We came by here for an early dinner and it is the same potbelly that I have loved since I was a kid eating here with my parents. The staff was super welcoming and friendly, the sandwiches were quick to make but very delicious. The facility was very clean and everything was very enjoyable. I ordered a half turkey and half roast beef sandwich and my husband ordered a full roast beef sandwich and we both fully enjoyed them. Their hot peppers are so good! I also ordered the vegetable garden soup and it was delicious as well. And of course if you went to potbelly without having one of their chocolate chip oatmeal cookies, no you didn’t lol. They will enter your mind, your heart, and your dreams.

Every time I go here there’s a problem. They almost always forget the bacon.😓

Order line 15 to 20 minute wait. Excellent apple walnut salad with Balsamic vinaigrette, vegetable soup and chili. All food fresh.

Lovely and helpful staff and management at this location. I just got through writing an awful review for Potbelly corporate and wanted to come here and call out how great the food and service here has always been. My food has always been exactly as ordered and they have even helped me fix something I ordered incorrectly since I caught them before they finished making it. Everyone is always very polite and helpful (and fast) in what is a very high volume and busy store. I encourage everyone to use the option to tip, as they really do earn it here. The issue with corporate will probably cause me to order less in the future if I can't get it solved soon, but management here has been super proactive in trying to help me, even reaching out to corporate on my behalf. They even took it upon themselves to try and make me whole for lost perks and rewards at the store's expense even though they have no responsibility for the issues I'm having. Thank you again to all the staff and management at this location! You do great work and I appreciate all your help trying to deal with my online account issue as well.

Stopped here for a sandwich on our way out of the airport. Cute place and my sandwich was delicious.

I was the only person when I arrived on Sunday morning. There was a young man behind the counter, tall. He welcomed me, took my order and did the sandwiches himself. They were just as ordered, delicious, and done in a timely manner. He even thanked me on the way out. Good job!

This was my first time ever eating at any potbelly. The young men working Sunday night were so professional and gave great customer service.i ordered a slim turkey and swiss with a bowl of chicken pot pie. Unfortunately, the sandwich was not good at all. However, the soup was amazingly delicious

I can here after for a non snack, new to the neighborhood and I asked for a Turkey sandwich,got the order nothing I wanted on the sandwich was on there, went back they made me another sandwich where I told again Mariah what I wanted on my sandwich I got the new sandwich and left made it home she put everything I said I didn’t wanted on my sandwich😡 at that point I think it was purposely done! Came back asked for refund the supervisor she says she was makiyla gave me attitude and acted like she didn’t want to give me a refund. I love pot belly’s but will never come to this place again.

Have never been to this store before. I was a little concerned because there was a long line, and I didn't want to wait. The line moved quickly, the staff was lovely and fast. The food and chocolate shake were yummy. Only issue is that there are no banana smoothies. Awesome service 👏

This Potbelly’s is consistently high quality. Great sandwiches made well. I also love that their app makes ordering super easy and I have never had an error in my order when done online. Great place!

The food is always great! The chicken pot pie soup is delicious. Although, this most recent visit the soup was watery. Was disappointed. Other than that no complaints about the quality of the food. 🙂

Love Potbelly, but don't really care for the attitude I was given at this location. I had a free cookie perk available in my potbelly rewards app and I mentioned it prior to checkout. The woman behind the counter charged me for it and after I told her the credit for the cookie wasn't showing up, rather than checking, she rolled her eyes and said it's been credited. No, I got charged for it. Thankfully another employee fixed it after I saw the receipt.

We’ve always loved stopping into this shop location on our way home, but today I received some avocado on my sandwich that I did not ask for. I wouldn’t normally care about something like this, but my husband is allergic to avocado. So while it was fine happening to me, if this should have happened to his sandwich it could have been very bad. We will probably continue to come to this location, but a little more care and attention to detail would be appreciated.

