If in Chicago..! You ain’t going to miss this Hotdog 🌭..! A must try for sure. After hyped about this place I gave it a try for the dipped Italian beef hotdog. I liked it for sure, for me it was a little bland but I wish it had some sauce on it but worth a try for sure. Everyone’s taste buds are really different but for sure we loved it. Do try different ones with cheese on top looked yummy but didn’t have that much space to give it a try..! Will be back 🔜.

Good food, good service. Loud environment. Prices are a bit high for what you get. Men's restroom was dirty and had a sopping wet, gross floor.

Italian beef combo in a bowl with cheese & hot peppers. Loved! Doing low carb so missed the bread but it was still delicious! This is my favorite Portillo's! Started coming here when I was pregnant with my first child, craved Italian beefs with hot pepper's. She's 33 now! This place is still the same, like stepping back in time, brings back so many great memories!

I Love the food here and if your creative, the possibilities are plentiful. I ordered a LG Fri cheese sauce side of chili and side of bacon and side of hot. Now I have spicy chili cheese fries w/bacon. & Hamber add mozz.

Can't go wrong coming here, there is something for everyone! Amazing 50s atmosphere making you feel welcomed. Friendly staff and a nice size menu. Definitely my favorite spot to stop at when passing through. Must try the combo sanwich and spicy chicken sanwich. Onion rings are great and of course the Chicago dog! They sell the beef by the pound and the jar of peppers. Everyone will be full and happy after a visit here!

Portillo's has a great vegetarian hotdog called the garden dog, and it comes with a bunch of great toppings. I also got a small fries, and a drink. The booths are big, the music is fun, and there's a great crowd with lots of rambunctious kids. It's like a throwback to the '50's. It's like dining on the set of Happy Days. The food was delicious and filled me up. The service and atmosphere cheered me up.

How can you beat Portillo's dogs, hamburgers, and beef sandwiches? Great chopped salad, chocolate cake, beer. If you are nearby, you have to try it. The only negative? The serving staff, at least in the past, used annoying rhymes to call out that your order is ready. Great for 10 year olds, but give me a break. I couldn't stand it.

Jaime is a super helpful and friendly. He made our visit very nice. The 50's Decore is truly amazing, and we really enjoyed the music that was played. The food was very good. Five Stars to Portillos Rolling Meadows.

A Chicago favorite, this location is very efficient moving the line, and even though it's busy, the food is prepared with care. I've had portillo's enough to know how it should be coming out and it always does! You can't miss the chocolate cake shake and if you're eating fries, definitely level it up with some cheese sauce. It's going to be a tough choice I'm warning you, Italian sausage or Chicago beef with peppers? Either way you can't go wrong. The location is clean, The staff is friendly, service is efficient, and the food is delicious. What's not to love?!

Really enjoyed the beef sandwich with spicy peppers! The fries with cheese sauce was also delicious. Perfect for our family to have a quick tasty dinner. The big glasses for the Miller Lite was good too. My son bought a piece of chocolate cake that we all shared. Definitely recommend!

Love Portillo's! An absolute must when in Chicago! Not my usual location, but this one is the same high quality on expects from any Portillo's!

Portillo's is a Chicago staple and a great place to go for the classic Chicago dog. This location, specifically, has a fantastic vintage atmosphere, from the neon sign out front with a classic car design, to the oldies playing on the juke and the vintage signage inside. In addition to hot dogs and fries, the menu has really good salads which can be customized. The chocolate cake is famous and you can get a free piece on your birthday!

First time in 13 yrs I got home with order missing one meal of 7. Pretty impressive record in my mind. Called them and said I'd return after I fed rest of my guests (kinda grateful it was mine they neglected).
