The first time I made a hair donation last year to Wigs 4 Kids through this salon and my haircut looked awesome, and was even complimentary. And second time when I came to change my hairstyle recently, as well. The hairdresser Naima did a great job👍

I went in to get my edges trimmed and walked out with my hair being over 3 inches shorter after I explicitly told them multiple times I only wanted it trimmed. I have never been so disappointed with a haircut in my life. Next time just tell me you can’t do it before ruining my hair.

My go to haircut salon. More of a barber shop experience with affordable prices! They wash your hair twice! Before and after! They have really good professionals for Men. Ulan is the go to master for Men!

This was a horrible experience. I paid $160 for highlights root touch up, and they didn’t bring the highlights close enough to the root that it looked like I still had a root! Also they left very harsh lines where you could see the highlights and didn’t blend it at all! When I asked them to fix it, they said to come back in 3 weeks to fix it, which of course I wasn’t going to do because I can’t walk around for three weeks looking the way I did! It was important to have my hair perfect for the holidays and my boyfriend was going to propose to me in January and they left me looking horrible so I had to go to a more expensive salon to fix it! I wouldn’t recommend coming here, if you’re trying to save money by coming here you’ll actually spend more money because a better salon will have to correct the color!

Always great, my daughter gets her highlights here for years. The only thing is sometimes we need to wait little longer to get the service, but it’s worth to wait.

I’ve been to numerous salons here in chicago but did not find someone as great as Sarah. She has a distinctive method and style in hair cutting that would turn your hair into a fabulous one. Highly recommended

I've been to Jackie O's a number of times. They do good work at a fair price. I love the shampoo with the hair cut. I travel a bit to get there l, but it's worth it.

The work they do is great and the service is great. Have been getting my hair cut and done at this place for years. Never disappoints. They're excellent and they listen and give you advice and take in your input.

Jackie is skilled, flexible, and attentive. When I was there, plenty of men, women, and children from the neighborhood came in for a cut. Busy but not too crowded. I got a funky cut and highlights for $150 and am very pleased. They accept cash or Zelle payments.

Amazing service i went in for a quick hair trim and they were super nice and they offered me a private room due to my religious beliefs which is very sweet of them. The lady that cut my hair understood exactly what i wanted and i will definitely be coming back.
