Never disappointed when I stop by to eat here. Stopped by for dinner on a Friday night. Was really busy! Thought it would be a long wait, but i joined the waiting list online ahead of time before driving over to longhorn. Only waited a few minutes for a table. All the food was good. I absolutely love how fresh the salad always taste.

Haven't been here since the pandemic started. So gald to be out and have been served by a very nice waitress. She was very busy but never forgot about us. Always kept us in the loop. In the beginning we were afraid that we were going to get slow service since the restaurant was a bit busy but the food came out pretty fast and prefect plating. She was professional, Wow what a treat. We will be back!

Very upset with my experience at Longhorn steakhouse. Three of us ordered French onion soup and asked for it to be served extremely hot (because we’ve had it in the past when it was barely warm,). We waited a long time for the food, and when we finally received it all three French onion soup’s were barely lukewarm, and the cheese was not even melted. It was one lump of cold cheese. What’s even worse is that I asked for the lunch special cheeseburger cooked “medium” and I got a completely raw hamburger! I also asked for the bacon to be extra extra crispy, and it was not. I’m so glad I cut the sandwich in half to see inside before I took a bite of this. The waiter was not apologetic at all, I showed him the sandwich and that it was raw, and he said “I will have them put it back on the grill!” Instead of telling me that they would make a new one. I could understand a mistake with being slightly under or over cooked but not completely raw meat! It also does not make sense that they cannot bring the soup first and then the sandwich after (when you are done eating the soup) not bringing both at the same time, because the soup is then going to be cold. The experience was not good, and I was not happy with the food or service, and will not return.

Signed up for the waiting list prior to arrival and was sat within 10 minutes. My waitress was great even with seeming new to the restaurant. These were the highlights. The food how ever was the issue. After waiting the 30-40 minutes for our food, my partners' steak was over done and BOTH of our food was stone cold. Every item except the mac and cheese was completely cold including the dipping butter. The mac and cheese was advertised with Applewood smoked bacon, which you can see from the picture didn't come with anything but breadcrumbs. My steak didn't even taste like they "boldly seasoned" it non the less salt and peppered it. I politely asked for the check and informed her our food was cold so I'd like a to go box so I can go microwave it at home. She expressed her apologies and offered to take it back but I told her we didn't wanna wait 30 minutes for new plates. Upon packaging my food I realized I never even got my side salad and didn't bother to ask because at that point I just wanted to pay and leave. My food wasn't discounted at all and over all paid almost 100$ for our meal including tip for absolutely cold food. I was very disappointed seeing the good reviews here.. I won't be going back.

One of the best cuisine and loved this place, addicted for salmon fish flavored with butter also very friendly service, would highly recommend this place...

Amazing experience, we dined in. They start with bread and butter for all the tables. We started with the wings, the wings were so delicious they were perfectly seasoned. We both got medium-rare steak, they got them right in point it was tender, jucy and flavorful. I am very happy with this experience. Our waitress was outstanding too, super friendly. Decent prices 👌

Omg. Amazing steaks at super reasonable process!!! Dishes: 12oz ribeye with shrimp, filet with mashed potatoes (sour cream, cheese, bacon added), 20 oz ribeye with potatoes, kids Mac and Cheese. Bailey was our server! Super friendly, knows her steaks, was amazing. We cannot wait to go back and hope to have her again!! The two toddlers loved her !!!!

Our waitress was great, helped us decide, gave great recommendations and knew the menu items very well. The food was delicious, dessert was okay, definitely going back again. 👍🏾👍🏾

Enjoyed the atmosphere. Food was ok. Med well steak was cooked well done, salad was drenched in dressing. The wild west shrimp was very good paired with the peppers but we were full by the time it came out after our food. Waiter was unprofessional if I'd say so. She lifted her leg up on the seat and leaned back on it next to my husband to take our order. There were several other uncomfortable moments with her throughout the dinner but she did at least get our order correct and tried to correct my salad with less dressing but there was just to much applied in the bowl and the dressing was very powerful, I could not eat it. We still left full.

We visited this location 3 days in a row while in a work trip to Ohio. We had lots of options around the area but chose to come back here because the staff were AMAZING + incredibly hospitable, from the greater seating us, to the servers and all management. It felt homey and family friendly, and the service was AMAZING!! And the food was great. We tried the Longhorn Salmon, Strawberry Pecan Salad was amazing! So were the White Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms… soo sooo sooo soo good! Strawberry Pecan salad was great too! Shout out to Our amazing servers from all three nights, Maria P, Lindsey B & Izick R 🥰

Such a beautiful establishment, well managed, beautiful and friendly waiters, great size for everyone to bring everyone. If you choose any place else near to this location to eat, you my friends have made a mistake

With the price of steak so high now in supermarkets, a 9 ounce filet at Longhorn along with a side and salad for $26.99 seems like a great deal. I went in the early afternoon and ordered from the lunch menu. I chose "Flo's" filet, a loaded baked potato, and substituted asparagus for salad for a buck or 2 more. A smaller 6 ounce steak is available for 4 dollars less, but that seems more of a lady's portion to me, unlikely to satiate a man's appetite. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare. Last week I ordered the same meal and enjoyed it thoroughly. On this occasion I listened to the server's suggestions for possible toppings on the steak and ordered what I thought was going to be just a light sprinkling of parmesan cheese. What arrived was a steak completely covered in blue cheese, then sprinkled with parmesan. It reminded me of a heavily frosted cupcake. The topping itself tasted quite good, but on my next visit I will be returning to the previous order. In my opinion the blue cheese flavor overpowers the delicate flavor of the filet. Pictured along with the meal are the warm bread and butter that comes to every table just after ordering, as well as the triple chocolate cheesecake dessert.

