    From the phone call to discuss a car online, to the end of the appt. to buy the vehicle, Nick A. was a joy to talk with. He was informative, answered all of our questions, and we never felt pressured to buy a vehicle. Such a pleasurable experience!

    I had a bad experience at another dealer, went to Ogden and Matt Kramer and Jack Bailie totally redeemed my faith in dealerships. From start to finish they did a great job. Love my Aviator and the great service team I had at Ogden Lincoln. Would highly recommend.

    I wanted to express my extreme satisfaction with the service department at Ogden Lincoln of Westmont, more specifically Jose. I did not purchase my car at this location, but have been getting the majority of my vehicle maintenance completed here. My vehicle is no longer under warranty, so when my car stopped automatic starting via the app, I knew I could take my vehicle to this location with confidence. Just as I suspected, I was right. From the moment I made the appointment, Jose was able to get me in quickly and at a time that was good for me. Another HUGE plus, is he let me know that there was a charge before they did anything, so there was no unpleasant surprises. Jose even made sure I was able to start the car from my app before I left to ensure the problem had been fixed. However, it was his human compassion that struck me the most. While I was in the waiting room I saw a much older woman waiting for her car to get serviced. She was there for a while before Jose came out and told her what they had found. I could tell it was not good news. She seemed very upset, not with him, but the amount it was going to be to get fixed. Jose said he was going to draw up the paperwork. As he was away, I saw the woman going through her wallet to select the right card for the charges… thats when Jose came out with a plan to make it more affordable for her. I could tell she was so grateful for him and his ability to understand that some people are on fixed incomes and cannot afford huge service bills all at once. At that moment I KNEW I was right, this IS the best place to get my car fixed in or out of warranty. I can trust them to be truthful and understanding and that is why I will continue to get my Lincoln serviced here and makes me loyal to the Lincoln brand.

    Loved working with Nick the Sales Manager. Mike helped us walk through and familiarize us with all the vehicles systems. Don't let the outside of the building impact your perception of the dealership. It's the people inside that are top notch.

    I would like to thank Griffin Bogwill for assisting me in purchasing my Range Rover. Griffin is a true sales professional and was very respectful of my time. I would also like to thank the sales manager Zak as well as the rest of the staff at Ogden Lincoln of Westmont. I highly recommend this dealership.

    Not often a car dealer gets 5 stars but I felt very good with this purchase. Bob Pennington and Zak Kammerer were both great to work with. Always a little haggling when buying a car but this was quick and pleasant. Thank you both for a painless experience.

    I have bought a lot of cars over the years, probably about 15. I have never had a better or more smooth experience buying a car in my life. My salesman Paul was fantastic. I called early afternoon inquired about a car and said I would be up there in the evening to look at it. He had it out front ready to go for a drive when I arrived. He was very professional and to the point and did not waste my time which I extremely appreciate. Asked what I was looking to spend. Was willing to negotiate and we worked out a fair price as well as the price of my trade in. I wish I had remembered who the finance manager was. He was great as well. Again to the point and not wasting my time as well. Did not push things I was clearly not interested in. I’m in and out in less that two hours. My only complaint and it’s nitpicking is the car was not cleaned very well on delivery. Still had parts of the stickers on the window dust in parts of the interior but I blame that on trying to get it done quickly before closing time. The car did not get the right charger for the ev as well but Paul got me one I can use till they locate the original one. I definitely recommend this dealership

    I had such a fantastic experience with Paul/Paulie! Just bought a Lincoln continental that I have been wanting for forever! He made it such a pleasant experience! Also the manager I think his name was Zach was also very helpful he didn’t make me feel pressured at all whatsoever! I love my car I have now and I appreciated doing business with you guys!

    Service Manager and Service Writer both did an excellent job of thoroughly explaining all the services I needed for my all wheel drive MKS. Brakes, Tune Up, filters, flush, hoses, belts. It's a great car, and they are great people! I bought the car 5 years ago at Ogden Lincoln of Westmont and the sales and financing staff did an excellent job at that time as well.

