If there would have been an option to rate them negatively, I would have gladly rated them -100. The hotel is below average, toilets were dirty. Most importantly staffs were very unprofessional and rude. Despite having advanced booking they forced us to leave the room citing the reason that the entire hotel is pre-booked. Had a very bad experience with them. They are bunch of fraudsters carrying some illegal activities inside the hotel.

What a staff...these guys set an example of customer service at its best. The staff even handed over his bike key as there was an emergency.

The receptionist was polite that's only thing i can say was good about the place. Apart from that rooms were dirty and sheets were having stains. Don't know if it was sanitized or not.

AC was not working and the condition of the room was pathetic. I would suggest you not to visit this hotel. They just fool the customers.... Rooms and washroom are conjusted... It is not what as it is in picture....

Except the behaviour of the staff, I have not found anything good in this hotel. Dirty Rooms; Uncleaned & Unchanged Pillow Covers, Bedsheets, Cushion Covers; Stains and Hairs all over the beds, pillows; Broken Taps; Broken Shower button; Non-functioning Geyser; Broken Cupboards; No Towel or soap given. Pathetic Stay. After complaining they changed the room which is again the same situation. Now how many times I will complain! I felt like leaving the room as early as possible. The only thing I liked is the behaviour of the guy in the Counter who is very good and cooperative. But Overall, I must say, it was a Pathetic Stay. Very bad experience.

Legal action should be taken against such fraud hotel.if u want peace in your life just avoid this hotel.

Booked 3 rooms, didn't got any room on time. In one room, there was no lock in washroom door. In another room, washroom was not for human being. It was so small that not a small kid can take bath. In night, if you come late after 12-1am, then there will be no one to open the gate. You need to wait whole night outside. It is not at all a hotel. It's an apartment converted to a hotel. I came to hotel in night from a marriage, there was no one to open the main door as it was locked. I tried calling the emergency number, no one answered.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The air conditioning was not functioning due to a power cut on Muharram, making the room uncomfortably hot. Additionally, the mattresses were worn out, which affected the quality of sleep, and the sheets were not clean. These issues seriously impacted my stay, and I hope the hotel management addresses them promptly to improve future guests' experiences.

Receptionist is very rude, rooms are not cleaned, AC not working even after I made a full payment, water is not available in washrooms and washrooms are very conjusted, mosquitos inside room and electricity problem.

Pathetic would be a small word for the hotel. Imagine booking stay for 20 people for 3 days and when you show up for check in they say we don't have tie up with MMT.

Perfect place for couples. Safe and secure. But rooms are bit small and washroom should be more spacious.

It was a pleasant stay for two nights. Location is accessible by public transport upto Singh more, after that Either you book an e rickshaw or by foot. Stay is good if you don't need anything from the staff.

Not even close to a collection as the title suggests, cheap quality rooms, rude staff, no packaged water, no towels, no other things that are present in even smallest of lodge.... Rooms were ok. Bed sheets were dirty. The locks were not good on the doors, it was not feeling safe. Outside reception noise was audible from inside rooms. But reception staff was polite and helpful. It was ok for the price.

This is worst hotel in this area. Beds are full of Cockroaches. Pillows are so dirty. and Toilets are so narrow and stinking. TV does not work. AC does not work.
