I purchased a Stayfit treadmill in Aug/September 2021 as the my previous treadmill I bought from the same Stayfit guys malfunctioned. The old treadmill motherboad was defective and there was heft cost to replace it. I went to the showroom and shouted at these guys. They tried to pacify and give a discounted priced to the new model and said they'll take the old one. They quoted that new model is very advanced SFI 1.5 motorised tread mill. I bought it for 36000 and It has been service every 6 months and now is making a very loud sound. When I raised a service request, Their service guys as usual try to fleece people and sell AMC by all means, this time said that the motor is gone and needs to be serviced (Re3000/-). the age of the treadmill is about 2 years, how can the motor become defective??? Again they said if I take Annual Maintenance contract(AMC) they will reduce price of motor servicing. This is clearly the service agents trying to scam the customers and inflate the service cost and selling their AMC by any means. Please do not trust this brand for conducting ethical business DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

Stayfit Jayanagar is a great place if you are looking for anything related to Fitness equipment. I liked the service of all the staff who helped me and advised me to select the Treadmill i15. It's very good suggestion by them, I was thinking to take the product but I did not know what to purchase, why I need a equipment? then they gave all explanation and suggested a very good equipment for me and its very helpful for me and my family for now and my future. Excellent people at the centre. Take good care of everything. However just 6 days after receiving the treadmill, a sound is coming from the belt. Called the person who sold us the unit, he says it's a belt issue. Getting a defective piece after paying 50k is very saddening

Bought a treadmill from them. Hardly came for 5 years, and now when I called them for service they say "We can't repair this. And even if we repair, it won't come for so long. Instead buy a new one (which is much costly than the previous one) from us and we'll give you a discount on it for returning the old one."

Before going for purchase, i wanted to cross verify the quote from other branch. Contacted Mr. Rakesh of JAYANAGAR branch. Rakesh was very responsive and quick to provide every detail I asked. Also, got a further discount for the chosen model though not a big difference. But i still chose to buy from Rakesh because of good customer support. It's really very good place to buy Stayfit equipments at Jayanagar. The place is very clean and ambience is good. Excellent customer support. The staffs are very cool and provide a detailed demo to their customers. They checked our BMI and according to our family needs suggested the right equipment for our family. Extremely happy with their service. I have a 12 year old treadmill which is covered under AMC. They do regular servicing without user intervention when under AMC. The technicians are well behaved and have good knowledge of the machines.

Very pathetic service…. I suggest not to buy products from stay fit…. They will take care everything till the product get delivered to your home later they will not give you the proper service…. Our threadmill was not working we raised a complaint and they came and checked they informed need to change the motor , we invested 10k for new motor… after the motor replacement we got to use it for only 3 months again we got some issues …. Later they came and checked it they said its mother board issues… and told us to invest 10 k again. We were not ready for that and told them to reinstall our new motor and old mother board…. It’s been a year and we are calling them 15 days once till now not yet installed and now they are telling us to replace the motor and motherboard also… from one year motor and motherboard is at stayfit service center only. 1star is the more than enough for their service……
