Have gone in three times over the course of three months to cancel my account, staff always assure they will cancel it yet every month they continue to take my money. Reel you in with the "latest and greatest", but once they catch you good luck getting out. Save yourself the stress and the money, finance your home gym instead of getting your money stolen here.

You can tell Ross and his team seek Perfection because since Premier took over the gym it’s been improvement after improvement. Def 5⭐️Experience consistently !!

Highly recommend!! This gym is amazing! The transformation into FP has been such a beautiful process, the new owners and the staff are always there to back you up like an instant family. The best part is how kid friendly they are, they have a sitting service and kids workouts. Come try out a class or free coaching session. And of course my favorite personal trainer Katie can help you meet any goal you have! ❤️

I moved to morris 4 months ago had to transfer from L.a fitness to a gym closer and fitness premier is a clean 24 hour gym with amazing trainers one name Katie and she very knowledgeable in fitness world. Also a lot amazing people and employees I highly recommend this gym

Krstyn my personal trainer is very knowledgeable. She challenges me each workout never repeating same training session. Gym making grand improvements I like what I see. Glad I joined

Wanted to sign up online but their plans and fees do not align with what is posted. Not only that but once signing up I would be charged again in 2 weeks? I’m glad I read the reviews. Sounds like once you sign up people are getting charged fees without notice and even after canceling and filling out forms they are still being charged. Appreciate the reviews!!

Got a gym membership here for a couple of months while working here from out of town. Staff is nice, equipment is in good shape and 6 a good selection.

I payed for a membership online, but my barcode to get in did not work. While waiting another member came in, I tried asking him about how it works and he was very rude. Hopefully the other members aren’t as rude. Edit: thank you for helping me out! Great customer service.

Love this gym! Everyone is so nice, encouraging & helpful! Great selection of equipment & machines! Clean & getting remodeled! I'm paying extra 4 team classes & worth every cent! Highly recommend!

A nice gym with great atmosphere. Gets pretty busy but is available to members 24/7. Reasonable rates. If you are comfortable enough to know your limits and help guide a session, it can be very fun, and rewarding. I didn't mean for the first review to come across so harsh. They do a great job and have always been polite and professional.
