Just left des plaines location and when I walked in I noticed the young lady at the front desk not wearing her mask, no big deal. When I go too check out the cashier tells me too put my mask on correctly .( I had my mask on ) When I tell the front end about the young lady up front I get attitudes and a comment as one of the people go too the office to tell management. As I'm walking out your management doesn't have their masks on at all. This is the second time this has happened, what's good for one is good for all. If you're in the building WEAR YOUR MASK ALSO.

Don’t get me wrong it’s a great place to buy products for your small business, but customer service isn’t their strong suit. Was looking for something I’ve never bought before and asked 5 different people where to find it, each one told me to ask someone else or didn’t give any helpful info.

They have halal meats, halal whole sheep, halal chicken and our favorite half moon sugar powder covered cookies!! Love em

Does not like inviting there prices mostly is more expensive than regular store prices, but I think more convenient for restaurants to have a large quantity and they have everything in one place from pans spoons pots cable cloth to cleaning stuff to all kind of food produce meat spices sauces pickles

My first visit to RD and amazed at the selection and price of meats and poultry. The staff from the front desk to the cashiers were helpful and professional. I only wish there was one closer to Gurnee Mills. James

Docks are in front of entrance. Super tight getting in. Unloaded super quick. Nice ppl let me go into buy a 2 liter of Pepsi cuz I was so thirsty. Will know better next time.

Not good place they don't care about driver's at all

As a driver, the backing didn't really bother me at all. I've been in a lot worse places to back into. I had an 11am appointment, got in a little early and was done quickly. Not sure what all the complaints are from other drivers, and yes, I pull a 53' trailer.

I don't need a wide variety of things but this location always seems to be out of something on my shopping list.

It's like a Sam's club for Restaurants, I work here and I wish Google would stop asking me the same questions relating to things about the place because I go there everyday, I answer the questions and then the next day it does it to me again, I have answered these same questions over 100 times, it's getting rather annoying Google. Take my answers and stop bugging me about the same location, where is AI when you need it to learn you have already answered about this place.

Well stocked. Friendly staff always willing to help. The lines even when long move really fast. Great location!

This must be worse restaurant depot ever. Many problems - worst customer service & management, put restrictions on number of items you can buy on fly as you bring all stuff to checkout lines. This area deserves better place.

The staff who answers the phone is very illiterate!!! this is the second time!!! We are deceived and given incorrect information. we will come from far away to pick up the goods. As a result, we will not find the product in fact, it is not left in the warehouse. This is very bad!!!

I love cooking and in that place you find everything at a super price, cheeses from all over the world, wines and spirits from all over, fish and seafood of excellent quality. If you have a restaurant you should not stop going to this store.

I shop RD Des Plaines twice weekly. I was in a terrible predicament finding a product. Andre was an enormous help and located the item I desperately needed. I am completely satisfied.