Service was good I was seated fast but it was early like 1130 am on Saturday ..the waitress was busy but attentive she never forgot us (Monica ) and did a great job describing the whole deal with long Horn and there seasoned food all in all I had fun as whole and that's why we go out to splurge and enjoy ..they did have Johnny walker black and other full bar type drinks

The waitress was very prompt and the steaks were delicious. I would have given 5 stars but the person I brought said their streak was a little bit more cooked then they would of liked. The chocolate stampede was to die for. I actually could not finish desert and took it home for later which I’m glad I did.

Our server Bob was great. He made sure we had everything we needed.He checked on us several times and joked with us. Even apologized when another waiter brought the wrong vinegarette dressing. I have a phobia for people reaching over my food or drinks, bob made sure he did not do that. Thanks luv our experience was GREAT!!! The steaks and lobster tail was cooked to perfection ( a little too much pepper and seasoning) but was still good.

I’ve eaten at this location multiple times and each time has been amazing! Our server was so nice and attentive. Everything that we ordered was delicious and hot - definitely a gem of a place for being a chain! Don’t skip this one! My fiancé said his steak was one of the best he’s had. I ordered the salmon which was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing.

It was busy. Best part of the meal was the salad. Every steak was prepared improperly, not inedible, just not close to the way it was ordered. We did not complain because we had no intention of returning them, they were busy with large special occasion parties. At the very end of the meal, I did say something and the waitress graciously spoke with the manager.

I don't expect much from chain eateries but my traveling companions wanted steak so we Uber'ed to the middle of nowhere. There was a moderate crowd but we were immediately seated. Wait service for drinks was quick. Took a bit longer for the food order. The true quality of a steakhouse starts with the raw steak and the meat was outstanding. Some of the best I have had. And to cooks did it justice. Nicely seared, perfect medium rare. I really nice meal. Well worth the effort to get there from downtown Niagara Falls.

Great value of money vs quality. Great service, delicious food. Its definitely a family place, so many people being their children, awesome atmosphere. Was very surprised with refill policy, it’s so cool.

Beyond the fact that our server was extremely unprofessional throughout the entire visit. She then dropped the card I paid with and lost it for a little (we had to get our phones flashlights out to search for the card on the floor till we found it). Neither of the steaks were cooked properly and to add the cherry on top we ordered a chocolate stampede go go only to find this in a bite from the dessert. Completely unacceptable and the health department should shut you down. How is this piece of plastic INSIDE a dessert of yours?

Seating was readily available for the 4 of us that dined. Steaks were ordered medium rare and were served, as close to perfect as I've seen in numerous restaurants we've been to. The waitress was friendly. She checked on us the perfect amount of time.

We ordered two Flo’s fillet one 6the other 9 oz. Both steaks arrived cold. Our waitress brought them back to the kitchen got them heated and brought us back warm but not hot as it was supposed to be. I am not sure what food safety rules in NY are but in Canada once the food is eaten it cannot be taken back to kitchen to be reheated and served again. The fillets were though and chewy rather than being tender. The broccoli was so soft from cooking that you did not need to chew maybe drink them as soup. I would not recommend this joint for steak lovers. If you have to eat their bread is better than the steak. Not sharing steaks photos as they were very unappetizing and I do not want to ruin anyone’s appetite. Instead I shared the photos of salad and bread.

Absolutely one of the worst dining experiences I can remember. My wife works at a sushi bar and is allergic to seafood was looking very forward to having a nice steak dinner.... So she and I and the kids hopped in the car and went over to the steakhouse. The service was horrible and slow....We waited fifteen minutes for our drinks, we were served our dinner salads before our appetizers arrived, then another order of salads we're delivered to the table, which we didn't order. My son's plate arrived 10 minutes before the rest of the food was delivered. When dinner did arrive, my daughter received the wrong ingredients on her entree,and my wife's fillet was raw and cold. They did not to make things right and everything they tried to do made it worse. It's a steakhouse- How can you screw up a fillet at a steakhouse? I regret having to leave this-but I am absolutely incensed. We all work very hard for our money, and when there's an opportunity to splurge a little bit we'd all like to be treated well. There were no apologies offered except by the inexperienced waiter. The manager and I came to an understanding, I am certain he would not have come to that understanding had I not insisted. Not wasting my time and money here..... Went to relax and enjoy a great meal, we did neither.

Our server Rachel, was amazing!!!! She handled our table perfectly! And even gave us birthday ice creams!!! Food was great and everything was perfect for our night out. Definitely know where to go next time we come to the US!

This was our first time dining at a Longhorns. We started with the stuffed mushrooms which were so good. My wife had the Flo's 6 oz filet which was cooked perfectly and was tender and juicy. She had fries as a side and they were good. I had the Longhorn Porterhouse and again cooked perfectly medium rare and very good. I had a loaded baked potato and it was very good, fluffy and the right amount of salt. The service was good and the atmosphere nice. We will be eating here again for sure.

The only chain I like is LongHorn steakhouse. This one missed a few beats. I was charging my Tesla across the street. It wasn’t busy. The bread they start you with is warm and delicious. My strawberry salad was GREAT! Strawberry, grapes, walnuts, spring greens and a good dressing with feta cheese. My steak was a good piece of meat but the cooked too long. They returned quickly with one cooked perfectly though it was a little too salty for my taste. The Mac and cheese was good. Our waitress was poor overall
