I noticed they changed up the Childrens Department! It looks so much better now the photos I have are a few weeks old which means they keep updating the area, so nice!! This honestly is my favorite department and the girls down there are so nice(: My interaction with Lena was amazing, she’s the sweetest girl ever and wrapped my gifts up to quick and they looked beautiful. Another girl down there named Gordana was also very helpful, she looked up another size in a shirt my daughter really wanted and I’m so grateful for that! Ofc I miss Cordelia and Debbie but I’m glad Lena is still here! She worked with both of them so I trust her the most since she’s been working there the longest. Had a great experience, thank you for hiring such wonderful ladies!

I came here a couple of days ago to return some items that I purchased online that didn't work out for me. Upon entering, I headed to the men's department to find an available register and found one fairly quickly. The cashier who was there didn't acknowledge me and I soon noticed that she had been assisting another customer nearby. I'm pretty understanding, and I felt that although she was helping someone, she could have greeted me and asked about what I needed. I had to initiate a conversation with her for assistance because I was willing to wait until she finished with her customer to do my return. She called someone else over and this cashier proceeded to tell me that women's clothing and shoes should be returned in their respective departments, but that she'd process my clothing return as a courtesy. I had two receipts for items but didn't bother to mention it because at that point, I decided against "inconveniencing" them further. Went to the shoe department to to return the shoes and found myself waiting since the cashiers were also helping customers on the floor. Another customer approached and asked if I was waiting, to which I responded "yes". Shortly thereafter, a manager approaches and asks the other customer if she has a return. I thought that was strange because I was actually standing on line and this customer was off to the side a bit. The customer was kind and mentioned that I had been waiting and the manager told us that we can return our shoes at ANY register. At this point, I was annoyed to say the least, but I went into the handbag section, which was comparatively less busy and approached another associate to assist with my return. I was immediately greeted with, "are you returning a handbag?" I told her that it was a pair of shoes and she started directing me back to where I came! I told her that the manager, now at the register in the shoe department, told me to return it at any register. The cashier told me that she would once she was done helping her customer. Here's the kicker: I heard her approach said customer, and she was told "I'm being helped already." I don't like to make assumptions, so I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and classify these employees as inept and lazy, not racist. However, I would be hesitant to return to this location again and I will be forwarding this review through the appropriate channels.

Very high quality clothing, furniture, jewelry, perfume, housewares and accessories. Very knowledgeable staff. I buy Nespresso capsules here, my favorite coffee. Large store with plenty of parking convenient to I-287 in White Plains.

The kids departments wraps gifts nicely, in case you don't want to pay for wrapping upstairs! Lena wrapped this gift for my neighbors new baby and I love how she folded the outfits, these small boxes fit a lot! She was very nice and willing to help, unlike other employees in this store. I have mixed feelings about many employees but I'm glad the ones in the kids departments are nice and available to help! They need to upgrade their sizes, most of the basic stuff like jeans and shirts are low in different sizes and colors. However, they have a great sales rack for babies and older kids. This area is so cute I love aqua girls and aqua womans have the same stuff so my daughters and I can match

Clean store. Plenty of parking. Located not far from 287. Truthfully I just tagged along with my wife. I can say that the customer service in both home and wedding registry was outstanding.

First, the location - right next to 287. You won't be looking for a parking spot either, as the parking lot is enormous. If you're not into big crowds of people, this place is perfect. I purchased two bottles of Creed, assisted by a woman named Awilda. She made the purchasing experience a pleasure by not being too aggressive yet tentative and knowledgeable. It was one of the nicest and most memorable shopping experiences, thanks to her. I'm looking forward to the next visit for sure. Thank you.

Went there just for summer deals. They do have lots of options. Can be a little pricey. They do have 20/25% off summer sale, but not everything is coupon eligible. Staff is pleasant. Manager extremely nice and helpful. Free parking. Clean and organized. Can find anything from shoes, sandals, men's wear to evening goes and bathing suits. This is an upscale store as opposed to budget friendly.

