Schedule
grooming
service
for
my
dog.
My
appointment
was
canceled
without
my
knowledge.
I
was
not
offered
the
option
to
have
a
later
appointment
or
to
rebook.
I
am
a
fordt
responder
woth
very
limited
time.
I
had
just
gotten
off
a
24hr
shift,
picked
up
my
dog
and
rushed
to
the
store
only
to
be
told
my
appointment
was
canceled
prior
to
my
arrival.
Needless
to
say
I
was
and
still
am
livid!
Not
so
much
that
the
appointment
was
canceled
but
at
the
manner
which
it
was
done
and
the
poor
response
from
the
manager
on
duty
at
the
time.
I
have
been
a
customer
of
petco
for
years
but
this
will
be
my
last
time
patronizing
this
business.
The
only
saving
grace
for
them
was
when
I
called
to
make
a
complaint,
the
person
on
the
line
provided
phenomenal
customer
service
which
is
the
only
reason
I
gave
1
star
(
well
I
guess
I
could
give
zero
even
if
I
wanted
to).
I
understand
that
things
happen,
people
get
sick
schedules
get
messed
up
but
never
you
make
a
customer
or
patron
of
your
establishment
feel
insignificant
or
unwelcome.
As
sat
in
my
car
talking
with
customer
service
I
saw
other
dogs
being
dropped
off
to
be
groomed.
They
went
in
with
their
owners
and
the
owners
came
out
without
them.
Why
weren't
I
given
the
same
oppertunity?
