I am redacting my previous review of this facility. While this gym is clean and well staffed with great customer relations, they refuse to expand into the adjacent building space that has been sitting empty for nearly a decade despite the customer base tripling over the years. It's a constant fight for machines, and a lot of the specialized machines there is only one of. If you're serious about your workout journey, maybe pick a less jam-packed gym.

This is one of the largest and yet extremely well maintained planet fitness I have experienced. ALL machines are in in good working order. There are plenty of areas to workout. The woman’s locker room is very comfortable and larger showers is a plus. Even has a scale! Would be more comfortable to have three changing stalls by the showers instead of two for this size gym but other than that great job!! 👍

Very clean. Lots of machines. Will miss the pool. Hydro massage is addictive. Like the Black Card amenities.

Staff always welcoming. Facility was and is maintained to above avg cleanliness. Any given visit it seemed to be a light to medium crowd with no wait time. This is my primary go to place because I can handle my business without interruption. Unlike most other PF's I went to..this place is not full of stuck up individuals who put on a fashion show while acting like they are there to work and holding your routine up..coughs* Harrisburg locations. I still however do not like PF taunting me with candy at the desk.

There is equipment for all kinds of working out, aerobic, strength, weights. As a newbie to gym membership I appreciate the staffs knowledge of which equipment is geared towards what part of the body you want to work on and the equipment tutorials also. But by far I appreciate that fitness classes are included in your membership. Without instruction I do not push myself but with an instructor I am much more fit. I was intimidated to join a gym but the No Judgement Zone is so true here that everybody can and does feel comfortable.

Came here with my fiance for the first time. Staff were very friendly even gave us a tour around the place, many different equipments and the place was very clean. Everyone basically sticks to themselves so that's a plus for someone like me with anxiety. Definitely will be coming back.

Facility is clean and well maintained and deserves 4 stars but they now open at 7 am on the weekends instead of 6 am. That is inconvenient for folks that like to get a head start on their day. Why did you change hours?

Love this PF. Clean and always smells good. I usually go between this location and LA Fitness and I always prefer PF. Staff is wonderful and kind! 10/10 recommend.

I love working out at planet fitness, because of the brand new equipment and the different sections to workout in. The app is my favorite and very convenient in telling me about the crowd in the gym throughout the day. The staff is friendly and always greet you with a smile😁 The monthly price is reasonable. It would be perfect if not for the same 2 issues: the overhead music is too loud. We must keep our ear phones’ volume really high to keep out the overhead volume, even with noise canceling ones. Also, have asked them to fix the adjuster on the seated biceps as the catch is missing, causing the seat to fall frequently back down to the lowest level. Other than these two issues I really enjoy PF. The staff always welcomes us with a smile and a friendly comment! They keep it very clean here.

Started at 15 pound bench press. After a full year of membership I am happy to say I did a rep of 50!

I was looking for a friendly, non-judgmental gym to get a light work out in on my rest day. I train boxing and Muay Thai regularly and today I just wanted something a little easier. I was told Planet Fitness is welcoming to all types of people and will not judge you. Actually they were very judgmental. The signs everywhere said "no grunting". I simply wanted to get a work out in and mind my own business. I felt unwelcome and judged. A very disgusting and hypocritical establishment that I will never visit again.

Awesome staff. Super-clean facility. If you tend to pick up on these sorts of things, the vibes in this place are friendly and inclusive.

Clean facilities, friendly staff and I can workout without feeling self conscious of how obese I've let myself get because I really never have been judged there like the commercials say!! I only wish they'd go back to 24 hours a day because that's honestly the whole reason I bought my membership pre-covid.

Very clean gym that is packed with new, working equipment. But best of all, the staff is terrific! Friendly, knowledgeable and professional! I enjoy going to my new gym👍👍👍👍

Super clean, friendly staff updated equipment nice facilities

This is the cleanest gym I've every belonged to and the equipment is always in working order. I've yet to see an "out of order" sign on anything. The atmosphere is great and it's close to my house!
