We were invited to a birthday party here and it was our first time here. I like the way they have the place set out and the way the hosts co-ordinate which sections each party is going to for how long. It's also a great way for high energy kids to release their energy and have fun 😜 I like it because it's different to indoor play centres, we will definitely come back 😁

Kids enjoyed themselves very much. Thought 1 hour would be enough however will book 2 hours next time. Appears to be a very safe environment for all ages. Recommend 👍🏼

A good fun place, nice set up for kids parties or events and a deck area for parents to have a coffee while the kids play. The kids had fun which helps!

Cooper (host to our party) was amazing with our kids, majority of which have special needs, 17-18yo. He made sure all are having a good time and no one is missing from the group. He was teaching some bouncing tricks too. Our guests had a great time!

Ruby and Ben was awesome. All I had to do is sit down and relax while the host and Ruby did all the job for us. I was stress free. The kids were happy and have had lots of fun. Every one left the party at the end with a positive comment. Thank you for the team for making Aleisha's party a wonderful one. ❤️

It was my sons 2nd birthday when we atended and all the staff were so kind and helpful. It made his day amazing. Some staff went out of their way to make his time more enjoyable and as first time attendees it made the time way easier and enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend Chicky Nuggies were pretty good too

Great fun with kids and we found it wasn't too busy during the first hour 9am on a Saturday. The XPark area is awesome when they want a break from bouncing around. Be prepared for how noisy it is inside Bounce but otherwise a great spot for an hour or so. There's plenty of room to sit up stairs and a quieter area down below where the party groups gather. There's cubes for shoes and personal stuff and a cafe to buy food and drinks. Clean toilets and friendly helpful staff at the counter and on the floor when we were there.

Great location. Easy parking. The kids have an absolute blast every time we come here. My only issue is how hot it is in the top standing area. A weak fan just doesn't do anything to relieve you on a 40 deg day.

Extremely hot. I tried bounce in Melbourne during summer. The air conditioning inside there was fantastic. This place is like terrible. We were burning inside. Not worth for money and I do not recommend. Please fix your AC if you are running a business during summer.

Was our first time at Bounce and it could not have been a more pleasurable experience. The Cannington staff were attentive and helpful and I am so grateful to the kind staff member who took the time to show/talk through and encourage my 7yr old who lacked in confidence. Its an awesome place to let the tribe run wild :D Nice tidy and clean. So glad I took a leap and signed my kids here for lessons, we are all looking forward to it.

We went to the bounce at Cannington today and it was amazing, wasn't too busy, but I'm leaving a review because Connor was the most amazing staff member! He chatted away with my three year old and taught her some tricks and she doesn't like just anyone, he was so friendly to all 4 of my kids, and even though he had to tell us off for two people being on a trampoline at the same time, the way he did it was so nice and polite and to the point, you really have an amazing staff member and I think he should get a raise!!! Thanks for making our bounce trip even better Connor!!!

Very spacious. Accomodates lots of kids being active at the same time in a safe environment which is great specially during school holidays. And,above all,the staff are amazing with kids encouraging them and making activities even more fun with mini competitions and voucher prizes.

We had a Bounce party for my 9 year old son- there were 19 boys in all and they had the best time. Right from booking to the call center where I had many questions and then some last minute changes too. The event itself was an absolute hit and so organized (organized chaos as we had 19 boys!!) Chris was our party host and he was amazing, he even made it a point to spend some one on one time with the birthday boy. He was very helpful and professional. Gabby at reception was so helpful and thorough with her information and Layla was wonderful and accommodated some of our last minute needs. All of the staff are so patient, accommodating and helpful inspite of how busy they are. Whatever Bounce is doing in terms of training their staff please keep it up. 👍🏼👍🏼

I had my daughter’s birthday at Bounce Cannington and i must say, I am impressed. Our party leader Rob was brilliant. We didnt have to entertain and basically relaxed and enjoyed ourselves. He even cut the cake, put back kids shoes on, kept them engaged through out the session which was 2 hours long. My kids were in love with him by the time party was over. Everyone helping and co ordinating were brilliant too. L Thank you Bounce Cannington.

Meg was awesome with our students who have additional needs and so were the other staff. Very supportive and patient. Our students had so much fun and challenged themselves as well .
