Everyone loved it. Stayed 2 nights with 2 kids for a family vacation. We went to Hershey Park for 2 days. Quick, 10 minute ride to the park. Free parking. Breakfast was a hit! There was something for everyone. Comfy beds. The room was immaculate. The building looks new, and the room looked very updated. Included coffee machine, TV, microwave, and mini fridge. We did not use the gym or pool, but it's nice to have the option. Friendly staff. Definitely would consider them in the future.

We stayed here for 2 nights on a visit to Hershey Park. The hotel itself is very clean and seems pretty new. I felt a nice clean vibe as we entered the room, and even the bathroom was pretty immaculate. Not much of a view from our room as it looked out to some neighboring houses and a local Chinese food spot. The one thing I didn't like is that it shares a parking lot with a motel with its room doors facing the lot that looks to be on more of the sketchy side. You wouldn't know that unless you're actually there as this isn't noticeable in any of the pictures. Also, the doors and walls are very thin. One night, as I was going down to the lobby, I CLEARLY heard a lady screaming from her room more than 20 feet away. I'm pretty sure she wasn't being hurt... but anyways, glad I wasn't with my family at that moment. Also, the free breakfast was pretty bad. Eggs out of a bag and undercooked bacon or sausage. The only fruit option were a handful of apples. They Def need to step up in that aspect. Overall, the most important thing is that the rooms and beds were clean. I would recommend this place even with its shortcomings.

Great place to stay near Hershypark (short drive away). Rooms were clean and updated and the staff was very friendly (some of the recent posts look like a totally different hotel). I had an issue regarding a reservation change (third party) and the manager went above and beyond to help me through it and ensure my stay was enjoyable.

There was dirty underwear and garbage outside my room when I checked in and told the front desk person twice and it still was not removed until I complained a third time to a different person. The bed blanket was filthy. The breakfast was very good, but staff stood around doing nothing instead of wiping tables off for the next person. They also charged double for the price of the room due to the event that was going on that day. They quoted one price and when I got there they tried to milk for every penny and changed 40 dollars over the quoted price. The front desk clerks Jessica and Kaitlyn were very nice and helpful. The other staff seem to be lazy.

Service is good and the hotel looks new, however it is likely the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. Pass on this place if you are staying in the Hershey area, over priced and inconvenient location for a hotel. Worst of all of the shower drain was completely clogged and didn't drain. Not a simple fix or a temporary issue has been like this for a long time

Good clean serviceable place to stay while visiting the amusement park. Modern comfy rooms. Seven minute drive away to park and restaurants. My only nit to pick is the breakfast: same selection every day, only the shape of the sausage changed the days we stayed.

Stopped here around noon as we were in town for WWE at night. We had the nicest woman at check in, she got is right into a room even though checkin wasn’t til 4. This slowed us to unpack and go swimming and hang out on the patio. Room was super clean, comfy beds and great tv channels. Would definitely recommend and stay here again

Highly recommend! Stayed after going to a concert at Hersheypark Stadium and it’s only 10 minutes roughly from the park. Front desk staff was very nice. Rooms are very clean as well.

My sister-in-law and I stayed here last weekend while attending the Joyce Meyer Conference at Giant Center. From the moment we walked in and got in line to check in, Jennifer was AMAZING! She is so outgoing, friendly, positive and warm. We enjoyed her right from the start. When we returned to the hotel after the Saturday afternoon session, I pulled into the parking spot and heard a loud noise. I ran over something that I hadn't seen. I jumped out of the car to see and Jennifer was already at our car making sure we were OK! Having been involved with my husband's business, I know how rare it is to find someone like Jennifer. She truly cared. We had a great weekend and Jennifer made it even better! Thank you Jennifer!

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms. The only problem we had was with slow drainage in the shower but everything else was well maintained and in great condition. Plenty of parking was available on site. A good breakfast was available in the morning and was week stocked by the staff
