Grabbing a container from lots A-E is ridiculous. You'll wait 30-45 minutes in line easy. They need to figure something out. We don't have time to sit and wait like this. Some of us don't get paid to sit and wait either... It doesn't help that railpass doesn't work over in those lots either. For crying out loud BNSF ..fix it

Well organized and efficient. Most of the employees are helpful and polite. Can be a bit of a challenge to find parking at night and the holidays (but what place isn't) but other than that a fine facility! ☺ Drivers, like myself, should be appreciative!

I was trying to locate the repair shop for a bad chassis. Turns out certain people work on COCP chassis and they are nowhere to be found.

This was my first time ever entering this rail yard since I started driving, and it has to be the quickest I've ever been in and out compared to other rail yards in the city!!! So organized and the I'm gate and out gate were basically empty! Other rail yards should take note!!!

everything thing is great as long as u don’t have to go to driver assistance for any reason. That place is not a driver assistance center it is DRIVER HUMILIATION CENTER FOR REAL. LADIES WHO WORK IN THERE R SO RUDE ONE OF THEM TREATED ME LIKE TRASH

Mostly clean and organized. Only issue is the traffic getting there, Kedzie and Pulaski tend to get crowded and people there are aggressive.

The best rail yard around Chicago. Very organized information about load is kept up-to-date. No sure when the last time I've been in the driver assistant office

It's incredible how long it takes to do a Flip, so far 1:10 minutes and nobody has shown up on something that's not our fault. I wish the person who used the bad chassis got fined for not checking the 3 bad tires on my chassis. Now I'm losing time that I can't afford to spare due to incompetence.

The worst place to take a load with hazmat people that work there have no clue about about what placards are needed and hold you up for a long time

Check your chassis before you leave. They don't check them before they put the trailers on them.

As far as the train yards in the greater Chicago area, it is the easiest to work with. Their website and app work very well. They maintain the yard like no other. There is plenty of room to move around and usually decent parking.
