What a wonderful place to find a bargin! So many cheap items for a few dollars and so many reduced or clearance items. We always come out with way more than what we went in for. Its definitely my first 'go to' place for kids shoes and their toy section is wonderful. It's certainly where I go to find gifts for birthdays or Christmas as there is such a variety of things for low prices. Sometimes it's hard to find a staff member if you need assistance but it's a huge shop so that's to be expected. All the staff ive dealt with over the years have been courteous and friendly.

Bad customer service. Went to purchase something I saw as available online here. On arrival I asked the girl at the service counter for assistance. Without even checking the system she told me it was sold out and they had just sold the last one in a rude tone. I said it was online but ok and left. Decided to try click and collect it when I got outside. Item was ready to collect within an hour. When I returned to the service desk to collect, the same girl served me. I questioned why she told me it was sold out and she said “the system told her it was sold out” - the system she never checked in my presence. Target staff need to do better!

One of the best store in Canberra. It’s big and the staffs are friendly. The shops are always full. The girl in the checkout was quite nice as she helped me in packing. One of the very clean store and well maintained. Self checkout adds up a plus point as well

Since 2017, I have been visiting Target Belconnen. I love how the store’s arranged. I like how it makes me happy the moment I get in. The products are of good quality - my favorite is my pair of jammies that even after several washes all these years, they’re still so comfortable to wear. I just bought a new Christmas tree from here and some tree decors.

Once was our geographic local, but we still make it our regular due to the consistent service of the crew here. Our recent visit was concerning an online order, damaged stock, so we needed in person support. Jimmy and the team at the help desk, big counter in the back, were bang on with their facts, service capabilities and knew what they needed to do or how they could help us out, from the very start of our conversation. If we couldn’t get all the supporting documents/emails that were requested, Jim found and offered an alternative step. While there, had a poke around the books, seeked out the help of a couple lads doing shelf restocks, they hunted about when I asked for assistance looking for a title, one fella even jumped on his mobile to Google it to see for himself what the cover looked like etc. Store is usually quite busy so you may have to wait a wee while at the help desk or you may often find stock being unloaded or waiting to be unpacked while you cruise about the store.
