Dr. League was very nice, professional, and inviting to all questions and concerns. Highly recommend.

The service and care from ALL your staff was atrocious. Example, after many calls and frustration of irresponsible personal I get an a follow up appointment. I’m parking my car right outside the Drs office when I get call that they are canceling my appointment. No apology no conversation; good bye. I finally get in two weeks later after me initiating all phone calls. I get there and receptionist tells me I have no referral for that day and to have a nice. No apologies at any point EVER from the 1st to the last of ALL the dealings with your office. They told me that it’s my responsibility to handle my affairs. I was able to insist and called My primary Dr to have them see me. Dr League saw my frustration as soon as he walked in my room. He genuinely asked what’s wrong I only told him two incidents from the many. He actually apologized. I guess he needs to show his staff that a simply apology goes a long way.

Dr. Alan League is a great surgeon who also has great people skills. I felt at ease from the beginning. I underwent a Achilles tendon repair and it's not an easy injury. However, I felt very confident from Day 1 after meeting Dr. League. Highly recommend!!

Met Dr. Leigh for the first time and came highly recommended by Dr. Prete. Very knowledgeable, kind and honest.

Cannot say enough good things about Ortho Access. Finding out I had a broken foot after minimal wait time and x-rays was so much better than waiting for hours at an ER. The ortho, Dr League, and his staff were great. Having DME on-site in Morton Grove was so fast & easy to get my walking boot and go straight home. Would highly recommend the Morton Grove facility.

Illinois Bone and Joint has walk-in appointments. Thank goodness. If I had to make an appointment with an orthopedic doctor it would be 6 months before I’d get an appointment. I walked in got X-rays and talked to a doctor in one hour. It’s THE place to go.

Fortunately I have not had a lot of surgeries in my lifetime. My experience with Dr. League has been outstanding. The surgical center, the offices, and all of the staff are outstanding. Things run on time and on schedule. I recently broken dislocated my ankle. Dr. League has been my primary care doctor for this repair. Things have been outstanding and I have been pain-free since the surgery. I am about halfway through my recovery and am very pleased. I highly recommend IBJI and Dr League
