it being the holiday there was a little bit of a delay more than an hour but that was expected. The pickup was quick that's what matters. Got it for a decent price while it was on sale too.

    I make older security camera's installed on September first and till I don’t get it. They keep make me fake appointment. And they keep scheduling me different days. The customer service keep lies. It been three month. I end up canceling. They are no good at all this location 👎👎👎👎👎🙉🙉🚫🚫🚫
