I have personally visited their store in Coorg.. I like it so much that now I am ordering from them when I am back to NCR.. Very good quality.. They take care of your customers personally. I Misordered something and they made it correct on my request without any hassle, They are easily available on WhatsApp. I sent a gift to somewhere else.. They gave me proper updates of its whereabouts every time I asked them. When I received my order my organic sugar's packet was torn and sugar was scattered everywhere, when I complained about it, they sent a new packet to me without even giving it a second thought.. Neither I asked for replacement. They just did it out of good gesture and that too without any cost. The new packet was fine. Thank you so so much for giving us such good coffee so far away from Coorg. I am blessed to have found this store ❤

The Civet coffee, Coorg Civet coffee, also known as kopi luwak, is made using beans eaten and excreted by civets. The fermentation during digestion is believed to alter the flavor. However, ethical concerns surround its production due to issues like caged civets and animal welfare. Civet coffee is produced by collecting coffee beans from the feces of civets, small mammals found in Asia and Africa. The civets consume ripe coffee cherries, and enzymes in their stomachs supposedly alter the beans' composition, resulting in unique flavors. The traditional process involves farmers collecting the beans from the feces of wild civets. However, the demand for civet coffee has led to unethical practices, including keeping civets in captivity and force-feeding them coffee cherries. Despite its exotic appeal, ethical and environmental concerns, along with issues of authenticity and quality, have prompted criticism of the industry. Additionally, alternatives like responsible and sustainable specialty coffee are gaining popularity. Civet coffee farming involves collecting coffee cherries that have been eaten and excreted by civets. In traditional methods, farmers allow wild civets to roam freely, eating ripe coffee cherries and later collecting the beans from their feces. This process is believed to enhance the coffee beans' flavor through fermentation in the civet's digestive system. However, due to the growing demand for civet coffee, some unethical practices have emerged. In certain cases, civets are kept in captivity and force-fed coffee cherries to produce larger quantities of this specialty coffee. Such practices raise concerns about animal welfare and the authenticity of the coffee. In recent years, there has been a push for more ethical and sustainable approaches, emphasizing the importance of allowing civets to roam freely in their natural habitat. Additionally, certifications and standards are being developed to ensure that civet coffee is produced in an environmentally friendly and cruelty-free manner

What an experience to try out different varieties of coffee here. You also get the popular Civet coffee too. It is a coffee bar, and also has other stuff to buy. The cold coffee was really good and a shot of the Civet coffee was good too. Must try when in Madikeri.

A small cafe serving coffee, fresh coffee beans, and chocolates. You will love the smell if you are a coffee lover. The place has enough people to serve you or to help you decide which coffee to buy. I ended up buying chocolates and 6 bags of coffee which were packed right in front of me. A must visit place if you like coffee or chocolates.

This cafe offers different flavours of coffee beans.I tried a few sample flavours and decided to buy the premium blend coffee because I like strong coffee. The cafe also has an online order service. I also purchased two lovely coffee mugs with the brand name ainmane printed on them. If you are a coffee lover you should definetly visit this cafe.

This coffee shop is a small cozy place to relax and sip the best tasty cup of coffee. The owner is an expert and specialised in the study of caffeine. The coffee beans they use, dark chocolates and shea butter they make, every single thing they offer is of the best quality and taste. I insist visiting this place when in Madikeri.

Good varaities of coffees, tried premium coffee which was above average and cafe ambience is average. Been there on the way to bangalore from Madikeri, best part is you can pack the fresh grinded coffee beans. Try the premium 100% coffee for black coffee. Overall decent place with quality products.

Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambience: 4/5 Value for money:4.5/5 As part of our visit to Coorg we were expressly advised by our resort guide to visit this store for specialty coffee and chocolates. We also heard about other stores that were equally good and less pricey. However, having visited one coffee plantation with the factory that was housed within and after having sampled the stuff on offer there, we felt that it was no different than what we typically get via Amazon or Flipkart back home. We hence decided to give Ainmane (ancestral/traditional home is the translation) a try per our guide's recommendation. Our decision was soon vindicated when we sampled the variety of coffee and chocolates on offer and the rates quoted, which by the way were on par with the plantation/factory that we visited earlier. The store also has a very small cafe within and the coffee, hot chocolate and sandwiches that we ordered for dine-in were really top notch. So if you want a safe and tested option especially for coffee, Ainmane is the place to go.

Excellent shop with high quality spices and coffees at fair prices. Don't go to any of the plantation tours and spice shops, to be conned into buying highly priced products. Your driver might take you to the plantation places. This place is the best. Visit and experience for yourself. Their freshly made coffee was blissful 😋

Was here on Sunday evening around 0830 pm. Was expecting to have some fresh coffee. Unfortunately they did not serve coffee as it was closing time. Good variety of coffees available for purchase though. They grind the coffee beans that you select and pack it for you.

It is an outlet-cum-cafe. You can have coffee-snacks here & even buy their variety of products like coffee powders, chocolates, spices etc. It is refreshing to see the coffee beans being ground in front of us when we place the order. I tried the Malabar Monsoon variety of coffee but couldn't appreciate the characters. The ambience is very pleasant. Very few dining tables are kept. I liked their Dark chocolate with Clove flavour. UPI/cards are accepted.

Amazing choice of coffee. Must go if you drink black coffee. Sandwiches are served simple, fresh and hot, so the perfect combo. Must try their dark hot chocolate drink & passion mint.

CAUTION TOURISTS! Do not fall in their trap of tasting chocolates and pickles. They would make you taste something else and give something else. Biggest fraudsters in Madikeri. Attaching pictures of pickle that we got and see the condition when it was opened.
