So this is really only a 5 star review because cody in service was able to get the situation resolved. 1) the sales team- 2 stars. On dec 31st we went to buy a vehicle and the sales team sold us one they did their job well in that aspect however the sales manager promised things that were just not a reality. I called the sales person 3x a week and just hot brushed off for 3.5months. Then finally talked to the GM 2)the general manager and sales manager. 5 star rating. I contacted the general manager on April 18 and he said first time hearing about this give him an hour and he will get back to me. 45mins later the general manager had the service manager cody contact me and we came to an agreement on the promised item and he had me scheduled and installed today 4/20. Tony was great at keeping me in the loop as they changed the oil and mounted the tires. 3) the install person. 2 stars. The item was a set of tires and they are great however the balance job done on them are something of an untrained or non caring person. The amount of weights used and placement says i dont care i just have to get it done. No vibrations they are balanced however Truthfully will probably be going to another shop to have rebalanced. So in summary i gave a five start review because the general manager and service manager resolved an issue fast but the issue wouldn't have been there in the first place if the sales manager wouldn't have promised things he cannot provide but my better half loves her truck. While the truck has a warranty it will go back do to the actions of tony and cody

Erin Remmo was amazing to work with. He stayed in communication and kept the process flowing. We enjoyed October (the financial person) as well. We love our vehicle and would recommend Kunes CDJR to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I recently purchase a used vehicle at another location. A week later I was broke down near the Sycamore location. There was some issues with no warranty, however the good people at the Sycamore location were absolutely wonderful! So kind, so helpful, so empathetic to what I was dealing with and got me back on the road and home safely. I want to say that Cody and Tony in the service department are amazing! And one of the cashiers Mel was also wonderful! I highly recommend their service department as their customer service is exemplary! Thank you to all three of you for your kindness and for getting me back on the road! I couldn't be more grateful!

The service department did a great job getting me in the next day to look at a couple warranty items. The staff back there is always great to work with! Knowledgeable, friendly, skilled, and punctual.

I made an appointment for 7:30 am to have my squeaky breaks checked/fixed and an oil change. I had to wait at the dealership while the work was being done. It was 3 hours later before I was told the problem was more than just break pads and would be very expensive and I was given an estimate that I was told would be within a few dollars. I didn't really have many options so I approved the repairs at which point I found out they hadn't even started working on the repairs and it would be another several hours to complete. There was no offer for a loaner vehicle. No explanation for why it took several hours for a diagnosis. When the vehicle was finally done (after 1 pm) it was nearly $250 more than the estimate I was given. In the end, the repairs seem to be satisfactory, but the cost seemed excessive and was a lot more than the estimate I had approved. And there was absolutely no concern shown for my time or the over 5&1/2 hours it took. When I browsed the lot while waiting, I had questions about a few cars but the salesperson just walked away when I said I was having my car serviced. I have purchased multiple vehicles and brought all my service work here, but since new ownership took over this dealership I don't feel like my business or time means anything and the general attitude seems to be that customers are a nuisance not a necessity. I think maybe it's time for me to take my business elsewhere.

The guys in the service center have been amazing!!! They were so helpful and made sure I had a loaner. The service is impeccable!!! I appreciate them so much! If I could give 0 stars to sales I would. The sales is horrible. Rude pushy and secretive. I’ve had my vehicle 9 months and already have had the transmission go out!!!
