I sure wish someone from m2 would return our messages/calls! Nothing but horrible experiences at Riverside Townhomes since we moved in. HORRIBLE!!!! Also pretty funny that their only good reviews are PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE! Hilarious.

This is how the patio area looks @ ur property off of Guion Road in Indianapolis In I’ve been a tenant here a Long Time & don’t remember it Ever being taken care of this is @ both the top & bottom of storage unit on patio I purchased furniture to entertain but it’s so Ugly back there I can’t!!!

Completely unprofessional. I have had the "pleasure" of living at an M2 property in Michigan for three years now. By far, one of the worst places I have ever lived. Extremely poor management.

I have been employed for a year this month with M2. I am so thankful that this opportunity was given to me, M2 brought me on with no prior experience and has trusted and guided me in every way. M2 wants you to be successful in your career. There is so much room to grow. I have great co workers and a great management team. I am a mom of two little girls and working for a company that is family driven is the best feeling. I am excited to see what the future holds with M2!

M2 is a great company to work for! Owners and management are always more than willing to help with any issues that may arise. There are opportunities to advance your career and they provide great benefits. I love that we are all eager to help each other, even if we are working at sites in different states.

M2 is a great company to be employed with. They brought me on when Highland Terrace was purchased in April 2022 as Property Manager and I am very happy with my choice in employment. I am constantly learning new things and I receive the proper help/guidance needed to be successful in my position.
