This place used to be very nice. I went there yesterday. After 5 minutes I wanted to leave. The floor is dirty and sticky. There is a lot of dust and dirt near the walls. Trash and dirty socks on every table. Food and empty drink containers are everywhere. This place needs new management and a good cleaning.

My kids enjoyed the 2 hour time. It wasn't much crowded during noon. Lot of jumping zone and all are clean. Well cleaned space

The place was nice. We went during the week for a Bday party. We had an upstairs suite. The bathroom was located inside the suite, which was nice. The place was clean and tidy. The pizzas were tiny. Think one size down. We were allowed to bring in food, so luckily, we had enough. Please note there is a fee if u bring outside pizza, the tune of $250. The ball pit will eat your phone. I repeat, you will lose your phone in the ball pit. Everyone has fun! Will come again

Family fun literally the whole family can enjoy. We fell in love with the cleanliness and variety of activities. The cost is very cheap and they offer a unlimited monthly plan which helps make this indie playground park a reality for many families. Safe place and the staff is very friendly. Good for kids. We love this experience so much. The children are sure to go straight to bed after. The pizza is so good here. It is extremely busy on the weekends. The perfect place to jump.

Visited this place for birthday party. We were all impressed. The place is clean and they provide you with slip resistant socks for kids. It has several different areas for children that are age appropriate and they are monitored by a staff member. Individual trampolines for the little ones and larger areas for older kids. Dodge ball is a favorite and it's in an enclosed area. Also has a obstacle course area that's fun. Worth the trip. Check out the pictures associated with this review.

I have to agree with the reviews about the bad management here. We booked a party for 22 kids. When we arrived, we saw that we were set up in a room that fits only 10, and it was stuffy and uncomfortably hot. The manager came in and told me that I “really should have booked a suite for a party this size” to which I pulled out my phone and opened my invoice to show her that I booked a package for 10 PLUS 12, and no one told me that I should book a suite. She stared blankly at my invoice and said “oh”. I told her I would have booked a suite had I known that’s what I needed. The employee that booked my party over the phone never mentioned a suite, nor did the employee with whom I confirmed the booking the day before the party. No apology, no offer for partial refund, nothing. She offered me two water pitchers. Seriously. We also booked a “glow themed” party. There was nothing “glow” about it. I was told the kids would get glow bracelets. They didn’t get anything. Kids had fun, which is what mattered most. Next time I’ll just invite everyone to show up and play, and grab lunch elsewhere. Party menu limitations and irresponsible management are not worth the price of booking a party here. Sky zone in elmhurst is much better for parties.

Sloppy service. The teenagers working in the front are inefficient. It took 20 minutes just behind 3 people. Nobody knows where table two or room two was. No name of the birthday kid was visible. Confusing, messy, dirty. The trampoline centers need to step it up. Overcrowded, messy. Some cool trampolines and equipment, but overall pretty gross facility.

Moms, just avoid this place. Unfortunately booked this dirty spot for my daughters birthday and after the fact was tacked on with different “fees” which differed from person to person. $250 to bring your own food when they purchase their pizza at Papa John’s and don’t make their own food. Ridiculous especially since initially they stated that there was no fee for foods that we brought in. And now they changed their mind. This place is run by snot nosed teens who have no idea about customer service and half the time are in the back eating left over pizza. Inconsistent information is given depending on who you speak to. It’s all a mess and definitely not worth what you’re paying for. Wish I booked elsewhere. Save your pennies moms. Trust me, it’s not worth it.

This is our second time visiting this location. We returned because our first experience was great - friendly staff, clean, well kept and fully functional. Fast forward to today’s visit. The whole place is filthy, freezing and chaotic. Food wrappers, food, garbage and even leaves from outside blown into the lobby area. Tables are not being wiped down and there is not a napkin to be found in any of the dispensers. Beyond that, two of the 3 attractions which you pay extra for have been closed the whole time we’ve been here. When asked when the attractions will open all employees are clueless. I’ll be disputing the charge on my credit card (at least partially) due to services not rendered as promised. Never again with this location. I understand times are rough with staffing but there is plenty of staff here. Some are enjoying snacks on the trampoline while others are hanging out in the office socializing . If you can’t provide the experience you promise for the price, then the entrance fee should be adjusted accordingly.

