Today was my second time visiting here. I placed my order online both times and my orders were filled almost instantaneously. When I went inside to pickup, they have been SUPER friendly each time. And my actual total both times has been less than the online estimated total when placing my order (which is always a nice surprise). Today, it came up in conversation with the worker that I have a dog waiting in the car. He asked if he could give me a dog treat to give her and said next time, to bring her inside if I want! So it sounds like they are dog friendly (however, I have not tested this). The same guy also let me know that they will start taking debit cards soon which is information that I definitely appreciated considering I almost always have to stop by an ATM beforehand. I wish I remembered this guy’s name because he was super helpful and nice!

I frequent this place multiple times a week, and every time I’m in Eileen is extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous. Always have a pleasant experience at this location. Someone give this girl a raise.

Every time I come in to Rise I see familiar faces who know me from many visits as well. I get good advice, and because of that have looked into some of the CBD products they carry as well. I'm very happy with how well I sleep with Spectra high CBD. See photo. I have nerve pain which disturbs my sleep, but a LITTLE bit of this and I sleep several hours longer than I was. Chris I. is the one that suggested this, and he nailed it.

This was our ( me & my husband) first time visiting a dispensary. I was a little apprehensive, my husband was pretty excited. The check in process was quick & easy, Chris checked us in and was very welcoming. Izzy helped us make our selections and she was beyond phenomenal. She approached us to see if we wanted help, she asked all of the questions that were on my mind ( she was like a comforting mind reader) , she answered every question with extreme knowledge & guidance but not in an overwhelming sense… she was genuinely nice too, you could tell she really enjoys her job & helping people. Izzy, we can’t thank you enough & hope to see you when we return! Kathy at the register was also very authentic, knowledgeable & genuinely nice. Everyone that works there really made this a great experience. Thank you!

We always have really good experiences here. Today we were helped by Kassia and Jack. They were very sweet and patient. We had a lot of issues with our debit card but they were super patient and walked us through how to fix it. Kassia recommended several products to us to try as well. Everyone here is always incredibly friendly and helpful, but Kassia and Jack went above and beyond today.

Best spot around. Extremely friendly staff. From the security, to the check in, to waiting in line, and finally seeing the cashier, this place knows how to treat their customers. Great varieties, and great deals if you know when to visit. Also a very streamlined purchasing process, prepay is the GOAT. “Chris I” was the employee who asked I leave a review, and Chris was exceptional at their job! The entire staff is phenomenal though, so you can’t go wrong stopping in!

We came fairly early Saturday morning, I had placed an online order. We had changed our mind on a few things so I had to change my order when I got to the counter. I just want to shout out Chris I. On some excellent customer service super accommodating on help with changing my order in line. Answered all my questions quickly and made excellent recommendations on the fly. Today I worked with one of the finest employees I have ever had the pleasure of talking with. His name was Chris I. and I truly enjoyed conversing with him today. Not only was he knowledgeable but kind and considerate as well as respectful. He thanked me for my service and even pointed out multiple new products that I haven't sampled yet. He was truly a pleasure to work with and hopefully when I come back I can see him again. Always fantastic service, I love it.

Absolutely love coming here. Bad or good days, staff is amazingly friendly, I know I come in a lot. Some of the staff knows me before even looking at my license 😅😅. I always love talking and having the conversations I do. This location has an amazing staff, amazing product. I have to say no matter the wait this place is definitely on top when it comes to being busy. From the friendly welcoming security guard to the employee at the register. Always a pleasant visit ❤️❤️

The staff is always very friendly there!! Especially Eileen. She was so patient and friendly with me after I put my order in incorrectly on the website and she sorted through each item with me to help me figure out which ones I wanted and did not want. She was amazing and provided a very pleasant customer experience!

One of the workers their named sparks always makes sure to give me a fist bump when he sees me and always leads me in the right direction on the product I be looking for. Sean, Paulina and Andrew were a tremendous help, Our sons birthday was today and Andrew helped us look up what my son bought. We found some things to get him. Sean really knows his stuff, he was always moving around and getting to know the feel of what people were looking for and offered a look at new stuff coming out. Paulina was so pleasant and courteous at checkout, this was our first trip there and everyone was great. They made coming to RISE a great experience and for us casuals, RISE will be the place to go back to for us. If you're there just ask for Sean or Andrew on the floor and you will not be disappointed.

Security man was very cordial and opened the door for people, the check-in counter seems very efficient, and separate lines for online orders and kiosk ones helps make sure that kiosk people are able to be helped more personally without sacrificing the speedy pickup of the online orders. Decided to give this place another try, and I have to say, the last four times I’ve been here, they really don’t disappoint. The staff is always friendly at the door and beyond. Today, Becca and Liann, assisted me with my order and some additional questions I had. Aside from the service, I’ve always noticed that the inside of this place is always clean. Unfortunately, the parking lot needs a little cleaning today but that’s so minor compared to overall good service I got. Also, compared to some other local dispensaries, the pricing at this location is extremely reasonable. I’ll definitely be back!

First time customer from Oklahoma. When I was welcomed it was a nice feeling. The young man with shore sandy blonde hair was so helpful. He knows the product and listened to what I wanted. Ordered online, arrived and they didn’t have some items I had picked (entirely fair, SB Sunday and larger quantity items). Jennie found some other comparable items online, turns out they weren’t stocked either. She grabbed a selection of things and personal favorites for me to pick from. I appreciated her flexibility and openness, and she offered a discount for the troubles. Love the service here!

I've tried my fair share of dispensaries but RISE is hands down one of the best dispensaries in the area. I'm big on customer service & if you don't have it, I don't want it. I'm a regular here & always great customer service. Today was no different with David N. who took care of me, he was great but I also can't leave out my girl Kailey. She takes care of my orders most of the time & her energy & service are out of this world! Love when she takes care of me. Thank you guys!!

Bought an o zone disposable dab pen which didn’t even work then exchanged it for a new one when I asked for a different kind. This one stopped working a 1/4 of the way through and even listened on how to charge it differently and still didn’t work!!!!! Now I’m stuck with a damn near full cart that I can’t even use or exchange. They have wrong picture on the kiosk, which is deceiving the customer. I have given this place so much money and still never received a fair replacement! Don’t shop for dab pens here!! And don’t be surprised if they don’t wanna help you.

I have been a customer since the first days after opening. I have to admit that the main reason why I didn’t shop elsewhere yet is Paulina. Paulina she is a super humble expert. She is always welcoming us with a big smile on her face. Her recommendations are always so accurate. She has a huge knowledge regards products and she easily can named strain base on smell ,wow! We are living in Saint Charles but we are driving extra 30 minutes to Lake in the Hills as we believe that Rise is best dispensary in West suburbs! If You go there don’t forget to ask for Paulina!

Also Steph at the front register happily helped me with issues regarding online orders. Overall very friendly and helpful experience.
