We had 2 nights stay here and have to say apart from the location and greenery around there is nothing much to say. The toilets are poorly maintained, beds and sheets and bugs too.. horrible stay. When you complain this to the care taker / owner he shows attitude and expect a response that you are the 1st person reporting this issue. Well I had a bad experience and I never suggest this place. You won't get anything exiting for thr money you pay. Food is fine Ecosystem is good Stay is pathetic.

One of the best place to stay for a family or corporate colleagues. It’s a huge property over 40acres. Very well maintained rooms and washrooms. Hygiene is maintained in all places even the kitchen of the place Owner very approachable and friendly. Couple rooms , dorms and family rooms available and price may vary depending on the season and time. Food taste :-4/5 Ambience :-4.5/5 Services :-4.5/5 Rooms and hygiene 4/5 Very near to Sakleshpur and Belur as well. Swimming pool well maintained. One can talk a nature walk in the coffee plantation around as well. They will take you on jeep for an early morning coffee plantation walk which was also very good ! One can blindly choose this place !

We booked for 1 night stay for 2.5k each during the new year time, which included lunch, snacks, dinner, breakfast and coffee, the rooms were clean, however, we doubt that the bed spreads were changed for us. The vegetarian food was good only, but the dinner time is pretty late, like 9.30 pm, which needs to be earlier. The hotel people say it is because snacks is served at 6.30pm, but 9.30 is too late. They will have one non-veg dish at the same place as the veg. dish without any distinction. They can keep it separately, and name is as non veg. Common camp fire will be arranged during the night, which is good. there are bow -arrow, shooting games, which are good too, provided along with the package. The 4x4 jeep ride to the coffee plantation in the morning was good.

Can we live here forever?? The staff felt like family, the rooms felt like home, yet somehow it always felt like holiday. Best chef ever - tasty food. Maintenance crew - beautiful grounds always spotless. Service ladies - always felt comfortable, were always friendly and made the kids fell special and loved, 100% trust to look after the kids when needed. Owner- 10/10! What a guy! Nothing was too much and the attention to detail was incredible! We will be back, see you soon!

The rooms which we stayed was good and spacious enough. food taste was good as well but the food varieties was very less for both dinner and morning tiffin. Felt like workers was not so friendly and the rope activities was not as expected. Zip line and rope activities was very less and disappointing and bonfire was not given privately. Indoor games was included with good options.overall expected still more good service and options to enjoy in stay.

The villa was really nice! My family really enjoyed it! The food, the hospitality everything was very good. No complaints at all. I hide recommend this to everybody. Homestay is beautifully located amid the estate with utmost sightseeing , pool, play area, bonfire ♥️ it is really ideal location to spend your to time with friends and family in a budget!We loved it and would surely go again to stay💕

A preferred property to detox from busy corporate life. Newly build pool is something that adds to this. Pleasant place to have fun with family and friends. Manager takes good care and at last Mr. Kiran takes good care of his guests.

The place is located in a village called Lakkunda among the coffee plantations away from the city and close to Belur and Halebeedu. It's a huge Villa and the rooms are shared among the guests. The rooms do not have a balcony or sit out area so you will have to stay in the garden to enjoy the nature. Windows also needs a net or mesh so that it can be kept open for ventilation. In the morning you can take a walk in the woods which is very soothing. The food is Ok with a 2 set menu. The timings are a bit late and with kids or elderly people it can be a bit problematic. The Bolero pickup Jeep rides are arranged for the off-road experience. Bonfire is arranged at around 7pm. Archery and shuttles are also available to pass the time during the day.

Very nice ambience. Polite, obliging and efficient staff. Nice food. It was a great experience to have stayed there. Looking forward to going back there.

Went to this place with a wonderful group of strangers led by Rohit. Group name Chasing sunsets, check their page on instagram. The place was quiet and in the midst of lush greenary. The staff are well mannered, and they keep the place clean at all times. I most enjoyed the pool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staffs were always motivated to help us. The food was excellent, the chef ensured that our pallet needs were met. The ambience was lovely & very serene. We look forward to coming back. Feel very revitalized

We had a great and unique time at this resort stay for 2 days. Numerous selections of activities are there in the resort. We spend the day relaxing in the pool, sight seeing the beautiful view of Coffee Estate mountains.

We stayed for a day and the place was good but limited activities and not at all happy with the food menu, it was very minimal options. Service providers were not friendly.