Would be a great place if it was clean. You can tell since they opened that keeping the structures clean and safe is a low priority. I want in 10 mins after opening and the childrens play structure was littered with ripped foam from the walls and old tissues from the day before. Lots of saftly bars you can tell have been taped up due to ripping and not replaced for a long time. Overall this place has 2 jobs safety and cleanliness and they failing at both.

I took my son and his friends here on a Saturday-they had so much fun. Staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in to getting food. It is crazy on Saturday’s but they’re running around helping everyone. Definitely will be coming back!

Different experience than pre covit. Almost no people all of the attractions are NOT open at the same time and wait is forever for climbing wall or ziplines. I am disappointed we will not be coming back anytime soon waits of time and definitely money $40 for 2 kids for 2 hrs and it was at least 40 min of waiting for gear to be put on and slow staff to get things moving. Sad we live so close and we used to love this place not anymore. Urban Air than you for responding to my review. We decided to take our kids to Urban Air on New Years Eve day when you had promotions for the ultimate pass but there wan nothing mentioned on the website or when I called that all exhibit are not open at same time. If I would have know we wouldn't have come for the price we paid.

Awesome! My two daughters had the most amazing time ever! The staff here are so nice, and helpful. We all do recommend you take your kids here! There’s also great places to go around there, too, so have fun!

We had a great experience. It was great especially with the help of Juli the manager. She help us become a member and made my family feel welcome. She remember us when we came for the second time. She is very friendly and does great at managing. We were here for the grand opening and she was able to manage the new staff while dealing with the customers. The smile on her face never left. We appreciate URBAN Air for hiring people like her.

I really didn’t wanna take my kids during these days, but my almost 8 years old son was begging everyday. So we had to drive 25 minutes from our house and picked this places. Because only place that open during pandemic and i am glad we did let the kids have some fun. Purchased and signed waivers online because we didn’t wanna wait when we get their. Parking space is not big, so consider going little earlier that you can have enough time to walk back to building from parking lot. Inside was great to any age actually, they have all kinds of fun are open. The personnel is also very polite and they know what they are doing. I just wish they have separate space with little balls for little ones. I was scared that my toddler would get hurt while adults were hanging and going through those obstacles. So i had a hard time to keep him out of that place. Other than that my eldest had the most fun, jumping area is also large and suitable for any age. I wish they can keep the place little cleaner, but I understand the staff, it is impossible to clean after every child.

I brought my son there a couple weeks ago with a couple football friends. We encountered an employee whose name is Ryan… he was playing with the kids and interacted with the kids they had such a blast!!! It was nice to see how my son and friends admired Ryan for just acknowledging them! Keep up the good work Ryan!!

This place is so much fun for the kiddos! They run, jump and play and then they sleep! Plus they serve wine & beer for the parents!

I will not visit again. The party room host was nice and accommodating however the concession stand is ridiculous. Super long line, I waited 45 minutes for an order of fries that was not fully cooked. We sent them back and was told the kitchen says they cooked it. Manager was younger than staff and entire staff was smoking weed in the room. Not a great experience in front of little kids. N

Pricey and not as big as other trampoline parks we’ve been to. They did, however, have a little zip line that other locations have not had. We liked that we were there during the week and it was not that busy. There were two birthday parties going on while we were there, but it didn’t really impact the lines too much. There were more “other activities” than actual trampoline space like there is at SkyZone, BigAir, and other similar indoor parks. The bathrooms were not the cleanest, but the workers were nice and accommodating, so I guess they made up for the less than clean lavatories.

The staff is amazing, the General Manager is outstanding. When I come in she always helps out and makes sure me and my family have a great time. I highly recommend this location. I just had a party here and my party host was amazing. Always checked on me and made sure we had an excellent experience.

Love Love Love Love Who they have as their front desk worker! She is a beautiful African American young lady with blonde braids. She is very joyful and not afraid to show off her shining smile! She is very understanding and careful with the kids. This is not the first occasion I have witnessed her being a rockstar! I was here for my nephew's birthday party and she KILLED IT! She has so much patience and she does everything so efficiently, I love it. She is the reason I will be booking here for my daughter's birthday next weekend and requesting her! And get this, she's new. I haven't seen someone with such work ethic in a very long time. If management isn't looking at her for a leadership position soon, hopefully this will help. I wish I could give her name, I cannot remember it, I believe it started with an M. Hopefully my description was enough. She goes and helps the cafe when they are falling behind as well as the front desk when it isn't her job. Keep her around!

