    My first time at red lobster in probably 15 yrs and I couldn't have been happier! The food was amazing! Cooked to perfection! Our server was awesome! 10/10 recommend this location

    Husband and I have been coming here once a week for the past month, the cleanliness and quality of food have kept is returning but last night we had Shannon as our server and she was phenomenal! We both work in customer service and separately commented on how attentive and professional she is. Service here is always spot on but Shannon really killed it. Hope to get her next time we are back.

    Last night I ordered two seafood shrimp trios dinner and the lobster pizza as an appetizer. I’m completely disgusted that the shrimp has not been deveined. Ive threw some of the shrimp away because of this.I’ve spent almost $70.00 on food that is inedible. No more Red Lobster for me! Sincerely one angry customer!

    The in person experience was truly delightful. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food was cooked to desired texture and consistency. I was offered the daily deal and settled for a steak and lobster meal. I added the parrot coconut bay shrimp as a side dish. The only issue was the biscuits did not seem fresh which was a disappointment as if I am going to use my daily calories I like for the choice to be worth it's value as completely satisfiable. Visit during the week and at lunch time to have a complimentary experience.

    Even though I just got back from a long visit in Florida where the seafood is great, Red Lobster is always a good go-to for seafood here. Please keep the salmon bowl on the menu, love it!

    Was off to a rocky start. I placed my order online for pick up only to be told upon arrival that doordash picked it up. The good news is that my credit card was not charged, so i decided to dine in. Waited 5 minutes to be seated while the table was being cleaned. Apparently, there is a lack of staff, but the ones working there seems to be very service oriented. The waitress was pleasant and provided good service on her part. I was extremely dissapointed that the famous biscuits were served undercooked and very greasy. However, the lobster was prepared perfectly-sweet and succulent with a delicate richness. The broccoli was tender and flavorful with a slight hint of garlic, and the shrimp scampi is a must-have indulgence. The tab for such a delicious lobster, shrimp scampi, and broccoli was just $20 based on their daily special! Will revisit again!

    The hostess, Hannah, was so happy and cheerful despite it being the day after Thanksgiving. She took us to our table and made us feel welcome. Our server, Katherine, was one of the most caring I've ever had. She put our crab sauce on the side so it was easier to enjoy. I didn't even know that was an option, and I greatly appreciate it.

    Maaaaan def one o my fav chains to eat at with unfailing quality and exemplary service. I don't even know the name of the dish I ordered but it had lobster, shrimp, scallops n mussels. It should be illegal, it was so good.

    Who doesn't Love Red Lobster 😍 😋 We are Celebrating My Mother's 70th Birthday 🎂 We ordered online for Delivery. Everything Arrived in a Timely Fashion, Plenty of Status Updates as Well yet We did Encounter a Problem, Few Missing item's, 1 out of Two Soups Arrived & No Delicious Cheddar Biscuits 😪 Disappointing Yes yet Sara the Manager immediately Apologized, Resolved the Situation, She was Very Friendly Professional as Well as Polite. We Went with the Gift Card 🎁 & look forward to Our Next Red Lobster 🦞 😋 Adventure. Thank You & GOD BLESS 🙌 💖 🙏

    9/28/2023 We went to this restaurant around 4:45 pm. We were greeted by Quan H. Right from the start we knew the service was going to be great! He recommended some margaritas. We went for the recommendation. We had the endless shrimp special and it was served hot and fresh. Quan was there to give us refills and check back on us often. He did offer refills on our shrimp. The second round was just as fresh as the first round. Check no. 22739 closed out at 5:42 pm. We were very satisfied with the service of Quan H and the quality of the food. The atmosphere of the restaurant was clean and very comfortable. Thank you! My wife and I went to the Red Lobster in Merrillville on Friday the 7th of July. There was a small wait but it was worth it. Our server Tamika, was an outstanding server. She was so nice. She was attentive almost to the point of reading our minds. Our food we had was piping hot. The food taste was outstanding. Our beverages were never empty. Thank you Tamika for making my wife an my evening. Before we left, we seen the manager and took the time to let him know you were a great server!

