Money hungry, unprofessional, disgraceful piece of work. I ordered a 4 tier wedding cake paid for delivery to only get the cake broken & messed up. We took a photo of the girl putting it in the truck trying to fix it. When we called the manager she said she doesn't want to see no photo, didn't care once it left out their car & wasn't going to even try to come fix it nor give any money back. This on my son's wedding day an HR before the wedding started. I had to pay another baker to fix the cake. Then it wasn't how we ordered it no sunflowers on the cake (mind you she tried to say we didn't ask for it but yet the cupcakes had the sunflowers) no remorse at all, un sympathetic but then wonders why. I screamed at them. Well NEVER AGAIN don't waste your time nor money. I want at least half my money back. It's the least they can do for all the tears we shed especially the bride due to this incident & the inconvenience to find another baker & money we had to pay extra to fix it.

Cute little coffee shop with a great array of baked goods, cakes and other treats. The decor had a lot of cute things to buy and whatnot. I would definitely come again.

This place is a hidden gem! Really cool aspheric and the prettiest deserts. The cases are full and everything is beautiful. The cafe part is spotless and cozy. The staff was sweet and accommodating. Prices were steep for gluten free and my latte wasn’t the best…vey acidic. I love that they had gluten-free and keto options. I will definitely be back to purchase their baked goods and to enjoy the cafe.

I love dessert etc so much!! Super cute cake for my sons very 1st birthday. It tasted sooo delicious! Perfect softness, not overly sweet, just perfect! I got a red velvet cake with choco mousse and italian creme frosting. Thank you for making my sons birthday extra special! Im definitely a frequent costumer. This is the second time I ordered cake from them and will continue to order 4 cakes each year for all our birthdays!! :) thank you, thanks alot

Chocolate covered strawberries are delicious. The Red Velvet cupcake taste so yummy and frosting is amazing. Vanilla ice cream was great as well. Service was sweet. Nice place to visit for those sweet tooth cravings!

I have been coming to Desserts Etc. for years and have never been disappointed! Have had a few birthday cakes done by them and they did cupcakes and cake pops for my baby shower and I was very impressed with how they turned out - they were exactly what I wanted!

Ultimate sweet tooth satisfaction!! Our family enjoyed sweets from Desserts, etc. while visiting the Hershey area. They offered Keto diet and Gluten free options, as well as, decadent cupcakes, cookies and cakes. Most certainly worth a stop. Highly recommended.

I visited this place after staying in the hotel across the street after attending a concert. The business is located inside what looks like it was once a home, and has been decorated in a very welcoming way. There are tables and couches throughout as well as plenty of outdoor seating. The bakery display case is stocked full of delicious sweets. The staff was attentive and friendly during my visit. I tried two desserts and was impressed with both. My cold brew coffee was made to perfection. I've had a lot of not great cold brews before but this one was on point. I would visit this place again if ever in the area!

This was such a cute shop, that offered the sweet treats we were looking for! We loved their smore brownie and strawberry croissant!

This is a really nice coffee shop with plenty of variety in desserts, drinks, and places to sit and enjoy. I had a blueberry stuffed lemon poppyseed muffin that was to die for!! My latte was rather disappointing. However I got the feeling that was because of the person who made it, and not a general reflection of their coffee drinks.

Picked up vanilla almond cake and was very disappointed in the cake too frosting ratio. Too much frosting. Cake was good, but overpowered by the sweet frosting. I emailed pictures and although I received a refund. I never got an apology from Andrea. A simple sincere apology would have been very nice to receive. I will go elsewhere where my business is appreciated.

Ordered a special birthday cake and it was fabulous. Beautifully decorated and tasted delicious. The cake looked very much like the photo I sent. Costumer service was prompt and very helpful. Would highly recommend this bakery. Very cute inside as well. Wish I lived closer I would get coffee everyday.

I have never had a dessert from here that i didnt enjoy. They always have neat seasonal gifts on display. The inside is kind of cramped but they do offer seating inside and outside (but this is PA so outside seating is also seasonal). We checked out at the register at 8:19pm and asked for plates to eat outside; the girl rudely told us we needed to have the plates back by 9pm... Ive worked in food service too and hate when customers take their time around closing, but I don't think a 41 minute notice was necessary and neither was her attitude.

The place is cozy and everything looks so good but sometimes things don't taste fresh. Today the chocolate cupcake with strawberry icing looked so good but the cake was so dry. It's disappointing because I LOVE cupcakes. Also, it's over $5 for 1 cupcake. For that price it should be amazing. Just be aware for the future. 🤗🧁

Amazing Desserts!!! I love their fudge bombs and all the gluten free desserts!! Their desserts are never dry, always moist and rich. Best place in Hershey for any dessert you can think of.

Yummy desserts, adorable shop, some employees are courteous while you can tell others would rather not be there. We were in the area for Labor Day weekend to go to Hershey as I'm sure many in the area do and I saw this bakery near where we were staying. I have a huge sweet tooth so this is definitely a place. I wanted to make sure I stopped that before we left. My daughter and I went in one morning soon after opening. There is one other person in the shop and they left. So me and my daughter have never been there before so we were looking over the desserts and menus for about 2 minutes. The girl asked us if we were ready or needed a few more minutes and I told her we needed a few more minutes to decide because there were a lot of delicious looking things that we needed to choose from. About a minute later when we actually started to decide what we wanted but not completely she asked again and again I told her we needed another minute. That's when she rolled her eyes and walked away. About a minute later when we were ready to order another girl who is much friendlier took our order and we loved everything we got. The only exception was the sweet bread which they told me had apples in it. I maybe got about two pieces of apple so that was a little disappointing but the flavor was very good. Before we left my daughter wanted to order a smoothie so she got up to look at the options and the same girl from earlier asked her if she was ready or needed a minute and she told her she needed a minute and she rolled her eyes again. Again the other girl helped with what she wanted and then we left. It would be nice if that one specific employee understood that there are lots of people traveling who've never been in that bakery before and need time to figure out what they want. I would have understood the attitude a little bit more if there was anybody else in the store but it was completely empty. Honestly the only thing keeping this place from being five stars was the one employee. I would definitely come back if we were to stay in the area again for going to Hershey.

Awesome bakery one mile south of Hershey centre with an abundance of delectable desserts. Two glass cases filled with pumpkin tiramisu, pumpkin muffins, pumpkin cheesecake and savory scones, peanut butter cookies, decorated cakes and fruit pies. The ROCKSTAR counter clerk, Mayrana (sic) patiently described different desserts and helped us decide what to buy. See photos for more

I wish they made more gluten free cupcakes that were good. The black bottom cupcake and the strawberry champagne are good but most of their other stuff is dry and dense. Sometimes I drive 20 minutes and they only have 2 cookies available. I almost always spend over $20 when I visit becuase I never know when they'll have something I can eat again.

I got three peanut butter and chocolate brownies for my daughter's birthday. Previously, I'd bought brownies here, and they were expensive but good. These ones tasted absolutely horrible---like they'd been left in a nasty refrigerator and absorbed the smell, and they left an awful taste in your mouth. We threw them away after one bite---given that they charge $5.75 a brownie, it was big waste of money.
