The employees are so helpful and friendly. I like that they themselves own what they are selling and are very honest with their reviews. The wood watches are beautiful and they don't break the bank. When we need watches repair they are so quick and inexpensive. They also helped us find the right place to repair my dad's antique watch. They were honest about them not being able to do it due to it being an antique and recommended another company to do it that specializes in those so as not to get it damaged. We appreciate that.

Josh, the employee who helped me today, was AWESOME. He was quiet and kind, and knew exactly what he was doing. He helped fix an old watch of mine with a new battery and strap, and I bought a second battery for a different watch I was wearing at the time. He did great work, and I'll definitely be back. I love this place! Don is fantastic because he changed the batteries for two watches that I had basically given up on getting taken care of and now I can rock the bling again! He also gave me 20% off for one of my watches that needed to have the backplate popped back on and even replaced the pin free of charge when I had lost it. Don then set the dates and times for me so I didn’t even have to. I was totally blown away by his professionalism, quickness, and attention to detail. Thank you so much Don, you definitely have a repeat customer!!!

I went there for 2 watch batteries and a new band on my other watch. The guy that took care of me is very nice and took care of everything for me!

So yesterday I would’ve given a 3. The woman working was repairing a watch but I stood there for about 45minutes seeking acknowledgment but she had her headphones in and was oblivious. When she did see me she did great except she forgot to put the pins back in the watch wrist band. I go in today there’s a gentleman working and HE WAS AWESOME. Knowledgeable and caring. Will be buying a new watch from them soon.

The best experience ever after having visited another jeweler & one other watch store without success. Dakota in galleria fixed the links on my Pulsar watch band swiftly & efficiently while I waited & charged 400% less rhan another estimate! I will return if needed

Not Happy at all with these people! I took my watch to get a New Battery & when I got my watch Back the Band was broke, I said you Broke the Band on My watch, the Band was Brand new because I had gotten the Band at the same Place a Week before! They denied they broke it & said it was given to them that way! I said NO, I just bought at that same place a Week before, of course the same people I purchased the Band from were not there that night! They would NOT Replace the Broken Band that THEY Broke! There were 2 guys there & Neither knew what they were doing! I TOLD them I was going to Tell everyone About their Shoddy Business! They Broke the Band, they should have replaced it for free! NEVER GOING BACK there again! Left a Very Bad taste in my Mouth!

I need a Rolex but custom made
