Best urgent care I ever been at so far. The staff is very kind and friendly. They also provide Primary care and I will definitely establish care next visit. I will recommend this clinic to all my friends and family members. ****Also wait time wasn't so bad considering the fact they accept walk ins, I've been to other urgent cares and waited over two hours to be seen. My new go to place!

Love this clinic! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. We went in there with no appointment and they were able to take us in that same day. The doctor listened carefully to our problem and was able to give us the necessary treatment. Highly recommend this place and will be coming here again!

Had an amazing experience there, as i did not have insurance and an appointment, and they still accommodated me and provided fast healthcare service. They told me the charges for visit and tests upfront and I was very happy with the transparency, and how they offered all options. They have very honest doctor and staff who made sure I was taken well care of. Highly recommend this place.

I went here a couple of months back and my problem is not with the staff but the policies put in place. I paid out of pocket to get some testing done and they were trying to make me pay twice.Once to pay for the service and another time in order for the doctor to explain my testing results. They never mentioned that I would have to pay for them in order to explain my results before I purchased so that was very frustrating and I end up just getting my results emailed to me but didn't receive a phone call from the doctor explaining things because I had to pay. I also had to go back in a 2nd time to get my blood drawn. Their lab lost my results and nobody was able to explain exactly what happened. I would NEVER support this business again. The staff was nice but I think it was a lot of things done unprofessionally that could have been prevented with effective communication.

Service was fast and the staff was kind and professional. Karina did an amazing job for my bloodwork. She had absolutely no problem finding my vein right away, and I felt no pain or discomfort. I had gone to another clinic and had been poked multiple times and ultimately had no blood drawn. That was not the case here, Karina made everything super smooth and easy. The whole experience was top notch, and I’d recommend anyone who needs bloodwork done to come here.

Highly recommended urgent care , everyone works there is so helpful and professional. Since I stepped in until i left i got the best service and help from staff,nurses and doctors . I would like to thank karina for her help and i really recommend a promotion or at least raise for her efforts .

I went here after a hospital affiliated urgent care failed to help me. I saw this place online and made an appointment at the stone park urgent care with Dr. Shahen. She's wonderful, listened to me, was very thorough and helped me get the prescriptions I needed to get past an upper respiratory infection.

Customer service was quick and patient. The staff and Dr. Samir was thorough and made sure he answered all my questions. Will come back again. Highly recommended.
