I had deluxe pedicure and manicure. They were nice at the beginning but after I paid, they acted like I was bothering them. There was dark residue and dried paraffin wax on my legs and I was wearing shorts. I could have been walking around with that on my legs. They didn't care. When I saw that and tried to tell them,they acted like I was bugging them. They didn't even apologize to me. It's a shame, I just moved to the area and I'm looking for a nail place. I will NOT go here again!!

Very upset. Not only are my nails crooked but they look nothing like the picture I brought in! Will never go back. They look like a 5 year old did them.

I have gone to this place many times but this time was the worse. The girl I wanted was not there. I got a man that did not even do my cuticle's. I had a French manicure on my own nails. My nails are uneven. Then I was charge 30.00 for cuticle's not done and uneven nails. I don't ever not tip, but today I am so upset with the way my nails look. Will try another nail salon to fix this.

I have came here 3 times and been turned away everytime , never worked in. Never do they attempt to make me apt only do they ever turn me away.. I asked this time is it apts only( No ) Then asked about walk ins ( Sometimes ) ...Just To much. 3rd time made my mind. Ill stop trying . I wanted to love this shop though...

This studio is by far the best in Southern Illinois!! Worth scheduling the required appointment. Skilled and very polite.

The guy was really nice but my daughter wanted to get her nails done today & not even 5 hours later the polish is off her nails.

Great people. Studio is always clean, pleasant to walk into. I have recommended several people here. Will continue to do so. I have always received great service.
