This is a great spot for smaller groups under 40 ppl seated (Bridal or Baby Shower, Small Weddings, etc...). Michelle was very easy and wonderful to work with. The space has all the tables and chairs you'll need, plus a parking lot. We had my bridal shower there and DIYed most of it and it turned out lovely in her venue. All the guests noted that the venue was easy to get to and park at and everyone thought it was such a great space! I hope we can work with Michelle and The Liven Room again in the future!

We rented out the livin room for our friends surprise birthday party and enjoyed our time and the venue. Michelle was great to work with. Michele was extremely helpful with the planning and helped answer any question we had. She was also very knowledgeable and well-acquainted with the space. Michelle let us stop by and do a couple different walk-throughs and helped by offering some suggestions. The day of, she had everything set-up that she said they would so our caterer could come in and do the finishing touches. Everything worked out perfectly and we were very pleased. We didn't want to leave so we gave Michelle a late night text asking if we could pay for an extra hour... of course she said yes!!! Thanks again Michelle for making our friends Birthday so memorable.

I had my bridal shower here last week and had an amazing time! Michelle was quick to respond when I initially came in for a tour months ago and gave lots of ideas and tips. Booking was easy and the venue is already gorgeous so there isn’t much decorating you need to do. Highly recommend!

We held my sisters wedding celebration on a Friday. Michelle was there to greet us and was extremely helpful!!! The space was the perfect size for a group of 40. Highly recommend. Looking forward to booking again for future events.

I recently had my sisters 40th birthday at this location and it was perfect. The owner was very accommodating and responsive every time I had a question or concern, and the entire process of reserving the space was easy and without complication. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to have a small to medium gathering!

Had a friend's bridal shower here. We were able to bring our own food and liquor. Space is nice and great for about 50 people. Michelle the owner is very nice and helped us start setting up until we had more people show up to help.
