Waitrose , known for delicious and high end produce, excellent staff and great atmosphere! Well Waitrose has it for you ! They have a amazing service which they provide , if you don’t like the product you bought , return it and Waitrose will sort you out ! No joke , a bottle of wine we bought, tasted funny , returned it opened , got our money back and two free bottles ! The Waitrose in Tenterden provides a Dry Cleaning , as well collection of John Lewis products , also they do delivery which is great ! The staff are kind and helpful !

Good supermarket situated in Tenterden Town centre. Wheelchair accessible. Plenty of parking but not free. You can get parking charge refund when you shop in store. Excellent wine selection.

Needed to take my toddler to the toilet while shopping. Was told rather bluntly to go and use a neighbouring coffee shop or the long walk back to the park. All the coffee shops had signs saying for customers only. Not impressed at all by the service of this Waitrose and the friendliness of Sayers Lane, Tenterden. :-(

A posher supermarket than your Sainsburys or Morrisons, and a bit more expensive, on the other hand, the quality is good. There is a Tesco in the town so the choice is yours

Generally good. Love shopping here particularly if you can figure out the quiet times. Staff aways helpful and generally knowledgeable (except for the wine man we spoke to recently who had never heard of tannins). Yes it's more expensive than the bigger supermarkets but you get what you pay for.

Lovely supermarket, always clean, staff are very friendly and helpful, lots of quality products and never low on stock. Have been given free bunches of flowers in here a few times by staff members too which always brightens up my day :)

I was trying to reserve judgement on the refurb of this place. However I now cannot hold it anymore after today's trip. Since the refit I've slowly lost over a dozen items from my regular shop, that I now have to find elsewhere. Even if they do have a product, I have to go digging half the time to find as no one seems to be able to stack the shelf correctly Having the RAW meat right next to fruit and veg is a terrible idea! As nothing bad has ever come from mixing raw meat with anything else..... Also rebranded the car park to make it look like a Waitrose one but it's the council's to pay bad form and someone will get caught by this I'm sure. Generally now actively trying to ship here now
