I went there after experiencing horrible stomach pain, probably because of an ulcer. They did nothing to help me, nor to find out what I have. I went there twice. Both times they botched the tests. 14 days later I still didn't know anything about what I had, nor did they start any treatment! I kept on being in pain so I called in but they refused to let me talk to a doctor! They are not only incompetent and heartless, but liars too. They promised to give me back my money but never did. Instead they sent more bills, unbelievable! Now I can fight for my money and need a lawyer, absolutely horrible! Never, ever go there!

The staff here is amazing! I went in for a maybe sprained ankle on Easter Sunday and each provider I saw was kinder than the next. The nurse practitioner I saw was confident in her diagnosis which made me feel confident as well and at ease. They were able to do an x ray that same day and I got my results on Monday. Only downside was that I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen, and would recommend scheduling an appointment online rather than walking in. Thank y’all for all that you do!!

My Visit at the Midwest Express Clinic in River Forest on October 19 was very pleasant from the time I walked into the door. The clerk greeted me a welcoming smile, the physician assistant explained everything is was going to do until she transition me the physician. The physician sympathized with what I was going through. She explained what the cause of my problem was and prescribed something to make it all better. I have started using the medication and I do feel better. I am so very glad I went to Midwest Express Clinic.

We brought my 18 month old to the clinic in River Forest, IL. yesterday. He was exhibiting signs for RSV and croup. We met with Nurse Tricia who went above and beyond to make my son feel comfortable, and urged us to go to the ER for further care. We spent the day in the ER, and had a voicemail from Nurse Tricia who had called after her shift was over - just to check in on my son and his well-being. Unbelievable service and people at Midwest Clinic Express. Thank you! 🩷

I was seen on 11/19/23. I don't remember the clinicians name, but she had a very gentle spirit. She was very thorough. Perri did my vitals and she was very professional and gentle as well. It was busy but they moves everyone at a steady pace.

Always a smooth and welcoming experience coming to this clinic. Staff is usually friendly and helpful. The providers are attentive and show compassion. Online check in makes it easy, I just wish I didn’t have to load DL and Ins EACH time. Other than that Wait times are to be expected during peak seasons, but the atmosphere is calm and clean, and better than the ER if it’s not an emergency.

My experience with Midwest Express Clinic was a very good. The doctor was professional, kind, expressed sincere interest to my medical needs. The staff was also very good. The clinic sees a lot of patients in a day and they were quick in getting patients back as soon as possible. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. Thank you

Every time I go there I feel like a person, not just a patient the Dr's, nurses,even staff go beyond to help you out I have small veins that move alot, they took my suggestion to use a butterfly clip (normally used for children when drawing blood) in stride when I told them I normally have to have in order for them to draw blood when they had trouble in getting a vein in my arm ...after trying I then offer the top of my hand to draw blood from which was successful. They are always very professional, patience and kind. I like everything bout this place, the location, it's clean, the hours, opened early closed later seven days a week, the music is aways nice, not loud, and not boring while in the room waiting on the drs..just an enjoyable experience all-round. So glad this clinic is available to me they have an amazing staff and company. I really appreciate them very much..make an appointment today you will not regret it ...

While there was a little bit of a wait (~45 minutes), the clinic staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Dr. Jasmine and Patricia both were so sweet in a stressful hour. They explained things clearly, wrote down things I might need to know how to spell, and they called later to check in on me. Their genuine care was much appreciated!

I visited this clinic earlier in the year for COVID testing & that experience was super quick & easy. But recently I’ve had to make a few consistent visits to receive follow-up care for stitches from a dog bite. The doctor that has been treating me has been very caring and informative. The rest of the staff has also been very pleasant and efficient. I definitely see myself coming back here for any urgent care needs. The variety of insurances accepted is also a major plus. Thank you for your great service, keep up the awesome work! I should also add that in my experience the wait time here is very minimal. The online registration & check-in process definitely helps to speed up the visit, I’m usually in & out within the hour!

The staff here are extremely kind. I am always anxious to go to the doctor, so I was relieved that everyone was so respectful. The receptionist made the process clear and my medical assistant and provider both made me feel heard and cared for. The care I received was compassionate and I left with a clear treatment plan and knowledge of what to be aware of in terms of my condition worsening. The team here is great!

