Hotel
is
clean.
But
the
Management
needs
to
improve
their
attitude
towards
the
hospitality
they
are
providing
to
their
guest.
I
booked
an
executive
room
and
checked
in
hotel
late
evening
by
9
PM.
Room
A.C
was
not
working
properly,
Cooling
was
getting
stopped
after
5
or
10
minutes.
A.C
control
was
wall
mounted,
but
all
of
their
buttons
becomes
non
functional,
when
Cooling
gets
stopped.
i
called
the
room
service
at
11
PM,
after
getting
frustrated.
A
guy
came
in
room
and
said
someone
must
be
playing
around
with
MCB
as
it
was
tripped.
Cooling
started
again,
but
guess
what,
not
more
than
10
minutes.
I
tried
to
sleep,
but
room
was
fully
closed
from
everywhere,
you
can't
even
open
the
window,
as
there
is
none.
In
Humid
month
of
August
in
Lucknow,
it
can
only
be
imagined
how
I
would
have
felt
at
that
time.
At
last
at
12
AM,
I
called
the
room
service
again,
another
maintenance
guy
came,
he
came
already,
he
pressed
the
power
button(
I
already
tried
multiple
times)
on
remote
and
A.C
started
Cooling
again.
After
10
minutes
same
story
repeated
again.
Somehow,
I
passed
the
whole
night
restless
and
agitated.
I
had
to
drive
back
to
Gurgaon
in
Morning,
which
definitely
became
a
challenge
due
to
tireness.
It
was
a
horrible
experience
of
mine.
If
A.C
was
faulty,
why
such
room
was
assigned.
If
A.C
was
not
faulty,
Are
you
guys
trying
to
make
extra
profit
by
saving
electricity
?
Whatsoever
be
the
reason,
I
don't
care,
I
had
spent
1
night
to
get
some
rest
and
good
sleep,
which
I
did
not
get.
