Right when we entered, we were greeted by the kind staff that delivered fresh food and helped us understand the logistics of using the app. As for the food, the Mac and cheese was very yummy and greatly paired with the cheesy garlic bread. We also tried out the vegan Chicken Lo Mein, loved the sauce and texture of the noodles!

A good place to have Mac and Cheese. A little sad that they no longer serve Beef Stroganoff and Truffle Mac and Cheese. It's been a while since I visited Noodles & Co. With those two items gone, it would probably be some time until I visit again. Also, this location does not sanitize their table after every customer.

Disappointed tonight. Ordered ahead and the service was awful. Lots of workers but service was terrible. Took way too long for the food and it wasn't great. Noodles needs to improve. They are not what they once were. I hope they get better.

So busy at the restaurant tonight, but Eric and the crew did a GREAT job of getting us our food fast. They didn’t sacrifice quality just to get people out the door faster. Love this place! Also, get the Impossible Nuggets as your protein here. The breading they use is the best.

The staff was nice. I placed an order on their app and it was ready around the estimated time which was nice. It also seemed like it was pretty clean inside. The food was pretty good and there was a decent amount of grilled chicken. Overall decent experience and I would go back!

It's funny how some of the reviews here say there's great customer service when it's all the opposite! As soon as you enter the door no one greets you, then your standing at the cashier for a good 10 min before anyone notices you. After that they say, it will take about 20 min to get your food, we are running behind. And lastly they don't even get your order right. This location on Touhy is the worst! Please hire NEW staff! Everyone needs to go.... especially the manager ? on the evenings 🤔 the one with dreadlocks on the head.🙄

awesome staff, I walked in and was greeted with a smile and a hello by Jess and Ivan was very helpful with explaining the different dishes and had great recommendations. Definitely better than the Harlem one.

Good variety of options for healthy meals! Decently priced and just enough portion to satisfy your hunger! Food was tasty and delicious a little slow for service but experience was good! They also have enough parking space for customers.