I went into the clinic because I woke up with a swollen eye. I arrived about an hour before they were getting ready to close. The wait was not bad and the staff was VERY nice and attentive. Everyone made sure I understood my after care instructions before leaving. I had to return the next day for a follow up. The nurse who took my vitals was there and recognized me. She was even more pleasant than the first day. I would definitely go back and recommend this clinic to others!

The front desk lady who signed me in was wonderful! She engaged with customers as if they were her friend. I didn't get a chance to talk much with the lady who took my history and vitals. She was also very pleasant. The nurse-practitioner was also very pleasant. However,it was the lady at the front desk who really created the atmosphere. She was so pleasant and cheerful with everyone!

Fast, helpful, clean and modern facilities in good condition, easy to get seen, genuine concern for patient care, including ensuring follow up with provider when necessary. Happy to see masks are required and enforced! Have had to go twice since moving to the area as my GP is a bit too far when I’ve been quite ill. Very happy to have them so close by and easily available!

The staff at Midwest Express Clinic were very professional, kind and friendly. They got me in quickly a provided a level of care that I have not received at other clinics. They were thorough, asked questions and answered all of my questions with out rushing me out the door.

I recently visited the River Forest Location and was pleased with the service I received. I registered online prior to my arrival; after which the check-in process was seamless. I was seen within 5-7 mins of my appointment time. The environment was clean and organized. The nurse was pleasant and welcoming. I was assisted and on my way in good timing. Overall, it was a good experience.

Walked in late in the evening to a waiting room full of people, never thought we would be seen. Grace handled our intake quite quickly as so she did w everybody else. Kendra and Stephanie both did a great job answering questions and meeting our needs! Very satisfied w the work of this team.

My 4 year old had an accident while playing outside that required stitches. Andrew, Yuli and Genesis were so attentive and prompt getting us checked in and making sure we understood our options. Jasmin (our saving grace) did an amazing job with our 4year old, he had no idea he was getting stitches and she also kept my husband and I calm through the entire process. So thankful for the great service the day before Labor Day! We will always be loyal clients because of the great care you provided. Thank you so much! :-)

Amazing location! Health providers are all eager to help. I was greeted with prompt service early when they opened. The nurse and nurse practitioner listened to my concerns, quickly assessed and helped me with my concern. I had another visit where I had to switch a prescription and they quickly made the change over the phone. Very reliable team!

Firstly, the MAs there were great. Very friendly and they listen. My problem is 2 things:#1 the service is way too long to wait. We literally waited 2 hours for my wife to be seen. Then we were finally seen it was an idiot of a nurse practitioner that saw us. She literally came into the room left back out for 3 seconds said something to the actual doctor then came back in and told us to go to the ER. She didn't pay attention to what my wife said was going on, she kept asking her about an arythmia when my wife never said anything about an arythmia. She also told her that they were going to do an EKG but as I said she just came back in and said go to the ER. I mean does the hypocratic oath mean nothing anymore? This lady didn't even try to find out what the problem was or offer any help whatsoever, but I bet she sure made certain to bill our insurance though. That's all I took from our visit. Get them out of here quickly and get their money. I will never go back here again and I advise anyone reading this to find another place to go because unless the medical assistants or a nurse is helping you , you probably are just wasting your time in the first place anyway. Lastly, to the dark haired nurse practitioner please get out of the medical industry because you were obviously not built for it.

Always pleasant here. I never wait long even though there often are many patients. Respectful and kind treatment. Good patient education about my condition also, they give you a follow up when you are in the office. Love it . My go too

I went in for a B12 shot, something quick. I was worried because it was packed in the waiting area. But I was in and out in maybe 10 mins. My med tech, I think her name was Perri, was every bit of awesome. It was a great experience. Id say Id go back but I live in Elgin. So, I may or may not be. But if its in your area, definitely stop in, service was great.

After I made my online appt to see a doctor about my back pain I found this place. I came in filled out forms and was seen in about 10 mins. The staff was very wonderful and considerate. The nurse practitioner was awesome,she listened to everything I explained about my back pain. The whole appt took about an hour less time than the other clinic I usually go to. Highly recommended to visit!!!

