Friendly, fun environment. Within walking distance from the truck stop so that was a plus for me as an o/op. Busy as expected for a Saturday but, everyone was still pleasant and had great energy! If I am ever in the area again, I will definitely return. :)

If I could give negative stars I would. I called in advance to schedule a special 3 person pedicure for July 15th at Noon. I was guaranteed all three could be done no problem. At 12 we arrived. We all three were told to pick out our color we wanted, only to be told multiple times, the color we chose either was not available or not part of our price range. We then were sat together, myself, my Daughter in the middle, my best friend on the end. The nice lady worked on mine no problem. A very rude man worked on my best friend, and messed up her color choice THREE TIMES. And my Daughter? 40 minutes with her feet in the water, someone finally started on her pedicure. Horrible experience. Do not waste your money here.

Went for a 2nd visit today for a fill in, was told 30 mins ( I was fine with that) until the lady finished her customer and she look at me and spoke to the man who said 30 mins wait. I know she was willing to take me and he shook his head no. I was not please with that at all, no other people came in or was waiting. The building so was so hot I was sweating, the first time he didn’t even have his A/C on, I told them I’ll just go somewhere else. Sad that he didn’t want the lady to help or make some money. I did leave and found an AMAZING place. Sadly I will never go back to USA Nails.

I was a walk in and the woman who did my pedicure took her time and did a great job. I got the deluxe pedicure and the price was great for service received. Would go again.

I absolutely love this place. Never leave me disappointed. Richard did good with my feet and Tony always does a great job with my nails. I went to K’s nails once and done a horrible job on my nails, which I should have known not to go, but I wanted to try something different. Bad mistake. I will stay with the best and that’s USA nails. Thank you guys for the great job. I love them.

I got my nails and toes done, toes were awesome and I liked the gentleman who did them, my fingers on the other hand were awful. First off, they didn't take cuticle off or cut my preexisting nail and just did a quick rough up of the nails and then stuck on the fakes. Two: Tips on both ring fingers are crooked. Three: there are bubbles on every. Single. Nail. I'm so upset over this. This was honestly the quickest nail appt I’ve ever had. He never even had me wash my hands off before applying the top coat. Idk where the bubbles came into play but just 0/10 for that. The gentleman who did them could not stay off his game on his phone and was more worried about his farm then my nails lol. I’d go back for a pedicure but no nails next time.

New to the area, and I thought based on the reviews that I would be satisfied, but I just wasn’t. First off place is messy and there is just stuff everywhere. It made me question if the tools and objects they were using were even clean. It was awkward as there is no music or tv to break the silence. My nail color also wasn’t even remotely close to what I picked, but at that point I just wanted to leave. I would only go back if there is really no where else to go in the area.

Went to get my nails done for engagement pictures, and I honestly think I would’ve been better off getting dollar store press ons. I tried to give them room to fix the issue by pointing out the biggest issue I had with them and the guy completely filed off the color in that area and just covered it with clear coat. Sent pictures to my friends and first response from one was I should get a fill since they’re for pictures. I should’ve asked for a refund once I got outside and realized how bad they truly were.

Not the best experience. Went in with nails and came out looking like I bite them. When I got my pedicure, they were grinded to where I felt heat and my toes are sore. People were nice though.

Horrible experience with it. My wife came in for a manicure. The tech didn't listen to her, yelled/was short with her. She ended up with bubbles in her finish and a jagged nail. We will not be returning here.
