Went in for a band replacement. They suggested that I should replace the battery as well, which I did. However, they didn't reset my watch which caused my watch not to keep it's time. I went to another watch store to fix the problem and they had to replace the battery again since Time Link put a near dead battery in. Will never go back again.

Went in to have my watch band resized. The guy was kind, patient and quick. We called first to get the price and it was very reasonable. I would recommend to anyone looking to have work done on a clock or watch.

I was going to UPS to drop off some packages and passed this GEM of a store! 2 of my watches had randomly needed a new battery and 1 of my favorite watches had water damage (which was my fault lol). Had my Rolex Serviced here for a complete job. I have to say the turn around time was excellent I got my watch back very fast and this does not happen at other places. I only paid around $600 for the service that would have been double that at a Jeweler. These guys are great, very kind, and explain everything that you might have a question for. The older gentleman that owns the location takes a lot of pride in his work you can tell by just having a conversation with him.

Walked in and was out in a couple of minutes with a new battery in my watch. Very good pricing and polite and professional service. Thank you!

On site certified watchmakers are harder to find these days. I am so glad I stumbled into this space by accident a few weeks ago. I went in there yesterday to have a crystal changed on one of my watches. Their pricing was fair, the service was swift, and not a speck of dust inside the case. He took an extra level of care to ensure the seal was still water tight. I have been collecting watches for over 3 decades now. On site watchmakers who know what they are doing used to be a dime a dozen, now they are a treasure and this one is one of those treasures. I do hope more people shop local and they stay in business, I have a few that are going to need routine service in a few years. Value, experience, courtesy, swift! Great experience. Will be back.

I would recommend. He fixed my old watch then and there. Kept for sentimental value. He explained how much and what he needed to do. They also sell watches. Very nice gentleman thats know his timepieces.

Changed a battery, paid $21.65. Next day noticed that spinning clock-face with arrows. Came back to shop, the owner said "it was broken". Found other very nice watch shop, repair master they fixed nicely! and there the battery cost $4.99 :)

So glad I found this place! I brought in 7 watches for battery replacement. They told me the watches would be ready at 4 pm but called me earlier to let me know that they were ready. I found the price point to be very good. I will return in the future

This is a gem of a watch repair store in the western suburbs. Waseem is an experienced horologist who provides excellent service and customer service. He’s also a registered repair shop for several of the Swiss brands (Swatch group for certain) so you can be rest assured your high watch is safe with him.

Stopped in to replace batteries in three Fossil watches, and also resize two of the bands. The gentleman was very helpful, changing the batteries as I waited. He also showed me how to adjust the mesh band on my own. Prices were reasonable and I highly recommend.
