I recently had the opportunity to stay at The Elite Lucknow Convention Hotel, and I must admit that my experience was a rollercoaster of emotions. While the hotel boasted an inviting ambiance that promised a luxurious stay, the overall service and hot water situation left much to be desired. One of the most disappointing aspects of my stay was the inconsistent hot water supply. As a weary traveler, the prospect of a warm shower is non-negotiable. Regrettably, the hotel failed to provide hot water on a consistent basis, leaving me to endure icy showers that were far from pleasant. While the ambiance offered a respite from the chaos of daily life, the inability to enjoy a comfortable shower experience detracted significantly from the overall enjoyment of my stay.

I booked this hotel for my wedding and I can without any doubt say that its best choice I went with. The staff was incredibly awesome and helpful. I had around 100 to 150 people gathered for 2 days and there was no minor inconvenience to any of the guest. The service, the rooms, the decoration and food, every single thing was on point. Mr. Dharmendra and Mr Altamash are doing great job in making people's day worth remembering.

Had a very nice stay at this hotel for two nights during our short stay in Lucknow. Staff were welcoming/friendly, particularly the restaurant staff. Rooms are spacious, clean, modern and had all the necessities. Around a 15-20 min rickshaw to the main Lucknow sites. Thanks!

Actually I didn't stay but had a stopover to get my EV charged as they Tata Power charging station. During this stopover, I had an opportunity to spend some time with hotel management team. They are really very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay over here during my next visit to Lucknow

Very nice welcoming for real. You receive even a Great Welcome drink and that's insane. Really nice staff and very helpful. Amazing place to stay, it's more than a hotel. It's a place where the extra mile in customer service is really taken. I warmly recommend and definitely I'll be back anytime I'll be around. It's a Number 1 choice definitely. But hey, don't believe me, try it yourself! Enjoy it :)

The service was very bad, the name Amit was very bad , the behavior was very bad .looking cruel, not talking nicely , we felt wrong, stop. We will not come again to this hotel . Very poor people, service is bad

The experience was good but the only problem is the taste of the food, I tried idli and sambhar and the sambhar was too watery. All over the experience was nice I haven't expect this experience from The Elite

Very disappointed by this hotel. We stayed there for a wedding and the service was really bad. WiFi didn't work properly and was reset every night, so it had to be unlocked every day which sometimes didn't work at all. The staff are polite but not friendly or helpful. We had a third person in our room and asked for another bed which we got only several hours and three more requests later. We also asked for more toilet paper several times which never came. The room was not cleaned during the three nights we stayed there although we indicated that we'd like to have it cleaned. On top of that, some of my laundry was lost and because the hotel was not able to locate it while we were there, I asked them to update me on WhatsApp so that I could let them know where to send it when they found it. However, they only answered my first message and then ghosted me, I never got my clothes back. The food was alright but not exceptional, as well as the rooms which are not very clean with a bad smell, unfortunately. The location is outside the city in a rather unpleasant area and reaching the city centre takes around 30 minutes by car. There are some shops down the road which is quite nice. All in all, the hotel is more focused on earning money from weddings (at least in winter) and customer service is certainly not a priority.

I was staying for 10 days at The Elite and it was a great experience! The most friendly staff, delicious food which they even made less spicy for me as a foreigner, a clean and quiet room and a very beautiful atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel!

The service of hotel is not at all good especially if you book hall for marriage related functions. Staff says the food is finished for the paid items. Very rude behaviour of staff . Kindly don't go with this. You can go for better at this price ...

Hotel is clean. But the Management needs to improve their attitude towards the hospitality they are providing to their guest. I booked an executive room and checked in hotel late evening by 9 PM. Room A.C was not working properly, Cooling was getting stopped after 5 or 10 minutes. A.C control was wall mounted, but all of their buttons becomes non functional, when Cooling gets stopped. i called the room service at 11 PM, after getting frustrated. A guy came in room and said someone must be playing around with MCB as it was tripped. Cooling started again, but guess what, not more than 10 minutes. I tried to sleep, but room was fully closed from everywhere, you can't even open the window, as there is none. In Humid month of August in Lucknow, it can only be imagined how I would have felt at that time. At last at 12 AM, I called the room service again, another maintenance guy came, he came already, he pressed the power button( I already tried multiple times) on remote and A.C started Cooling again. After 10 minutes same story repeated again. Somehow, I passed the whole night restless and agitated. I had to drive back to Gurgaon in Morning, which definitely became a challenge due to tireness. It was a horrible experience of mine. If A.C was faulty, why such room was assigned. If A.C was not faulty, Are you guys trying to make extra profit by saving electricity ? Whatsoever be the reason, I don't care, I had spent 1 night to get some rest and good sleep, which I did not get.

My entire stay at this hotel was very pleasant, all thanks to staff. Without amu fuss Chef Sonu made sure my 11 months old daughter gets her customised meal what we requested. Thank you Hotel Elite.

Experience was very bad. When I search pure vegetarian restaurant zamatos suggested this restaurant.when we visited the Restaurant we found there was only one waiter who was serving to all the tables. It was very troublesome for all the customers because they were not getting their ordered on the time, because of the one waiter they didn't serve water to us. They didn't provide menu to us. We have to ask for the menu. And when we saw the menu, it contains both the item. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian, it's kind of cheating with the customers like everywhere you mention it's pure vegetarian, and in the menu, it shows nonveg also, so it's a cheating with the customers. When we complaint about the same to the manager(Amit), he was very rude and judged uscand mentioned to go to other restaurant instead of resolving our problem.

Wonderful. From all angles Hotel is very good. Rooms are good. Room service is excellent. Food is very tasty, made by Chef Sonu Shukla and served by steward Reshma Bano and senior captain Aivran Singh. Rates are reasonable worth a visit and stay at Hotel.

It's located knp to Dubbaga rd near Buddheshwar as its not in heart of city, it's OK amenity to go with structure is good still they are in learning mode of hospitality ,cleaning ness is bit challenge .Majorly occupied by real estate, office function. Elite as its name gaining fame in its region.

I was impressed by all of the staff within the hotel they are very humble and supportive.. Chef Sonu kumar Shukla made our engagement more memorable..

Visited for an afternoon tea: the service was decent and the amount of served food was Great. On the other hand the sandwiches were definitely fresher than what you get for similar promotions. The place itself is luminous and fairly clean. There is space for large groups as well

Hotel is great. Clean, polite staff and value for money. Food was fine as well. Had complimentary breakfast and a sindae there. Over very good. But they could use a little improvement in the food.