My wife and I enjoy different varieties of sub sandwiches. We were with our son today and he insisted we try Potbellys as he is a big fan. As first timers we knew that some help in navigating and ordering from the menu would be required. The staff at this location were very unfriendly, unhelpful and unhappy crew. We explained from the start that it was our first timers and it was obvious from the start this was the last thing they wanted hear. I guess our inability to follow ordering protocol was enough to set them off. Take my advice. The soup was okay, the sub was good but this staff needs a shake up from a competent manager. Save your irritation as there is a Firehouse Sub location 1 mile north. Friendly helpful staff and great subs. Lots of other food options nearby as well

I came in with my grandmother and the staff moved a chair from the table so she could sit comfortably in her wheelchair. As well, they helped us pick a sandwich that would be easier for her to eat.

What is considered a good sandwich? Would it be considered healthy, nutritious, appealing, and perfect all around or have it be a flavorful, crunchy outside with a having it be a little juicy on the inside. According to the Houston Press the perfect sandwich is a well cooked meat with bread absorbing a lot of the juices whether it's from the meat or oil and vinegar. One of the hidden gems of sub sandwich that lies around the small town of darien is named Potbelly Sandwich Shop. The Sandwich that was chosen today is named the Chicken Club. It comes with All-natural grilled chicken, applewood smoked bacon, and cheddar. With your choice of mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, onion, deli mustard, and oil/vinegar The first, best, and main part of the Chicken Club was the chicken. Even though it had its downsides such as being frozen, served from a plastic bag, and lacking flavor. The company falsely advertises by stating that the chicken is served fresh. Even though it has its downsides the chicken also has some redeeming qualities such as being cut into semi-perfect rectangles, being juicy enough to give it some flavor and combining with the cheese to give it a nice texture. Not only is it a good source of protein, but also has vitamin B, iron, phosphorus, and selenium. Overall even though the chicken came out of a plastic bag that was frozen it still gets a good 7.5/10. The second part of the sandwich was the infamous applewood smoked bacon. Good bacon should be served as savory, salty, and a bit smokey. Unfortunately it did not have any of these qualities. The bacon was cold by the time I got back to my house 2 hours later and that's the workers fault. It ended up being not crispy but unfortunately dried out. The texture still mixed really well with the rest of the sandwich, but slightly disappointed as a whole. 5/10. The third part of the sandwich was the sharp cheddar cheese. The cheese was fully melted which is something to look out for in hot sandwiches. It was exceptionally creamy and savory which was a great contrast to the bacon and was paired nicely with the chicken. Cheddar had a really good taste that went with the sandwich but could have been subbed out for monterey jack cheese. Overall 9/10 cheese. The fourth part was the most important part of a sandwich. The roll, on which all of the ingredients lie on. Even though it was late at night the bread was relatively fresh. By the time I arrived back at my house it started to get a bit crumbly but would have been better if it had been eaten right away. The roll was soft but still crunchy and for that I gave it an 8/10. The last part of the sandwich was the customizable parts. Even though you had various choices I ended up getting mayonnaise, onion, and Oil. The mayonnaise gave it a really good flavor and softer texture. The onion was a little bit too much to me and almost a waist of ingredients. I even ended up having to take some of it off but still was a good choice nonetheless. And the oil made the sandwich so much better by adding a great texture to every single ingredient in the sandwich. Ingredients rates at a solid 6.5/10 In conclusion a great sandwich isWhether it is oil and vinegar or mustard or the juices from grilled meat, a good sandwich, has is at least a little juicy in the middle. But that means it must have bread that can soak up some of that moisture while still maintaining its shape and texture. If not, the result is a soggy mess. Overall the Chicken Club gets a total rating of 7.2/10 when calculating the mean. I would buy it again!

I just had a fantastic experience at Potbelly on 7500 Kingery Highway!! It started out with Michayla’s extraordinary way of dealing with me in the kind way that she did at the top of my order setting the tone for the entire amazing experience! Mariah approached as the sandwiches were coming through the oven as they have a whole system at Potbelly’s if you didn’t know you need to experience it for yourself! I highly recommend the Big Mediterranean with chicken & a cup or bowl of your soup of your choice unless your in the mood for incredibly delicious chili!! I have tried all they’re soups and trust me, they are all scrumptious!! Adam cashed me out ensuring my order was correct while offering me more of course! He was very nice & smiled through the entire experience & they all thanked me for coming while inviting me back! I highly recommend this Potbelly you won’t be dissatisfied if for any reason you are just speak with a manager & they’ll correct the issue with grace.
