Room was nasty and mold on bathroom ceiling. Smelled like...let's just say it didn't smell too good. Wasn't worth the money. I actually left 45 minutes after I checked in w/o a refund. I can't with this place

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the nastiest place I ever stayed at. There shower curtain is brown. The blankets on the bed have burnt cigarette holes in them. The walls are yellow. This is actually the grossest and most un welcoming place I’ve ever been too.

Outdated interior. Small rooms. No TV. Ease of entry/exit, decent location. Good heat system though and the shower was fine. Wouldn’t stay here again but for a random one off to get sleep and leave it was okay I guess

Bathroom has mold on the walls. The blankets have cigarette holes everywhere. TV isn't clear to watch. No microwave. And much more

Anyone saying this place is clean is a lie! Do not believe those reviews whatsoever. I stayed here back in 2018. Here I am 12/2023 coming back to write a review because I’m so disgusted about that place! I feel traumatized actually! Some of those pictures that others have posted don’t even compare to how nasty my room was. I could even attempt to sleep under the blanket and I def wasn’t sleeping on top of it either. I used 2 of my jackets on top of the blanket in order to sleep. And I def didn’t get a long nights rest either. The room smelt terrible! There was dirt everywhere especially on the bathroom floor behind the door. This place looked like it had no housekeeping done what so ever! This place should be shut DOWN!!!! I feel insulted by the person who even suggested we stay there. 🤮

Stayed here during Connecticonn XX. Friendly staff and AC were a great addition. The room service staff was amazing. Great location for the convention center.

It's def not bad as people assume or think very friendly down to earth staff very dedicated to assistance with your needs and rooms are very nice nd well kept nd it's surrounding multiple businesses for those who don't drive I would definitely refer my friends

Nice clean room .. the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. There's a McDonald's Burger King and a gas station that's walkable. great price will definitely stay again :)

Would give zero if I could stayed here over the weekend there was no towels in the hotel TV didn’t work phone barely worked Got cost to complain about children. If you have children do not rent here they were crackheads drug users, old steps

This is my second time staying here and I will stay here again in the future! Rooms are clean, towels smell like bleach, bedding also smells freshly washed. This motel is only minutes away from Union Station which is a huge plus! Lots of restaurants in fast food nearby! This place is great for the price! Can't complain! I'm a very happy costumer!

The service is excellent 👍 room's clean and quiet excellent condition the location is the best you have two great fast restaurants McDonald's and Burger King 👑 and Gas station

this place deserves 0 stars it's absolutely DISGUSTING. they dont change the sheets, they were stained with multiple fluids, the towels were dirty stained yellow the toilet seat was stained and absolutely filthy. the carpets have not been vacuumed. nothing has been cleaned. this place has gone way down hill don't waste your money $90 for this trash motel. save your money. and I told the desk worker and he asked me "what do you want me to do"... don't stay here

This is the worst hotel i’ve ever been at, 0 STAR RATING. The room smelled like cigarettes, there were cigarette burns in the bed, stains all over the carpet, the shower had mold, the door didn’t lock properly, staff members were rude, dents in the walls, our room key was shut off so we couldn’t get back in when we left to get food. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. we were charged 3 TIMES THE AMOUNT of the advertised price, meanwhile the guy next door was snorting crack of the tv stand with the door wide open.

My experience with this motel that I just recently stayed at. The maids are nice and do their jobs, the motel inside the room was not decent, where the face cloth goes it's hanging by 1 screw and everytime I wanted to speak to the manager he wasn't there. Also, the door was off hinge a huge gap on the bottom of the door and they have no microwave or refrigerator. I will not stay here again

Only good thing about the location as it was basically across from Dunkin and a million cameras, there was a bloody little tissue paper on the floor, got a non smoking room and it smelt like nasty stale cigarettes, didn’t feel comfortable sleepin under the covers of the bed. There was some guys, sitting in the stairwell in front of our room who were loud as hell at 1:30 in the morning and after 16 hours of driving we went peace and quite, called front desk and he said it’s like “Saturday night lights” unless they’re causing “you trouble” then he will call the cops and wouldn’t talk to them

AC did not work. Room was 77°. Cigarette burns on the bedding, too many to bother counting. The bathroom was so moldy I didn't shower. I got charged more than the advertised price. I was not expecting luxury accommodation but this might be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and it was also one of the most expensive.

BRING YOUR OWN BEDDING, THERES IS SO GROSS I WOULDN'T EVEN SLEEP ON TOP OF IT!!! PLACE IS SOOOOO DISGUSTING, MOLD ALL OVER THE BATHROOM CIELING BLOOD AND WHO KNOWS WHAT SPATTERED ALL OVER WALLS DOORS AND THE BED. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. House keepers should be fired and replaced. 100%

Absolutely horrible hotel. Staff was drunk and unable to check me in. Yet the hotel charged me for staying there. Never even got to the property because the worker was so drunk he plant talk or understand where he was.

My Stay at this hotel the Travel Inn Motel. Was the most disgusting hotel ever in my life. I booked a room do to know rooms available in the area. When I checked in to the room the bed had burnt marks all over the sheets all the way to the mattress it's still Covid-19 going and this hotel is differently not up to code at all. Burnt marks on the carpet. The smell of curry in the whole room was unbearable. They gave me a neither room and as soon as I walk into the room the smell slap me right in the face. I will never recommend anyone to stay there and if so that place need to be closed down. Housekeepers are not doing there job right. I am a manager at Marriott property. This was totally out of line!!!

DO NOT GO THERE! Absolutely disgusting. Room with graffiti on the inside door. Lock broken. Really dirty carpet and bed linen all burned with cigarettes and completely wrinkled. Not sure how this hotel is still open. It should not be enabled to do business and charging what they do. I hope someone watch and close it down. I spoke with front desk agent and he said they do not have a manager or person in charge.

We were down to see a show at the Xfinity Theater. Proximity was perfect. 10 minute walk . But you get what you pay for. Room was big but bare. Only 1 chair in a 2 bed room. No coffee maker. But mcdonalds, burger king, dunkin, and a gas station convenience store all right next to you. The staff was great. Friendly.

Terrible room, obnoxious guests. Front desk hung up on me when trying to extend a reservation. For price, is adequate. But would not recommend to anyone other than those interested in being directly near the downtown Hartford area.

Dirty! Blood on the walls! Tube TV that DIDN'T work! I complained and hot moved to one of the "nice" rooms. Found a syringe 💉 under the bed with no cap. They gave me $10.00 and gloves to put it outside my door for the maid to grab it in the morning! Because they don't have any maids at night!

Very kind, responsive and attentive front desk and housekeeping. Best price and a great location. Comfortable beds and many rooms to suit whatever your need may be.

Absolutely disgusting, walked in and was immediately grossed out. Room was so dirty, blankets had cigarette burns all over them in a non-smoking room. We found old McDonald food containers under one of the chairs, a dirty mask under the bed and garbage. We walked right back out and got our money back. The place should be shut down ASAP.
