I had my first visit today at The Ivory Dental Co and my experience was AMAZING! Dr. Sweeney and her staff went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. They were so detailed and presented so many options to help me achieve the perfect smile I have dreamt about for years!! The technology and detail put into her practice is like no other!!

If you have any type of dentist anxiety, this is the place for you!! I felt like I was at a spa rather than a dentist. I was offered water, cold brew coffee, or kambucha (on tap) as soon as I walked in. I was then given a tour of the facility and honestly, it was incredible. From the propagation wall to Noah Kahan playing on the radio, I knew I had picked the right place. They truly listen when you talk to them and are so incredibly understanding and gentle. I believe my dental hygienist was Mallory? She was AMAZING. She never made me feel judged, which was my biggest fear. She was so gentle and made sure I was comfortable through the whole thing. She even provided words of encouragement during the hard parts and come on, who doesn't want that? Then there's Dr. Sweeney, who should really be named Dr. Sweetie. Again, I never felt judged and I truly felt like she cared. She was so knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. I drove to the dentist with tears of anxiety and left with tears of relief, and a new plant!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

I started working at the Ivory Dental Co this past summer, and have loved every minute of it. Dr. Sweeney and the team do an amazing job of making sure that every patient is comfortable, and ensures that each patient understands their treatment plan. The work environment is positive and professional. I find that many patients appreciate the private treatment suites. Not many offices offer a private space. Additionally, Dr. Sweeney sees each patient one at a time, which allows her to cater to each patients concerns more effectively. Although I am back at school, I cannot wait to be back at the office over breaks. The environment of the office is something I miss.

Dr. Sweeny and her team are the absolute best! I have had a bad dental history and high dentist anxiety and Ivory Dental is the first place where I have felt completely comfortable. I had put off going to the dentist for about 10 years and the team at Ivory has helped me put together a treatment plan that fits around my budget. For once I am actually excited to fix my teeth and smile!! Also- being a plant person myself, I love the plant wall!

I used to dread the dentist until I can hear. My first appointment was a fantastic experience. They were honest and thorough and made it comfortable and relaxing. My hygienist was personable and explained everything. Every detail was outstanding in the office and I would highly recommend coming here to anyone!

The first time in my life I actually enjoy going to the dentist and look forward to going back. Dr. Sweeney cares and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable, seen and heard, and the entire staff does as well, including Mallory my hygienist who was so kind, fun, and informative, and with every question I had as well. A beautiful space, that echoes with intention in all the details, from the time you walk in and are offered something to drink, to the design aesthetics of the environment, down to the plant, recycled plastic toothbrush and coconut dental floss you receive when you leave as well. I cannot say enough about how grateful I am to have found The Ivory Dental Co.

This dental office is what legends are made of! I was one of those people who didn't go to the dentist for ten years and Dr. Sweeney and her team have completely converted me! The atmosphere feels much more like a tranquil luxury spa than a typical dental office. Every single person you interact with is friendly and warm, and they are very patient, kind and accommodating during procedures. They instantly and easily build trust that they are going to tell you everything they are doing and keep your comfort as top priority. If anything is even slightly uncomfortable they take it seriously and address it right away. The technology is amazing and it is great to see exactly what they did with your teeth up on a big screen so you can understand what they did and ask any questions. Every detail is geared toward patient comfort and peace. They ask what your favorite music is so they can play it during your appointment; they have hulu and netflix on a ceiling screen that you can watch with headphones on while they work on your teeth; there is a beverage station with cold brew, LaCroix, and two types of kombucha on tap - I literally asked myself repeatedly if this was real life or a dream. Dr. Sweeney is also passionate about her plants: there is a propagation wall and patients can take home a plant of their choosing, complete with a bag of soil and a little pot to eventually plant it in. Going to Dr. Sweeney's office takes going to the dentist to a whole new level: I used to wait a decade between appointments, and now I actually look forward to teeth cleanings. Huge thanks to Dr. Sweeney - this office is truly a blessing to our community.

If you’re looking for a dental office that has it all - you need to check out The Ivory Dental Co! The ambiance is peaceful and relaxing. If you have any dental anxiety, you’ll start to feel it melt away while you wait with your refreshment of choice (seltzer, cold brew, water or kombucha on tap!) They get you back to your own room quickly and then you can continue to relax with a blanket and neck pillow. The staff members were all kind and friendly! Dr Sweeney was lovely, too! She took time to go over images with me and explained different options making sure I understood everything before moving forward. I love the incredible technology and being able to see exactly what she was talking about as the images are projected on a flatscreen for your viewing. During the procedure I was offered headphones and my choice of Hulu or Netflix. For a minute I forgot I was dealing with a dental emergency! Speaking of emergency, they were able to get me in right away which was a huge relief. The receptionist was incredibly helpful during the scheduling process, too! I go back in a few weeks and I’m actually looking forward to it. Do yourself a favor and check this office out. You won’t be disappointed!

Every person from the receptionist to Dr .Sweeney were very warm and kind. I was immediately put at ease. I had a broken tooth so I knew I was going to have some work done. The office is beautiful and comfortable. Rochelle was the dental hygienist who first worked with me. After an examination she explained in detail what had happened. Showed me X-rays so even I could see the huge crack. Explained a treatment plan and cost. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Dr Sweeney was very gentle. She also explained every step. She used a thing called a pillow that goes in you mouth in the opposite side from where the work was being done so you don’t have to hold your mouth open. I actually dozed during the procedure. Hope set my temporary crown in place. She was a doll. Bubbly and sweet. This was my first time going to Ivory Dental and it was a pleasure meeting everyone. I was made to feel very comfortable in an environment that has always made me nervous since I was a child.

Dr. Sweeney and her staff are top notch, they are so kind and welcoming! When I first arrived to my appointment, there was fun music playing and of course it was my favorite band of all time - Dave Matthews Band and even Kombucha on tap after your visit. I really enjoyed the 1 on 1 approach and having your own space while you are there for your visit, it really put me at ease since I have had some unpleasant dental visits in my past. When I was told I needed to get a Sleep Apnea oral appliance, Dr. Sweeney paid so much attention with kindness and compassion throughout the process it was incredible. I never had a dentist that did that before, I always felt rushed and not heard and with Dr. Sweeney she put my worries at ease right away and made me feel comfortable, It was very much appreciated.