    I haven’t been to red lobster in a couple years so I figured I would give it a try. It wasn’t very busy so I sat at the bar, I’m glad I did. The girl working (forgive me if I misspelled the name…but I think it was Cecilia???) was so nice that I had to come here and leave a review. The drinks were great, the food was in front of me quick and the dessert was the best I’ve had in a while(brownie overboard🤤). I will definitely start coming in more often.

    You know Red Lobster. But I do want to comment on this location specifically. Very polite staff and service was outstanding. Food quality was excellent, always the case in my experience. Very clean as well. I know these characteristics are expected everywhere and every time, but I’m todays business environment there operation should be commended

    It was very nice. The waitress was pleasant and the food was tasty. The only thing is that it costs so so much to dine out. I will do it once a quarter. Also mask is worn by few staff members. People need to stay safe. COVID-19 is still with us.

    I wanted to give a zero star, but I can't. They gave me fake fish. My flounder was tilapia. The tilapia was miniature. I was grateful to have food, but disappointing. Yes, I was full of hanger, due to how I waited for some good food, but I got a trash. I feel that when cooking food you need love, but I didn't receive that.

    We were seated relatively quickly. Cheddar biscuits were added to table fast and they gave us an extra basket without having to ask. We planned on ordering a main course with appetizers, but the appetizers were large enough to share. We were full after the appetizers, so please keep in mind that the portions are large enough to feed 3 or 4 people. We ordered cheese sticks, spinach artichoke dip, stuffed mushrooms, calamari, chicken tenders, fries, and a Caesar salad. Everything came out relatively fast. Food was warm. Our bill was reasonable. We also ordered lobsteritas (large margarita) and Strawberry smoothies. The drinks were also delicious.

    We were very pleasantly surprised by our experience at Red Lobster! We chose this restaurant as our date night because we actually met at a Red Lobster 12+ years ago. We hadn't been in years, but we thought it would be fun to reminisce. Our experience was way above expectation. I don't remember it being such a great restaurant! The menu was huge and every single thing we ordered was absolutely delicious. The service was very good as well. Will definitely be returning for more date nights!

    Bourbon 🍁 maple glazed chicken is scrumptious. Baked potato 🥔 baked just right. Broccoli not fresh, brown and not good. Shrimp (pick two types) we picked the grilled and Walts fried shrimp both were delicious. AND the serving of mashed potatoes was just fine. Ordered an hour ahead, set time for 4:15 and not ready for pick-up which I thought was odd. Not dinner rush hour.

    I was writing because I have been wanting Red Lobster for a while even took a chance before the snow storm and while my daughter was in town from hours away. I placed an online order and my confirmation told me it would be ready at 3:57 after placing my order at 3:15. I get to the establishment and had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my food to come out . I am a patient person but what is the point of placing an order if I still have to wait for it to be cooked to order what if I was at lunch on my break. After I get my food and check my bag all of my special instructions were missing, I asked for French dressing and didn't get it and after stating that I was brought out ceaser and ranch still no French. I asked about my side of garlic butter and was ignored. I received 3 dry burnt biscuits and when I asked where my fourth especially since one looked like it had been ate off of I get another burnt biscuit. I then asked about my two orders of scampi and told two very small orders were in one little container. I will try to attach the photo of what two orders were to look like. Then I tried the new vinegar shrimp which are tasteless and I received four little shrimps . My salad had no croutons ,cheese,onions or anything on it. It was just leaves. I am so disappointed as red lobster used to be my favorite place but they have gone downhill and I am so tired of giving them chances. This is not a little five dollars that was spent and pretty expensive for what you get and I am left disappointed, dissatisfied and not full on what I received. I would like a full refund because it was not worth my hard working money and my daughter had to go to somewhere else to get something that was up to par while she was in town. I wish they take these thoughts into full consideration and revamp or they will one day close for good.

    Had a great experience treating the two special guys in my life. Our waitress Alyssa A. was great! The manager made the effort to come by and ask if I was happy with the change to my dish. (It was a mistake on my end too). Can't wait to go back and order something different and new to me off the menu.

    I pop in red lobster every now and again. Came in for Mother’s Day and sat at the bar top. Staff were super friendly and whoever played a part in the kitchen yesterday deserves a raise. The food came out quick, hot and was BEYOND delicious! I was extremely impressed! Definitely will be back!