Ok was it fun for the kids? Yes! Did it completely overwhelm overstimulate and overtired everyone ? ABSOLUTELY! The colors and atmosphere wasn’t very family friendly. It was super hard to watch the kids at different locations the ball pit had huge kids and little ones all falling on top of one another. I was really worried about accidents. Overall I hope we don’t come back but it is a fun play place for kids. Hope they change the atmosphere to accommodate more family friendly solutions

Urban air is a fun place to take the kids and let them release some of that energy. We first went here for a birthday party and have not stopped going ever since. Both my youngest and my oldest love it there. They have dipping dots and icees amongst other snacks for sale and little lockers if you want to carry around your belongings. Great place for a party as well, they have party rooms available and saves you the trouble of having to clean up before and after.

My 2 daughters, who are 7 and 4, had an absolute blast here! We purchased a yearly membership which allows entrance any day with reservation, and a free slice of pizza for each every time we go!

We just had my son’s birthday party there today and we had an amazing experience. Ariana was our party host who literally took care of everything. She was very accommodating and extremely helpful. Our pizza arrived the time we asked for it to come and it was delicious. Everything was great. Thank you so much for making my sons birthday so special Ariana!!!

The employee that was working last week name Huzefa was very polite individual. My son was crying because he fell and the employee was polite enough to check on my son to see if he was okay and gave him a band aid. We need more people like him, give this man a raise.

Very unsatisfactory customer service here and way too expensive for what you get! The kids had fun on the attractions, but we waited forever for someone to fix the bowling lanes and the employee running the cafe was the same person we had to wait on to fix the bowling. There were 2 out of service and the employees allowed for people to leave the lane and come back at their leisure so it prevented others from bowling, which is not fair. The 2 hour slot is not enough time for what you pay at all as there’s a lot of waiting around. There was a beer menu displayed at the cafe, but no one to serve it(that’s unacceptable). They need to take this sign down if there’s no one to serve alcohol. Don’t bring cash to pay either because I was told they didn’t have enough change for my transaction! Also unacceptable.The pizza was expensive and a large is not a large, it was 12 inches and not enough to feed our group of people. Very deceiving. I had to call management to state my concerns and haven’t yet received a call back. There’s plenty of other places we can go with better service, food, drinks and attractions. I will not mind driving further for this next time.

I hosted my son 3 years old birthday here on March 8,2020 and our experience is not worth for the price we paid. The kids love the park but the Food is not good and take forever even though we had order in advanced for our party. We are really hungry but not good and when the pizza arrived, it was cold and doesn’t taste good anymore.. my reservation was at 5:30 and I didn’t get the food until 7 soemtbing...and I kept have to ask the staff for it. that’s ridiculous because all the kids play and they get hungry. For the price we paid, we expecting more better quality on food and service... overall the play ground is good, the kids love it but I would not booked the party anymore because not worth it. My guest was unhappy and they were super hungry . In the end we have to order our side food. And a lot of left over pizza because it was cold n noone want to eat it. I would recommend just walk in and order food at the cafe instead of paying $300+ for barLd quality of food. if I paid for that amount, I rather go to chuckechesse or Dave and buster is better . I booked this place bexusee if the good reviews and something new for the kids but I am really disappointed and unsatisfied.

This place is huge! Kids can have lots of fun and they can bowl! I highly recommend this place!

Super fun and cool spot. My granddaughter’s are 8 & 4 and they loved it. I wish I could upload videos because the pictures really don’t do it justice. Staff was super helpful and focused on safety. Pizza was overpriced but good. As you can see from the pictures the ball area is huge and you can’t even see it all..... If you lose something in there. It’s gone. They have lockers for rent and I took advantage of that. Walk in pricing was very reasonable for the amount of fun had!

I attended a party for my granddaughter and was thoroughly disappointed, while they had great activities for the kids when it came time for the kids to eat they brought in a few pizzas and some cold mozzarella sticks with no sauce. in order to try to correct the situation we had to go find someone who said they would bring us more mozzarella sticks if we wanted. Yes the kids had fun what I felt the follow-up with food was very lacking. For the price paid for this event I would not recommend it to anyone in the future.
