wanted
to
express
my
extreme
satisfaction
with
the
service
department
at
Ogden
Lincoln
of
Westmont,
more
specifically
Jose.
I
did
not
purchase
my
car
at
this
location,
but
have
been
getting
the
majority
of
my
vehicle
maintenance
completed
here.
My
vehicle
is
no
longer
under
warranty,
so
when
my
car
stopped
automatic
starting
via
the
app,
I
knew
I
could
take
my
vehicle
to
this
location
with
confidence.
Just
as
I
suspected,
I
was
right.
From
the
moment
I
made
the
appointment,
Jose
was
able
to
get
me
in
quickly
and
at
a
time
that
was
good
for
me.
Another
HUGE
plus,
is
he
let
me
know
that
there
was
a
charge
before
they
did
anything,
so
there
was
no
unpleasant
surprises.
Jose
even
made
sure
I
was
able
to
start
the
car
from
my
app
before
I
left
to
ensure
the
problem
had
been
fixed.
However,
it
was
his
human
compassion
that
struck
me
the
most.
While
I
was
in
the
waiting
room
I
saw
a
much
older
woman
waiting
for
her
car
to
get
serviced.
She
was
there
for
a
while
before
Jose
came
out
and
told
her
what
they
had
found.
I
could
tell
it
was
not
good
news.
She
seemed
very
upset,
not
with
him,
but
the
amount
it
was
going
to
be
to
get
fixed.
Jose
said
he
was
going
to
draw
up
the
paperwork.
As
he
was
away,
I
saw
the
woman
going
through
her
wallet
to
select
the
right
card
for
the
charges…
thats
when
Jose
came
out
with
a
plan
to
make
it
more
affordable
for
her.
I
could
tell
she
was
so
grateful
for
him
and
his
ability
to
understand
that
some
people
are
on
fixed
incomes
and
cannot
afford
huge
service
bills
all
at
once.
At
that
moment
I
KNEW
I
was
right,
this
IS
the
best
place
to
get
my
car
fixed
in
or
out
of
warranty.
I
can
trust
them
to
be
truthful
and
understanding
and
that
is
why
I
will
continue
to
get
my
Lincoln
serviced
here
and
makes
me
loyal
to
the
Lincoln
brand.