We booked the stay on a week day through goibibo. Once we reached there, they told that the kitchen is closed for the day and we have to arrange food ourselves. As the villa is located outskirts, it was difficult to go out for breakfast lunch and dinner. So we managed to make some Maggie for dinner. Swimming pool was dirty and also closed. Highly disappointed. On reaching there, staff told that they were instructed to close the kitchen as we booked the stay on goibibo and we were the only guests for the day. They did not even offer a jeep ride to the coffee plantation. ONLY the pets were friendly. The only thing they spoke to us next morning is." ma'am at 10.30 you have to check out" A big NO NO 👎

Greedy owner!(money minded owner). No proper hospitality and proper amenities. Dormitory doesn't have sufficient bathrooms(14 beds - 1 bathroom without roof) entire dormitory stinks. We ordered 2kg chicken and we were given less quantity than what we ordered. No proper response from the staff. Overpriced food. If you are planning to stay "ONLY" with friends and family and If you are less people and are willing to have a private stay. I strongly recommend please DON'T go here. Swimming pool looks very good in the website but it's not the same in reality. The water is brownish and is not hygiene. We saw few frogs in the pool.

May be a good place for bachelors to hang out for a day or so. Not so great if you go with family, too small a place which feels you are bumping on people around (they tend to accomodate as many as possible). Food and service is very average and they server very late in the evening , 9 PM or afterwards. If you have kids and elderly people, this could be a challenge. There are two small rooms, adjacent to the main villa, are roofed with metal sheets and could be very challenging to stay during summer months (pricing is same for all rooms)

This is the worst place to stay room are not good smells bad toilets are not good both room and toilet are unhinged Food :- here they use lot of local oil to prepare food if u visit kitchen once u will not eat any dishes prepared ,their kitchen is the worst side of unhinged I was fully disgusted by their dishes I was not happy with single item prepared here even coffee too 🤮🤮🤮 And they charge with high price with low quality quantity Waste of money ,time and health I suggest you guys please don’t visit this worst place please 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Looks good in picture and videography. Please dont build lot of expectations if planning to stay here. It is not resort but pretty much like Homestay. Room bit suffocating. Spider net in the room. Dirty toilet. Unclean bathroom and wall filled with fungus. Damp on bedroom wall and fungi smell. If they wish and you agree then they would fix 10 beds in 10x10 room. You would be lucky if you don't find any cockroach. Arrogant staff if you share these findings to them. Owner didnt show up to talk to face to face to solve the problem. Sometime his workers says he is in bathroom taking bath and next moment he leaves to market for shopping and then you get new waiting time. Spoiled vacation by booking with Coffee castle villa/resort/Homestay.

This is a perfect place for family vacation..!!! The charges are reasonable. Owner Kiran is very sweet and a humble person and the staff were loving, friendly, very cooperative and ensure that the customer is satisfied.😊 The place is known for its greenary and since we are from Mumbai we really miss this in our busy day to day schedule, loved being there various types of plants / variety of flowers and the staff have maintained it very well. Rooms are clean and tidy. You can just relax and watch the sun set. Food is just excellent. They serve both veg & Non-veg. Being non-vegetarian we tasted only veg food and it was delicious. I was there with family (2 adults + 12 year daughter + 3 year son) overall the stay was memorable.❤️Will visit again for sure....!!!!!

Coffee Castle Villa is one of the best resort in Sakleshpura. A beautiful stay inside 30 acers of greenery land. One of the best thing of this place is the owner Kiran, such a calm, sober, friendly owner which rarely anyone can get. Excellent Service you will get over here. The food is relatively good & starters are delicious as well. You can get a good number of sports like badminton 🏸, Archery 🏹, Volly, Swimming, etc & a Good Parking place to park your vehicle. Celebrated my new beginnings,my birthday here and the 2 day stay was an amazing experience ❤ the ambience was amazing and everything neatly kept. A must recommended place for friends and family to have a getaway from your monotonous lifestyle or to unwind through alot of stress buster views of the estate.From the owner Mr.Kiran Gowda to All the staffs and Gowardhan were really friendly and went out of their way to welcome us and see that our stay was a memorable one. We had such a pleasant time being at the coffee castle villa.. One of the best homestay nearby. Every meal was wholesome and worth every penny.. Our stay was just as we expected ... Rooms and bathroom were very clean .. Homestay location is peaceful surrounded by coffee plantation a must visit place during vacation.. Highly recommended

Nice place to hangout. Hospitality attracted me a lot. Owner Mr. Kiran is very nice and kind person. He personally took our team to his another nearby coffee plantation for a small treck in his 4X4 vehicle at no extra cost. Rooms are very good and at very reasonable cost.
