I bought a cycling machine with upper body trainer 1 week ago. It is definitely cheaper than what is available in the market. Although there are much cheaper products available on Amazon, you would not be able to trust in them due to the quality and servicing factors. Propel's machines are of good quality. Even the physiotherapy department in Hosmat Hospital uses the same brand. Servicing is also just one phone call away. Moreover, Propel provides for a trainer who would visit your place and teach you how to use the machine. He would also suggest some warm-up and need-specific exercises. He would also recommend some diet changes according to you lifestyle. You can also ask him any doubt that you may have. My trainer, Mr. Shashidhar, was helpful enough to clear all my fitness related doubts and share his contact number such that I can follow up if need be. So I've just started focussing on my fitness but definitely I'll be heading back to FitnessOne to buy more of Propel equipment.

Have had the treadmill for a few weeks now and am absolutely loving it! I got the pt-88i and it's got the right features and stability for my family. Right from the beginning my experience has been very pleasant. Prathap was very helpful and informative about all the specifications I wanted to know. And at no point did I feel pressured into making a decision. Once I confirmed the order, the delivery and installation was very prompt and the technical support from Venkatesh was very helpful as well. Also just had a personal training session today with Shashi - he was very polite, knowledgeable and made suggestions to tweak my workout and diet to meet my fitness goals. Overall I'm very impressed with the sales, technical support and the personal training session that we received for free.

Shashidhar fitness session was super. He understands the client's ability well and provides practical exercises which one can do on his own. Good knowledge about diet. Very soft spoken and easy to talk to. I have just bought the treadmill and so far it seems like a good buy. I hope that their service will be as good in future. Overall, I am a happy customer so far.

I bought HX69i cross trainer. I am satisfied with its performance. Its Easy to use. Installation is done next day of purchasing product. Trainer has spent good amount of time in explaining usage of the product and overall diet and exercise program. Thank u propel.

Bought HX113 Cross Trainer from Propel Fitness Indira Nagar and after using for the past 1 week, we feel it the best for overall body workout. Great decision taken by purchasing this equipment. Also had good time with the fitness trainer Shashidhar who gave us demo, workouts to be done each day and also regarding the diet which we need to follow.

I bought treadmill from this store from my hometown madanapalle. Excellent service and installation was done very nicely in my home itself. Tecnician shanmugham had explained everything very well and in a detailed manner. Product was very useful to lose weight from home itself.

Well I haven't bought any good from here but about the service, it's excellent!!! And wayyyy better than the rest in indiranagar, I have tried services and repairs for my gym equipment from 2-3 other places in indiranagar locality, this is the cheapest yet more efficient than the rest, especially Mr Shanmugham is thorough in providing quality customer service I will definitely make use of the services here again!!! Muniraj is a very nice person, he listened to the needs and suggested the best option in cross trainer and delivered what I picked timely, sent the installation guy as well. Prior to this, I had approached many around and they only wanted to sell me their expensive model without even listening! Very reasonable affair all over.