Well organized and merchandised. Well lit dressing rooms. Abby in Aqua and Esther in All Saints are an asset to the store. Ample parking - buy in store and ship it home. Wonderful alterations by Alicia. The one issue I have with this store is that you have to roam around looking for a sales associate and then try looking for someone to ring you up! Good luck with that. Its exhausting especially after working all day. I expect the utmost customer service from Bloomingdale's but I guess those days are gone.

Both Tania (Manager) and Modesta (Seamstress) were a godsend - they helped me at short notice with a dress alteration for my milestone birthday. Their amicable manner and professionalism really made a difference to my experience. People like this are rare. Thank you so much!

This location has a Nespresso which is uber convenient to buy your coffee. They also have a coffee bar so you can sample. Parking is abundant. So no worries there.

Tamara at the B-helpful desk is so wonderful and patient - both with her customers and colleagues who ask for her help. People like Tamara are the very reason why “in store” experience is far superior to e-commerce. Really appreciate how kind and swiftly she always helps me when I visit the store! Thank you Tamara!

Just had the most ridiculous experience at the Clinique counter. No one there, store fully opened and nearby sales person could not help me because she didn’t know the product. Left without making a purchase. Called and spoke to supervisor who wanted to know the name of the salesperson who did not help me. No need to go back again if the store won’t fully staff their departments. Will just order from Amazon or go somewhere else.

I am especially pleased with my experience at Bloomingdales today!! Thanks to Mr Blanco for going the extra mile to search high and low for my Aura x Aram Digital Picture Frame! Now I can enjoy all of my beautiful pictures of my grandchildren! He was so pleasant, patient and thorough that it made the entire experience enjoyable! I felt like I won a grand prize when he arrived with the picture frame!

Been going here over a decade, the clothes selection I feel has gotten worse over time so it’s very rare I shop there anymore.

Store is very clean. Merchandise is well stocked. Customer service was great. Be prepared to spend some dollars. Many high end brands found elsewhere for much lower price

Delish, thoughtfully -prepared, fun food. 1/2 sandwich, cup of soup, homemade chips and a generous small frozen yogurt for $22. Lovely atmosphere.

STAY AWAY FROM ORDERING ONLINE! I spent 2.5 hours ordering bedding and then found out that the order was cancelled due to Bloomie's glitch. It seems that like most companies Bloomingdales went to an off-shore call center. I was told that my Bloomies card was declined but it was not. By the time this got sorted out- and I do mean time-several items were no longer available, not even on backorder! I will only work with my personal shopper in real time from now on.

Fourteen Carrot Café is happening spot to go to for lunch. Get the flagship salad which comes with your choice of flavor signature frozen yogurt for dessert. Afterwards, enjoy some luxury shopping. Don’t forget to check out the sale rack.

I went here today for the sole purpose of going to the NESPRESSO shop located on the main floor. At the register, I asked for one sleeve of the vertuo Colombian coffee pods. Unfortunately they assumed I was only purchasing 1 sleeve, therefore the caucasian male worker asked the caucasian female worker if she could ring it up due to it being a “small amt” where the female responded “no” in a condescending manner. After purchasing multiple sleeves of vertuo coffee pods, the Caucasian female worker commented “oh you see, you made that sale work. I thought you were joking at first.” All because they thought I was purchasing 1 sleeve of coffee pods. I will continue to order these nespresso coffee pods online instead of purchasing them in person. No thank you.

Bloomingdales in white plains is one of my favorite stores overall BUT, Brian from the men’s department is pretty much the only person who makes shopping for me a great experience in that store! I so appreciate when I see people put so much love and effort into their job. Brian knows what he’s doing and takes time to help you out. I always tell him they should pay you two salaries!! And I mean it!!! Thank you Brian for being so professional and making stressful holiday shopping a great experience.
