We have our little Loki groomed there by Hannah and she is awesome! Loki can be a handful at times and she somehow makes him look wonderful every time we visit. Highly recommend her for dog grooming.

It's the only decent pet store in our area, but we're always disappointed that their shelves are always empty of the cat food we're looking for. We understand that's not necessarily their fault, still very frustrating.

Needed a Hood light that was smaller than 16". The staff was helpful and you can bring your pet to the store. Purchased a LED light there with a brand name of Aqueon able to change from blue for the night to White, red and blue for daylight. Good selection of stuff and clothing for your pets along with everything else you may need. Will shop here again and again and again lol..Bringing our Yorkie Buddy with us next time

This location is clean, and it's easy to find items. I found the things I needed for my dog, I've also used the grooming services here and never had an issue.

We brought a 100.00 Gina Pig cage we did not think about saving the store receipt or the box the cage came in placed the cage together and it keeps clasping 4 times now and we put it together right very disappointed with the purcase now gotta go somewhere else buy a whole cage after I just purchased the cage last week

Generally find everything I need here for my mutt (and some things which are extras) but I get confused by the Nylabone v Benebone controversy. As in are they interchangeable? FOR SOME REASON I usually buy Benebones and I can never find them at Petsmart.

Always a fun trip to pickup the necessities (and unnecessary) for the doggos. I always seem to find a good sale and leave with more than what I went in for.

I took my dog to get a grooming and the groomer, Nathan did this to him. They used clippers on his tears near his eye. Never again will I be back here.

Update 12/22 Staff is second to none. Greeted and helped timely though. Everyone I've encountered in the store has had some serious animal knowledge that rivals even my own plus go above and beyond to try to find a solution. I just order whatever I need online now in occasionally do same day pick up if it's in store. This is one of the only places that carries my Royal Canin senior 12. Like all stores there are a lot of holes in shelves and some good items are limited.

PetSmart is typically my go-to for my pet needs as they're conveniently placed nearby. The prices are a little high, but the staff is friendly and helpful if I ever have questions.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE. I am so BEYOND disgusted of my entire experience with this place. I have been going to Banfield for years in California. This place does not even come CLOSE to the service we all as pet parents should be receiving. They made it impossible to obtain an authorization for my dog’s kidney care food for over a week and a half through Chewy, and when I went in person to obtain it, I was still given the run around. The level of incompetence and carelessness is unreal. Needless to say, I’m opening up a BBB complaint so that this whole company knows the level of negligence going on. I would give negative stars if I could.

Horrible experience. Nathan shaved all my yorkie’s hair which wasn’t a problem until I checked her(my puppy) at home and she had cuts in her skin. Will not be coming back.

I lost my cat 2 weeks ago this Saturday and I had to get another kitty and they were very understanding on what I wanted to get, I will be back on getting a cat tower

Got my dog groomed for the first time today and it was ok until I got home and saw how terrible they shaved her stomach. They did such a horrible job. I would not recommend getting your pet groomed here especially for the price.

This place is great! I can find anything and everything I need. Especially now that most of the grocery stores are running out of items people need for their pets! My friend just adopted a cat from Paws via Petsmart and she couldn't be happier with her new pet! Highly recommended for ALL your pet needs!!!

If you love your animals as much as we love ours and I'm sure you do you'll take them to PetSmart for all their needs they have at the one in Mechanicsburg they have a vet shop they have training courses and a whole bunch of other stuff that can help get you started with your new puppies so go see them over at PetSmart in Mechanicsburg the great people and they love pets just as much as we do

Called 8/31/22 to inquire about dog grooming. Person who answered had hard time hearing me and had me repeat several times. Was incredulous because it was nonstop loud noise on their end. Asked for my phone number. Had to give it twice. Told nothing on file. Good to know I guess but maybe should have been asked was I a customer first huh? Completely unprofessional. Save your money. Maybe they’ll get the message. How could anyone expect to have an intelligent conversation with all that noise in the background? You’d think it would stop when they answered a call but guess they couldn’t comprehend that either. Called manners? Ever heard of them?

Fish department was a little better then most but very dependable on who you spoke to. Some try to push selling fish before your new tank is ready. If looking for any tropical fish tanks read up! Although their policy is great for returns or "defective fish" I don't like being a fish serial killer. Ask questions and they will answer!

My sisters dog came to there groomers and left like this! Face swollen eyes swollen and vomiting and they refuse to help they took him in to monitor to him on the vet side after symptoms shown up and then left with no answers or treatment and then the front desk lady had nerve to tell her that it was because he was stressed out that it wasn’t a skin reaction to take blame off them when It was almost immediately after he came home from the groomers he had this reaction! Worst care and service we have ever experienced got brushed off and contradicted thru this whole time! All we wanted was help 😫