    Jack at Ogden Lincoln was great to work with! Made the process easy from the start, sent photos and videos of the vehicle before I drove out to the lot, looked up all the possible rebates I was eligible for, and walked me through all the features and functions of my new vehicle. Will be back for my next car!

    Jack was so professional from start to finish. He made the car buying process very easy and low pressure. He answered all of our questions & spent time answering questions & giving us a tutorial on using our new car. If I have friends looking to purchase a Lincoln I will absolutely recommend Jack at Ogden Lincoln.

    Ogden Lincoln of Westmont was very welcoming and friendly. Came out and met us outside, pulled up any vehicle we wanted to look at or test drive. They made the experience easy and stress free. I recommend you try them out. I've been to several used car dealerships and new car dealers that treated us like we weren't even there and made us wait hours for no progress. I almost thought Buying a vehicle changed through the years. Ogden Lincoln with their kindness and professionalism reassured me,there are places who care about customers yet.

    Just wanted to give a shout out to Jose at the Lincoln Dealer in Westmont. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about our issues with our Lincoln Navigator. He was proactive and went out of his way to work warranty issues he was well versed with. Because of his knowledge, expertise, and superb Customer service, we saved about 4K! Will definitely return and get out car serviced with Jose at this dealer.

    Transparent, honesty, and the will to get the deal done. Three things you want in a dealership - and they have all three. Highly recommend you ask to work Ted. Not just a knowledgeable representative, but he was also a genuinely good person to work with. He had surgery the morning that Nick and I came to an agreement, and was slated to be off the next day when I was to come pick up the car. He came in on his day off to ensure I was taken care of and that the car was delivered to me properly. That’s service. Nick knocked out all of the paperwork and worked with me get the deal done. Do not hesitate to work with these gentleman for your next car purchase! Thanks again!

    Traded my car in for a Lincoln, they gave me great pricing on my trade in, everyone was super friendly and they made the car look brand new even though it was used!! Service department is also very helpful.

    Found a 2013 Navigator L on their lot through CarGurus to replaced a previous one that got totaled from a rear end collision from a semi-trailer (not one injury or pain, other than my vehicle being totaled, so I figured I will buy a similar one since it held up amazingly in the collision). The salesman Ted was very helpful during the purchased. I flew into the area from Cincinnati; Ted offered to pick me up from the airport and give me a ride to the dealership. Since myself, the dealership, and my credit union were all located in different states; the dealership said it was okay to use my financial institution but for the dealership piece of mind; I filled out and was approved for a loan through their lenders just incase my credit union refused to lend money on this vehicle.....it was solely a security thing to protect the dealership. The dealership and I signed an agreement that I typed up that they would only submit the paperwork of their lender after so many business days if my banking institution was unresponsive. Everything worked out great and I got the vehicle I wanted (with a few extras than my previous one) and for a better price. The dealership was very transparent of the vehicle's condition and even knocked $400 off the price due to one of the power running board motors and driver side powered side view mirror not working fully as it should. The bonus was while waiting to finalize the paperwork with the finance manager; it got to check out the awesome (elite) car collection that they have......the gearhead in me was like a kid in a candy shop. They also reimbursed me the down payment that went along with their lending provider requirements since I did not use their lender. Overall, it was a great experience and I would gladly do business with them again. Thank you Ted and Zak for making the experience one to gladly remember. Best wishes to you all in 2023!

    My wife took her car in here for service and they tried to charge her an extra $125 for "swollen lug nuts." They obviously destroyed the lugs trying to take them off and when my wife said no, they put the destroyed lugs back on the car, destroyed enough to have to hammer a socket onto it. Clearly didn't properly torque them and used a gun to drive them. Ridiculous and dangerous.

    Bought a used Lexus suv couple of months ago, multiple issues with the car. Sold me a lemon. Stole my money!!! Never ever buy a car from these thieves. Honestly go to a different dealership.

    Sold me a bad used car lasted only a couple of months, instead of apologizing for selling a lemon they say that it’s just business and that’s how they make money. I would never buy a used car from them. Plz stay away go to dealers with better reviews.
