While some staff members were quality workers and doing their job well, the lack of management was appalling. They are understaffed and clients were allowed to just walk into the kitchen in the evenings to find snacks. The schedule wasn't being followed. I didn't feel like it was a suitable place to recover from addiction. I asked to transfer to another facility. Patients meds were lost, nurses couldn't find them. I never saw a doctor, who only comes at 3 am! Something needs to be done about this place. I ended up transferring to another facility because of how poorly it was being ran. Hopefully they can get it together for the people that go there in literally deer need of help. This was my experience maybe they'll do.something about it. Who knows.

Most people who post reviews, are posting them because there was something that they didn't like, so you really shouldn't base your decisions on what angry people said on the internet! That being said, this place is really no different than any other, if anything, it's better. Yes, the facility itself is old, but is very clean for as old as it is. If you're serious about getting your life together, you can do it just about anywhere!

The reviews speak loudly for what this place is all about. My son was there for 3 days and wanted to transfer because of the way he was being treated, since they would not transfer him he left and they told him that he would have to leave his belongings there and could pick them up after 48 hours and they would hold them for 30 days. The lancaster facility tried to have his belongings sent there since that is where he transferred to and they never did transfer anything. A week later when he finished at lancaster he tried to call lebanon to get his stuff and they told him to come there between 8 and 5 pm to pick them up. When he got there they gave him his phone back then made him wait for over an hour and a half to say that they could not find his clothes, they lied and said they tried calling the numbers he provided which was mine and his girlfriends and neither of us ever got a call. I was with him when he drove up to get his belongings and saw how rude some of the staff could be. They have one of the worst reputations out there and all these negative reviews are there for a reason. Avoid this place at all costs, other locations are much better.

This is where my recovery started! I have been clean and sober for 4 months now and I owe a lot of gratitude to WDR for that. The staff was so helpful and friendly! The food was the best I've ever had in a rehab, and the facility was clean and orderly.. Thank you to my counselor and the techs and nurses for the support I needed to get through the program. I cant wait to come back and speak!

Some of the nurses are are so incredibly sweet & amazing. I loved all of the staff and this program really helped me and changed my life. Ken,Margaret, and Danielle were amazing, inspirational and life changing. I owe it to this facility for my sobriety. The techs are absolutely phenomenal as well!

First of all, this place has a staff that truly cares! The counselors are compassionate and well-versed on the disease of addiction, the nursing staff is knowledgeable and caring, and the techs are kind and supportive. It's obvious that everyone who works there is very passionate about and dedicated to the work that they do. The program is very structured - it keeps you busy and engaged. There was enough downtime to not feel overwhelmed by groups but not so much that you're bored and/or in your head.

This place saved my life! I received wonderful care from the entire staff, gained valuable insight on addiction, and got so much out of the program. The campus is great! It feels homey, there is plenty of grass for outside activities, and there are separate houses for male & female patients. I highly recommend to anyone brave enough to fight their disease and get their life back!

The nursing staff met me at the lowest point in my life and dealt with me with nothing but patience and understanding. They went above and beyond to help me deal with issues they easily could have said was not their business. You all saved my life and I’m eternally grateful.

I didn’t even want to give them one star. This place is ridiculous. A lot of people that are on power trips. Yes, there were a few professional people ( as I saw maybe two or 3) Everyone else for unprofessional. Detox is a place you can go and get better and relax this place that does t happen at. People arguing all this time. Slamming doors all you stole this from me, you owe me this. I’m Pretty sure they over medicated me. My blood pressure was very very low. So lucky me I got out of that hell whole or I would have died.and I couldn’t wait to get to the hospital where I would be taken care of. I went for my doc appointment to day ( a follow up) They couldn’t even do.nothing because they can’t fine my papers. I had no discharge papers for detox or the hospital.
