I had a great experience at this office. Went in to find out what options were available. They offer goodies at the desk as you check in. The office and exam rooms were clean and well kept. The ultrasound tech Dana was really knowledgeable and sweet. Dr Lathan was also very nice, professional, and broke down everything for me to know what were my best options. They accept most insurance and have plans for cosmetic procedures that are not covered. The staff was extremely helpful, Curtis at the front desk checked me in and helped with all my questions before and after my appointment. Overall 10/10 experience. And I will be going back in 3 weeks for my first procedure.

I had a great a experience @ Metro Vein Center in Purchase NY. The staff is very friendly & helpful. I had two visits with Dr. Miguel Oquendo, he's very pleasant & very knowledgeable. I Plan on returning to get some more work done.

If I could give it less than a star, the secretary treated me very badly, being she is already an older person, I think she is the oldest of all of them. I went before, the service was excellent, but that day the lady was asked a question and answered with arrogance, it happened. To her friends, first of all, Ami, I told her what was happening and she said that she is the one who knows. I waited almost an hour, I got desperate and left because I didn't even ask her anything other than that she was angry because she was talking on her cell phone and she said that she was tired of working one day. Like that day was Friday, March 29, since if he were in his country he would have been on a beach. The Doctors are excellent, they treat you very well but they should pay attention to people like her, what they are doing is treating patients badly, I will never go back….

The entire staff is friendly and very professional! Giselle is beyond sweet in her demeanor and very helpful. Curtis is welcoming and polite. Dana is thorough and very considerate as an ultrasound technician. Dr. Oquendo is attentive and answers all questions in a detailed manner. I genuinely appreciate the caring bedside manner. Would recommend to all in need of care for their veins.

They were very honest with me and took very good care of me. I wish I could have continued to get my treatments done here at this center. However, I was moving to Miami and needed to find a center closest to me . I would return for my vein needs if I ever were to move back to NY.

First visit and Dr. Lathan and his team gave me a diagnosis and treatment plan. They are ALL from the front desk to the medical assistant (Emma) ultrasound tech (thank you Daniel) professional, curteous and cannot do enough to help you. I can attest to all the five star reviews. Dr. Lathan thank you for your awesome "bedside" manner as that is hard to come by these days. The office is spotless, and wait time very short.

Love doctor Oquendo. He is fantastic. The results are great! Doctor is so pleasant and professional. I am afraid of needles. He makes me feel very calm in the process. Insurance paid for most of it. I have had multiple appointments here and it’s always been a great experience for me. Every single one of the staff is friendly and helpful. They have worked with my schedule and have been able to accommodate me even on the occasion when I was late due to traffic. I have seen and felt great results of my treatments thus far. I would highly recommend them for treatment. I will be coming back for some cosmetic treatment as well in the near future.

Charge my insurance $775 for an ultrasound and office visit. They scheduled a date for a procedure. They called to say they are going to have reschedule. The Visit the 30th of August. We called them twice they said they would get back to us. They got back us with a 40 dollar copayment bill and never scheduled anything else

I have been a patient in this office for approximately more than a year and everything was excellent until last week, I waited for the Dr. ready for a procedure I had to do and it took more than half an hour to get ready and he never showed up in the room and I had to leave Office without treatment because I also have work hours. I made a second appointment today, and today was worse, they made me wait 45 minutes in the room and when they finally called me I told the young woman that I only had half an hour more and she He responded that he didn't think I would be ready in half an hour and I had to leave the office without the treatment. What a shame that they play with the time of the People. I also have to work and my time is also valuable!
