😠 The food is terrible. I did not like when the dietician kept talking over me. Day 2 , two nurses had serious attitude problems with me. When I called them out, they suddenly were nice to me. I told the attending doctor I wanted to go home after 5 days, he laughed at me 4x. I told the case manage... People often mention staff, room, pain, told, nurse, hours,

The food is terrible. I did not like when the dietician kept talking over me. Day 2 , two nurses had serious attitude problems with me. When I called them out, they suddenly were nice to me. I told the attending doctor I wanted to go home after 5 days, he laughed at me 4x. I told the case manager and a head nurse I wanted to go home, she said can't you cannot go home for at least 2 more days because you are not done yet. I said are you holding me against my will,??? She said you are not able to leave yet. I said I'm 100% better. She said, how do you know you are better? The place is one big scam. The physical therapist did not actually do anything. She just kept holding my leg for 45 minutes and not actually do anything. What a scam.

The staff is very friendly, and the PT/OT staff seem to be helpful and knowledgeable. However, I would not recommend this facility. The rooms are set up so that patients share rooms, this is uncomfortable if you like to Keep your health information private. Additionally, they placed me in a room with an individual who was in diapers, so without going into detail.... I will just say that was extremely unpleasant. Having to have nursing staff in my room at all hours of the night changing and cleaning this person was very disruptive to my ability to sleep. Also, my illness is accompanied by a severe headache which is exasperated by my roommates hearing difficulties because she had no choice but to speak louder as did all the staff who came in to talk with her. They also do not close the room doors here. So the door is open all day and night . And light And noise (bed alarms and nurse call bells) come streaming in from the hall all night long while you are trying to sleep. Not to mention everyone (Patients, visitors, staff) who walks down the hall looks into your room and if you are stuck in bed that’s a very naked feeling to be on display 24/7. Additionally, it is a privacy issue because again when doctors and Nurses are in your room discussing your health issues and private information the entire hall can hear it if your bed is near the door. And there is actually another patient here who is sick with the flu right across the hall from me and they are leaving her door open And my door open, I can hear this person coughing and I am really hoping I don’t get the flu on top of everything else I have going on here. So even though the staff has been very friendly, I would say if you can get in somewhere else I absolutely would do so. Honestly, I am only 3 days in to my experience here and I actually find myself missing my 9 day stay in the hospital at least the room was private and they kept the door closed to help drown out the noise and avoid transfer of germs from patient to patient.

The Nurses, Doctors and Therapists are above excellent. It's very apparent that these people love what they do. They take the time to get to the patients and very attentive of the needs of each individual patient. For family members they allow you to watch and at times participate with OT and PT. Clean environment. Kitchen staff is friendly and accommodates dietary needs. Food is actually good too. I would give them more than five stars if I could.

As an intern, I have never met nicer staff! I was welcomed by every worker I passed and it is not common to have this at facilities. Everyone I met talked to me as if we knew each other and made me feel very welcomed. This facility does an amazing job making people feel welcomed and appreciated.

Extremely displeased with this facility. Their lack of care and customer service is beyond shameful. A family member was referred to this facility and the ability to even communicate with them has been less than adequate. The visiting hours for this location are absurd. They are limited due to “covid” but are consistently changing. I was told 10am from both the relative and the reception that was the start of visitation but that was not the case. I drove nearly an hour and a half to this location. I am unsure how relatives are supposed to visit their loved ones when they don’t start visitation UNTIL 4 IN THE AFTERNOON. And are limited to the evening. So not only have I been unable to visit, but my relative’s room outlets DO NOT work. Thus, she has not been able to communicate with her personal device. And the provided phone in her room is ancient and hardly audible. The check-in Karens were less than helpful and I fully expected better from a facility of this profession. DO NOT expect respectable service. You will be sorely disappointed.

I can't begin to say enough good things about this place. From the moment of arrival until discharge the level of care was phenomenal. Highly recommend this rehab hospital.

I am really disappointed with this place, I’m here for rehab because I had my leg amputated and had to come here after the hospital! I don’t get my pain meds on time, I have to keep asking and still no pain meds! Then to top it off I don’t get any sleep because it’s so noisy and I can’t take much more of this place! I’m in pain and I get nothing, it takes about 2 hours after I should have gotten my pain meds and I can’t take anymore! All these places are the same, they don’t care about the patients or the pain they are in and I’m done asking for something I should get on time to keep my pain in check, but not here!

I haven even been here as a patient 24 hours and I am upset and feel totality ignored ! Started out with being left in my room without anyone explaining anything to me or introducing themselves. Got yelled at for not having my mask on but I previously told the nurse I have really bad asthma and she said no problem. Another nurse had a issue with it. Then my dinner order was wrong and the person who brought it into my room starting yelling at me and gave me a attitude and put some other woman I didn’t know on the phone who also choose to yell at me to which I hung up .The nurse tried to fix things . I got a dried up and cold and hard slice of cheese pizza and a salad and some fruit. So as my night progressed I started having chest pain and shoulder pain to which I would get ignored and I had already told nurse Tylenol hasn’t.been helping the pain . Several hours go by no one checks on me and I ask if anyone has contacted the dr they said we left a message . Several more hours go by and I am told they aren’t doing anything until I am being seen the next day. Then I am told the on duty dr was not going to come see about me and he told them he wasn’t changing any orders that I had to be in pain until I am seeing by the front assigned to me later today ! I am furious !!!!😡 The lack of care and concern they have for patients is terrible and I am very disappointed how I am being cared and treated for!!!! What is the point of having a over night dr on duty??? I was able to speak to upper management and was able to get all matters resolved ! I would recommend this rehab hospital to those who need the use of one!
