I love shopping at Pet Smart for all of my pet needs and you receive points/dollars rewards off so that's always helpful especially if you shop there alot.

Picked up some male guppies the other day since another place didn't have any I liked in stock. I was impressed to see Japanese Blue Swords. They're beautiful!

Love this place wouldn't go anywhere else for my puppy's needs. Very nice and helpful associates. Very well stocked always. Plenty of variety. Recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, calm relaxing place to go shop for their 4 legged babies.

Had my mother in laws dog groomed. Ladies in the salon were very nice. Serena and Dana helped me on the sales floor and were very helpful. Highly recommend this location

Very well stocked and a great deal of selections of flea and worming medicine for my puppy. Also a lot of cat selections. Some seemed expensive but there was something for every budget. I also like the adoptable animals that are in the back of the store.

Bit expensive for pet products but has everything you need. One of the ladies who was helping us told us about the coupon book that we can purchase to get discounts on which we did. Thankful that we were able to use coupons on today's purchases. We bought tons since we just purchased a cavapoo puppy but saved tons also. Was worth every penny!

Took my Honey to get groomed today. She's 10 and I've attempted to do it myself.... not so good lol. They gave her a bath and groomed her so beautifully! Great job ladies! We'll be back in 6 to 8 weeks!

Love this pet store! I prefer to buy local if I can, but my dog needs prescription food and I'm able to get it here. Lots of variety of other animal products as well

The cashier greets me when I step foot into the building. They always have the products I need for my furry four legged friends! There is a reward program that can help knock off a few dollars on a purchase. It's a nice store!

A wonderful place to take your pet and gather supplies for any animal you may have. My only complaint that I've noticed are the cats that are kept here, some have small litter boxes compared to their size, and others are too big for their cage, in my own opinion. Maybe change it up a little? Otherwise, good.

I always have my doggy groomed here. The staff are very friendly and always have my dog looking so adorably cute!

I love this store. They also have banfield. The plan thru banfiel saves me ton of money on lab work for my dog with special needs. The variety is great here.

Took my 8 month old morkie to get groomed for the first Time he did not bark, growl the lady grabbed his paws and he turned his head they said he’s to aggressive they can’t do him I wish everyday at work could be easy and not do anything difficult they said there not equipped to handle him my wife even ask if they wanted her to get a mussel they said no they can’t do it. I’ve seen a couple other reviews about puppies not being taken care of should of read them first instead of wasting my time, my 2 year old daughter reaches her whole hand and his mouth no problem but 3 adults a 8 lbs dogs impossible

This is the only pet store I have found to have a wide variety of cat food and cat treats.I had a hard time finding cat food that was not pate. My cats will not eat that type of food. The employees are really friendly and polite. The pets up for adoption are well looked after and cared for. I highly recommend anyone who had the same problem as I did, or are just looking for a variety of any type of pet food to check this store out. This store was the one on Derry St Harrisburg. By the Home Depot. 🐈.

Set up an appointment to get my dog groomed. I went over with the lady scheduling it that my dogs shots were given by the breeder but I had all the paperwork and stickers needed and serial numbers on the tags and boxes of the shots. Went out of my way to drop her off to just be told they would not accept her shot records. The manager of the groomers was stating policy and didn’t care that I went over all this when I scheduled the appointment I also called corporate and the manager got smart and called me a liar. Very unprofessional

7 months old 10 lb puppy- they could not handle and said he wouldn’t calm down. They said they could only do bath. Charged $66 for a bath since they couldn’t handle it. It’s $77 for a bath and cut. Dog was clean (no dirt/ mud or matting). That is outrageous. Claiming all groomers around charge double- which is wildly incorrect. Save your money and go anywhere else.

I take my dog here for teeth brushing, bathe and nail cut. We had a big problem with my dog not wanting to go in with them because of his fear, but The groomers Sam and Ashton were nice and tried to help as much as they can. I like them all

We stopped in 5 minutes before close; and our cashier was friendly and understanding. It's refreshing to find customer service without a negative attitude!

A few years ago this store had great staff. Now the staff are less friendly and seem to focus on products and not customer interactions.

This place is a total joke and you should buy from local stores. No one here is able to tell you any type of information on anything other than whats in a beginners guide. The way they house their chameleons is unacceptable. The way they house any of their reptiles or other small animals is a shame.

We got a beautiful kitten from there. The charge was lower than most adoption/ shelters that we checked. The sales people were very nice and helpful.

They are super friendly and help u with any questions u may have. The shelves are always stocked full and the place is clean and odor free. I recently purchased a pink Kong collar for my pup. See photo. She looks so pretty in it. They helped me pick the proper size which I super appreciate.

Found a great bed for the puppers at a good price!

Have been setting up a new larger aquarium and this store has be extremely helpful.

Staff was great, store was clean. Pricing was higher than other retailers on a lot of stuff though. As a pet store you'd think they'd be able to provide more of a discount on their items, since it's their specialty. I'm not talking a $5 difference either - there were items that were $10-15 more in this store than the same item was online at a different retailer. It adds up fast. Other than the prices, I have no complaints and love that people can bring their pets inside!

Called this store asking if they had koi in stock recieved an enthusiastic "yes". Drove to the store and they were receiving a delivery. While I was looking at the selection I was told " we won't be selling any fish for an hour" . Disappointed, I left. Came back well after an hour and was ignored by two associates. In fact one pushed a ladder in front of the tanks I was looking at. I approached another associate and then was told it would be an additional half hour

Wonderful collection of animals and supplies. Feline adoptions are same day so be prepared if you plan on visiting for a new friend. If you rent you must provide proof that you are allowed to have a pet.

I brought my dog in for a grooming appointment. The grooming technician upon checking her in literally took a scab off of the inside of her ear, and then claimed they couldn’t accept her for grooming, because of an open wound. highly disappointed in this approach.