We walked in without an appointment because my 2 year old needed a rapid COVID test to return to school after break. They were very busy, but every person I spoke to was so nice. The nurse understood how to handle a patient that would put up a substantial fight to avoid a nose swab. The NP was so so so good with him as well and she personally walked us over to the sticker/lollipop/treasure area and showered him with gifts. We will definitely be back.

The staff was kind and helpful. I can only imagine how busy they are with the current uptick in Covid, but everyone was still very pleasant. Kristina took the time to listen to my concerns, and I was happy with the medical advice/treatment I received. Thank you all for all of your hard work!

Amazing staff they took me in as a walk in and had me seen in no more than a 20 min wait. Staff was very knowledgeable and understanding of patient needs. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family if someone needs a quick check up.

I visited Midwest Express clinic when I was I’ll while on a trip. They took care of me quickly. I didn’t wait long, and they were very efficient at prescribing the medication I needed to feel better quickly while away from home. Highly recommended!

It may not be big but that lil clinic has heart & soul. I came and pretty much the 11th hour on a weekend and though they were already packed and about close they treated me and all the other patients with kindness & care.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Though the waiting room was quite full, I did not wait a very long time to go in and get checked out. The nurses were friendly and professional, and the doctor did a great job helping me with my problem…an infected finger. I’ve had past experience there as well, and it’s always been a satisfactory visit, all the doctors being very helpful, understanding, and competent.

This clinic in River Forest is the best. You can register online and select a time to be seen so you don't have to wait so long in the waiting room. Registering online saves you the time of filling out paperwork at the office. I was scheduled to be seen at 8:50 am and by 9 am I was taken into a room. The nurse was so efficient and asked thorough questions. The doctor that saw me was knowledgeable and very nice. She gave me a prescription for the hives I had and a prescription for my cold. Another nurse came in to take my blood and usually people have trouble finding my vein but she did it in less than 5 seconds. They were quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and overall very nice. The front desk ladies are also super friendly and made me feel welcome. I would highly recommend this clinic.

The front staff welcomed me upon my entrance in the building and invited me to come forth their desk where I showed my ID and insurance card. Once inside the ward, a kind young nurse registered my weight and height. Then we went into a separate room in which she asked questions pertaining to my visit. Moments after, the doctor came and spotted the problem quickly and acted promptly. She performed a quick procedure on the finger that was causing the pain and the problem was solved! It was a quick “In and Out” kind of service. Once done, she advised me to make an appointment for a follow-up within a few days to evaluate the healing process. From my entrance in the building to my departure, I have been kindly taken care of. The doctor was as gentle as can be… I am completely satisfied with my visit and I would tell anyone in need of a fast and smooth intervention to try it out.

This is entire staff was awesome ! Made my appointment the same day. Sat in the waiting room no more than 10 min. When I had questions they were attentive and very knowledgeable of the subject at hand. Very courteous and asked detailed questions to figure out what my issue was. Will return!!

I went a couple of days ago to get my back checked out. I was a walk in and the staff were very kind to me. The doctor really had concern for me and wanted to make sure my condition got better. I plan to come here again when needed

It was ok. For it to be a walk in. It took for ever. They take the patients that pay cash 1st. And the insurance ones they leave for last. So many people came late after me and they were seen 1st because they paid cash. I feel that was unfair and I felt discriminate.

Amazing experience! At the time, my toddler daughter was feeling awful and we didn’t want to wait for walk-ins hours with our doctor the next day. I’d read that the Midwest Express Clinic had a great pediatrician but I was blown away! Our doctor’s name was Jasmine (didn’t catch the last name) and she was very kind and took her time while meeting my daughter. She spoke to my daughter with respect in that she asked her questions (instead of just me), she walked her through the check up, and even let her use the stethoscope. She was very thorough when explaining the diagnosis and next steps. The nurses were also amazing. They greeted her and she got stickers on the way in and the way out. If I ever need urgent care for my kids, I would not hesitate to return!

They were very nice and fast. The registration was easy online. I was in and out of the clinic in less than an hour. I had labs and the techs explained everything thoroughly and the NP who I saw took her time to answer any of my concerns. It was a good experience with each individual I interacted with. Thank you for all of your help and professionalism. My only complaint is that the results took a little longer to get sent to me. I had to call the clinic two days later, but they did respond to me right away and released them through email right after I called.
