I’ve
been
to
several
hospital
ERs
and
Rush
is
the
worst
one
that
I’ve
been
to.
Inattentive
triage
took
down
wrong
chief
complaint,
lowering
ranking
for
care
and
resulting
in
mistreatment.
The
staff
was
standing
around
watching
a
soccer
game
and
joking
about
how
they
didn’t
want
to
be
there.
In
triage
&
ER
rooms,
furniture
fabric
is
so
worn
that
it
is
no
longer
anti-microbial
or
meeting
standards
for
health
industry
fabric.
Triage
bathrooms
were
unsanitary
and
hadn’t
been
cleaned.
Both
toilet
seats
had
fecal
splatter
all
over.
No
janitorial
staff
in
the
ER
waiting
room
for
the
8
hours
I
waited.
Soiled
linens
in
corners
and
in
furniture,
no
sweeping
/mopping,
bathroom
floors
were
sticky,
hand
sanitizer
by
children’s
room
didn’t
smell
like
hand
sanitizer
and
had
horrible
unsanitary-like
odor.
Once
in
the
ER
room,
the
prior
patients
urine
bottle
was
left
in
room.
Water
at
sink
was
cold
and
had
no
pressure.
There
was
no
communication
or
coordination
between
the
two
doctors
who
treated
me
so
the
final
doctor
treated
me
for
the
incorrect
complaint
that
the
inattentive
triage
nurse
entered.
I
was
discharged
on
incorrect
information
and
didn’t
receive
proper
treatment
or
care.
