Omg Nikki Moon Salon is seriously the only salon I will go to! They are true professionals, everyone is so kind and welcoming. Jessica did an amazing job with my hair, she is the BESTT!! Samantha is the BEST!! Been going to her for ~3 years now and she’s completely transformed my head! I walked in with extremely dry, brittle, damaged, and really short hair the first time I visited her. Now my hair is the healthiest it’s EVER been!!! Clare did an amazing job with my foilyage! I have very thick, dark Asian hair, and I’m always a little nervous about going to non-Asian hair specialized salons, especially for bleach/colors. This time, I put my full faith in Clare, and she did NOT disappoint. She was upfront and honest with how light she could get it in one session and was meticulous in asking me how exactly I wanted my face framing pieces/side part/layers. The way she blended my foilyage - it looks so stunning! And my hair still feels extremely soft and healthy. I’m more than happy with the results, and I’ll definitely be returning for more of Clare’s work!

I can't say enough good things about this salon. We were in town visiting family and I wanted a blowout, and my son needed a haircut. I blindly scheduled appointments with stylists I have never met. Amanda cut my son's hair and she did an incredible job! Better than our stylist back home. He was beyond happy. A couple of days later, I returned for my blowout with Kate. All I can say is wow! I looked like a million bucks. I'm not familiar with other salons in Naperville, but this has to be one of, if not, the best. I will definitely be back the next time we are in town!

I was here on June 17 th for styling with Bianca for a wedding reception that evening. I give 2 stars because the customer service was good .Bianca has a good personality but the waves disappeared after an hour and my hair did not look good. I had paid $45 for styling but it didn’t work out for me . Update :I am from out of town so the manager called me and made a decision to refund the $45 that I paid for styling.I appreciate the customer service .Thank you for being considerate.

I always am a little nervous to try a new hair place, but they were absolutely amazing! Extremely kind and considerate, constantly checked in on me. Most importantly, Maritza did an incredible job on my hair! I haven’t cut or colored it in a year, and she turned it completely around. I love the color and cut, and appreciate her insight because I’m always indecisive. Walked out with beautiful and healthy hair.

Grace is an incredible stylist. I’ve been going to her for about a year and a half for a cut with layers and full highlights. I am PICKY when it comes to my blonde!!! She consistently does an outstanding job every time and I always leave with my hair exactly how I wanted it to look. My hair requires more time than most appointments, so she has always been accommodating of that. She is always a friendly face and very personable as well! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great cut or color!

I went in at the beginning of July. After moving to a new state, I looked around and saw the great reviews Niki Moon Salon had. From the minute you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcomed. I requested Jessica as my stylist and she was AMAZING, i showed her inspo pictures and she walked me through the process. My hair is wavy, and a little thin so I was nervous at first. You can definitely tell they use great quality products. Since then, my hair feels so healthy and looks better than before. I did purchase a hair mask from them and it was worth it. For the price, quality and superb service, I will be making the drive to fulfill my hair needs at Niki Moon.

My stylist Jessica was very informative on the best way to care for my hair, including product recommendations for my specific concerns. She took her time on my hair. She’s so skilled and so sweet. I’ve been getting compliments daily as a result of her work! Highly recommend!

Let me start off by saying I have been coming to Nikki Moon for a number of years. I was very told that, because my son had Covid, that missing his appointment was unacceptable. I was also told that, if I ever wanted to come back and remember I have been coming here for MANY years, that I would need to give my credit card number or pay for my appointments ahead of time from now on. The only other time I did not make it in, I was in the hospital. I was told by Nikki Moon that if I miss an appointment, that they would try to work with me, but would not commit to doing so! They also said that they had a policy of having a credit card on file, but they told me I did not need to because of being a loyal customer. Too bad that is not true!!!!

I had a full foil done by Jessica and she was wonderful. She took her time and did such a careful thorough job. I would definitely recommend her work. My previous foil that I had done at another salon was kind of botched, but Jessica was able to blend it all together. Thanks Jessica and Niki Moon. A++ service.

I've been seeing Heather at Niki Moon for over a year now and she has been amazing! I was always afraid to change hair salons after moving away from my previous one, but Heather has been outstanding! The pricing is very reasonable as well! I 100% recommend this salon and Heather!

Had a wonderful haircut with Heather. I came in from out of town, and she gave me the color I needed while also treating with kindness, knowing I wouldn’t be a regular…but I very much wish I could be a regular of Heather’s. The salon was beautiful, easy to locate, and everyone inside was wonderful. If I’m ever back in Naperville, I’ll make sure to pencil in time for a cut and color with Heather!
